First about the negative.
When checking in, the porter at the reception immediately tried to sell us a more expensive room with the words take it, otherwise you will regret it later. We refused, and in the end, the room that we were given did not have air conditioning and smelled strongly of dampness. The air conditioner was fixed but the dampness never disappeared. Room service is disgusting. Garbage from the toilet bucket is not emptied until it falls out, the minibar is not replenished in time. Three times I went to the reception, they reacted when I came again the next day. In the shower, shampoo and gel dispensers hang on the wall, from which black mucus came first, then shampoo. When changing towels put two, then one for two. There are not enough sun loungers on the beach for everyone, I had to go to take sun loungers at six in the morning. The sea is dirty for three days out of six.
The water is clear, but there is a lot of garbage floating around: plastic glasses, bags, packaging for beer snacks and other garbage.
About good.
The food is excellent and varied. Service in restaurants and bars, on the territory of the hotel and the beach at altitude.
The second time I would not go to this hotel and I do not recommend it to others.
1. Good territory - well-groomed green, quite large.
2. The sea - the first line, a lot of sunbeds, a good descent, small pebbles.
3. Rooms - worn out, in some places something always does not work, but large and clean, cleaned every day. All rooms with sea view. We had a family -3 rooms - a great option, 2 bathrooms, a bath with windows, a living room with large, comfortable sofas.
Wi-fi is free and works everywhere, even on the beach. But the speed is low - 0.5 Mbps.
Of the minuses - there are many, but the main ones:
1. Food. Monotonous and boring food. Although they cook delicious, but the same thing. Weak for fish, two or three species change in a circle - river trout, dorado, horse mackerel. Better for meat. But little grill menu. Very weak in terms of fruit - melon, grapes, tangerines, apples. We did not see pomegranates, bananas, peaches, or watermelons. But you won't be hungry. At least the food is delicious. Snack bar, guzleme pavilions and a la carte in October after 14.10 no longer work.
2. Alcohol. Excellent wine both red and white. But good imports are not enough. There is gin, vermouth (Italy, but it looks more like "Bouquet of Moldova", not Cinzano and not Martini, for sure. There is whiskey import. That's all for import - no tequila, Baileys, rum, vodka. Cocktails are also average. Just special no ingredients. Coffee only instant, although very good. But you can survive at the bar with the right approach.
3. Spa - hammam is the coldest of all that I have seen in Turkey. Although the sauna works be healthy, very good. But the indoor pool does not work and the gym. They say covid restrictions.
The main pool is unheated - cold in October. Slides do not always work and the water is also cold.
4. Adult animation - the girls are trying, but the contingent of vacationers - the middle class and pensioners - love to lie on the beach and do not actively participate, so that if you are out of season it will be boring - there will simply not be enough people. Children's animation - Lena, a girl, is good, pleasant, she makes contact easily with children, but apparently she is already tired during the season and she does not have a team. More like a children's room - brought, handed over, the child is busy with something there. I think that the policy of the hotel is to save on many things, including children's animation. Evening disco for children is an ordinary Turkish playlist, but the children like it and Lena works well there.
Evening animation for adults - you can say it is not. Since the hotel does not have its own theater - only a stage. The performances are not great.
You can write for a long time. But the main thing - mixed feelings when visiting the hotel - in one it seems to be good, even excellent, and in the other it is quite mediocre. If you like a calm, measured rest and you are not very attractive in food, you can safely go, you will like it and you will rest. But if you are used to a good Turkish 5 * Ultra All, the hotel will disappoint you. You will see flaws everywhere. So, if you got here - try to squeeze the maximum out of the pluses and visit the bar. There is little import alcohol - but it is of high quality, and of course the sea, it is one of the best in Turkey here. Well, cheap, what is there. In combination price / quality - really good hotel.
The food is depressing. Very poor and there is only breakfast, lunch and dinner. No snacks. If the children had breakfast at 8, then by 11 they want to eat, but there is no food. And only lunch at 12:30. About having lunch at 12:30, dinner at 19:00. No gozlume or snack bar. They said the end of the season, for the first time we are faced with this. We are resting in Turkey at this time for the 6th year.
It's the same with everything. Hamam is cold, literally. Only the Russian bath works. Swimming pool inside closed for renovation. In the children's room from the threshold announced. Of course, you can leave the children, but there is no program.
There is no usual evening animation either. So, there is no question of any 5-ki here. Of the pluses, only the first line of the sea. And then, the pier for entering the sea is closed. For repairs. There is a question for the administration. Why host guests if the hotel has already been refurbished? Why would people ruin their holiday?
Of the pluses - the animation is excellent, the children ran to the kids club with pleasure, thanks to Lena, Nastya and Egga. Wi-fi is free, catches everywhere, even on the beach.
The rooms are normal, the renovation is not yesterday, but overall not bad.
Of the minuses - there are very few Russian-speaking staff, and they do not clean every day.
In terms of nutrition, a very meager choice, the same thing every day, there were 2 types of desserts for lunch (some kind of cottage cheese casserole and a biscuit soaked in syrup), fruits modestly (apples, pears, green plums, orange), saved watermelon and melon. Peach was seen a couple of times, but if they came half an hour after the start of dinner, they were no longer forced. There was always some kind of meat, fish. (We compare the food with another 4 * hotel before the quarantine, so the food was better in the four). They write that there are two a la carte restaurants, in fact only one fish one works. It's very delicious and delicious!
According to the animation for children, disco in the evening, inviting to bocha and volleyball in the afternoon. We were not interested, there are no evening shows for adults. There is nowhere to walk outside the territory. The shops opposite are exorbitantly priced, we went to Migros several times, though it’s far away, but the prices are fixed in lira and cheaper. Even on Wednesdays, a large bazaar comes (near Migros), you can buy souvenirs there. It's boring in the evenings. In the room, the TV did not catch Ukrainian channels, they could not set it up. Saved by surprisingly good wi-fi throughout the territory, even on the beach, and a beautiful view from the bench. Maybe because the hotel was not fully loaded? We won't go here for the second time.
There were no questions about the hotel itself, maybe it's because we were in Turkey for the first time, all the people are friendly.
The territory is constantly cleaned, the lawns are mowed, sunbeds are placed on the beach, the beach is cleaned.
In principle, there is nothing to complain about food... Everything is delicious, the assortment is large, I will write about fruits - melon, watermelon, apples, pears, grapefruit, orange - it has always been, a couple of times there were plums and peaches.
As for the animators, special thanks to Moussa, Fatima, Mitya))))))
There are no questions about the bars either, hello separate Said and Ufur))) cocktails are made with a bang, as for themselves... Drink in the lobby bar 24/7, rest at least all night))
To sum up, I definitely recommend to go to this hotel!! !
From the pros:
1) the building is built in such a way that all rooms have a gorgeous view of the sea;
2) the first line, everything is very compact;
3) though far from the center of the "village", but there is where to walk;
4) the beach is good, the presence of a pier is a huge bonus, and I like it when the sun awning is solid, and not an individual umbrella, but I immediately warn you that the depth is sharp, just a couple of meters from the shore, i. e. I don't recommend for kids.
5) responsive workers at the reception, they try to solve all problems, especially if you ask without raids, but humanly (2 times they repaired the refrigerator, sockets; changed the room upon request);
6) were supplied with water, soda, masks regularly.
In general, it seems that the hotel saves on everything after quarantine.
