We arrived a little earlier. We settled in immediately. Standard room 265 on the sea side. From the second floor you cannot see the sea, but the tree crowns are very beautiful. The room is big. Much larger than normal standard ones. First there is an entrance hall with a sofa and a TV, and across the corridor there is a bedroom. Our room had a large terrace with two sun loungers. We didn't pay anything extra for the room. We wanted ladies, but they were all already occupied, so they gave us this number. In fact, we don’t need femels. There are three of us - two adults and a 3-year-old child. The room has everything you need. Everything is clean. I read that the rooms are poorly cleaned and the towels/bed linen are torn. No, everything was great for us. In general, it is difficult to clean the room poorly, since most of the furniture there is hanging (bedside tables, tables).
The rooms have a Wi-Fi router, so the Internet throughout the hotel is excellent (especially important for those who work remotely).
Restaurant. At this time, the main restaurant, lobby bar and beach bar were open. The food is very tasty and varied. Several types of fish, crayfish, mussels. Dishes for every taste. We didn't try alcohol. The coffee is delicious. The waiters served quickly.
Territory. A separate topic. The hotel fully corresponds to its name - forest, forest. Located in the pine trees. Pleasant fresh air, beautiful, birds singing. The area is huge and very well maintained. Sun loungers are available both on the beach and on the lawn. A peacock strolls imposingly around the area. I think that during the season it will not be hot here due to the pine needles.
Leisure. I really liked the spa area. Swimming pool, hammam, sauna. There were fitness classes (yoga, Pilates... ). I liked it for children - a kids zone and a separate teenager zone. There was live music in the lobby.
Overall: I give the hotel a solid 10.

Going to a restaurant is complete trash! Huge queues for food, you have to beg for actual food, ask for another bite, one more. We are relaxing with a child and I have to take food for myself, the baby and my daughter and ask every time! Fruits will give you those that are greener and you have to try to beg for a ripe one. During the rest, 2 times at breakfast they offered to pour coffee and every time I have to take the child in my arms and go in search of tea, water or something else, and this is again the turn!
The waiters do not have time to clear the tables, you wander around looking for a place to sit, then looking for someone to give you appliances, a glass, water, and so a constant search instead of rest! It is useless to contact the Reception, not a single request was fulfilled even after reminders! There is also a queue at the beach bar. And so the staff is friendly, smiling, trying very hard. But instead of green tea, you can get black or even coffee. Cocktails are very strange, not always drinkable. For what purpose pasta is added to rice, I could not figure out. For those who do not eat gluten, this is serious.
Perhaps someone likes such a vacation. This is just my experience and my opinion.
The hotel has a large and beautiful, green area. There is a cat house and rabbits also live. Good number of rooms. From the rooms of the main building there is a beautiful view of the mountain. WHY LIE? I would do something more useful at this time than sitting in the hall. In general, my first impression was that we were not welcome at the hotel. Arrived - good. Brought money - good. Put your bag closer to us. And get out of here. Thought I was wrong. It turned out he was right.
Number fund. Very good. Spacious rooms. Not exactly old furniture. Good pastels. Bathrobes slippers. Plumbing is ok. True, the drain works very poorly. Requests for repair were unsuccessful. Cold and hot water have a life of their own. It's cold, it's very hot.
Room service. Room cleaning for a deuce. Under the beds, suitcase, slippers and other things is not cleaned and washed. Mirrors are not wiped. Of course, you can ask me not to spit in them - only they have not been wiped before me. Toilet paper. Either not, or they forgot to put it. How lucky with towels. At the bottom. Between the legs. It’s unrealistic to take a clean plate and not get into your shorts (just kidding). But whether it’s clean or not, I recommend checking it without jokes. Plates and other washing is very disgusting.

Conclusions. The hotel does not correspond to its category. The quality of service in Turkey has fallen down. I don't see the point of going there. I won't go again. There are so many beautiful and good things in the world. Why voluntarily, for your money, complicate your life?

In Turkey for the 5th time, there is something to compare with (we always rested only in 5-star hotels). We were a family (two adults and a daughter of 1.9 years). We drove from the airport for 1.2 hours. We arrived at the hotel at 7:30. At the reception they offered to go to the restaurant and around 9:00 again to them. Surprisingly at 9:15 we were given the keys to the room (5th floor in the main building).
So further in detail.
Check-in: I consider it very worthy, considering that we have never been settled so early. And with a small child, this is important.
Departure: We were warned a day before about the arrival time of the bus and offered the service of wrapping a suitcase ($10). Upon check-out, we handed over the key cards, and they wished us a good journey. The room was not checked, everything took 1 min.
Number: The voucher indicated the Land view number, that is, they did not buy with a sea view. We were given a room with a view of both the sea and the mountains. Room with two rather big beds and a sofa.
In general, if you do not find fault with the little things (and they are everywhere), the room is good and spacious. There is a safe, a kettle, tea and coffee, the minibar was replenished almost every day (water, beer, pepsi and lemonade). The bathroom is spacious. We had about 5-6 towels. There is also a set: shampoo, body gel and balms for hair and body. Replenished daily as needed.
The air conditioner is working fine.
The only downside is the soundproofing. We did not hear neighbors through the walls, but the sounds from the corridor are clearly audible. Well, sometimes a disco from a nearby hotel.
Cleaning: I put 5 points! Firstly, they cleaned it when we were not (although we did not hang a sign). Secondly, cleaning did not just re-make the bed, but normal cleaning and sand from the floor and dust as well. Towels are always fresh (maybe not always perfectly new, but clean).
I left a tip only at check-out, so they definitely didn’t clean it for a tip.
Restaurant: the hall is large and the seats were always at least 40% free, the choice of dishes is sufficient, but not super large. Meat is traditionally veal-beef, chicken, there was also either duck or young turkey. I love meat and the choice suits me. The wife prefers fish and there were no less than 4 types of fish, in general, she is also pleased with the choice. Both meat and fish were both fried and stewed, with and without vegetables. Salads are everywhere. Greenery is enough. Cheeses are a good choice, probably at least 10, and they are signed (cow, sheep). I would say the garnish is monotonous, it used to be better. Fruits and sweets are probably like everywhere else, and most importantly, there is no insanity, such as "You can't take it out, and even with dishes", take as much as you want and in any dish. All dishes are beautifully decorated and have signs in Turkish. and English. Warm meals are on the el. always warm. You can order a children's menu, but we found out about this before leaving. Although the choice of cereals for children was not bad.
What I really liked was several types of honey for breakfast and honey combs. There was a grill on the street, where they fried something like lulakebab, veal, chicken, vegetables.
During the week that we were in the restaurant, we spent "fruit day" and "seafood day".
The choice was chic and everything is very beautifully decorated (photo attached). From seafood there were large shrimp, salad shrimp, octopus, squid, mussels, red fish and all this in different cooking options and most importantly in unlimited quantities. That is, there was nothing that was snapped up. I took a picture after 40-50 minutes, when we left the restaurant and that was it.
Grill restaurant near the pools: I can’t say anything, we didn’t eat there. The view from it is beautiful on the lawn and the beach.
Bar (opposite the main restaurant): a huge bar counter, many sofas and armchairs in different versions, a chic selection of almost any alcohol. But the most important thing is that the waiters bring everything and quite quickly.
No need to stand near the counter.
Beach bar: What do you need on the beach? Beer, or a cocktail and something to chew on. Munch was pizza, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, well, alcohol for every taste.
Territory: quite large, but about a third is occupied by villas. Very well maintained area and very clean. Lots of coniferous trees. The hotel is like in a forest. Liked the sunbeds on the huge lawn behind the beach. There are all sports grounds.
Beach: more than enough to find a place, even with people sharing four sun beds (two in the shade and two in the sun). The beach is sand, the entrance to the sea is also sandy. In some places there are stones in the water, but not many and at a depth of 1.5 m. The beach is divided into two parts. On the left are sunbeds under awnings, in the center is a bar, on the right is a gazebo with sunbeds for extra. fee if you want silence. There are also sunbeds on the pier, if anyone wants to immediately dive into the sea from a sunbed.
And on the beach and near each pool there is always a lifeguard who really watches, and does not sleep. The beach is cleaned regularly (garbage is taken away, tables are wiped, and sand is shaken off the sunbeds. ) But there are pig people who throw cigarette butts on the sand, so you could see it, although not often.
Sea: somewhere t 25C, super hot for me! For the wife and child a little cool. The water is clean and transparent.
Pools: pools 4 open and 1 closed. There is a "splash pool" for children, a depth of 50cm, the main one with a bar in the center (very convenient) and a depth of 1.4m, a small one with three slides (for children), a depth of 1m and a relax pool where children are not allowed 1.4m. (there usually lay old farts-foreigners). It is convenient that the paddling pool is near the main pool. There were always enough sunbeds (not always in the first row, but it doesn't matter). There is enough space in the main pool for playing water polo and for other vacationers.
In general, everything in the hotel is thought out so that there is no crowd in one place.
Animation: I found it rather weak. There are many animators, but all are very young and look like inexperienced. Evening show programs are more for children. We were at one show of acrobats, we liked it very much as well. I didn’t watch discos, because at 22:00 the child has a hang-up. Although there is a stage and a dance floor on the beach near the bar, and I saw a DJ with equipment. They probably go there. The location is cool and away from the hotel.
Service: This is the main thing in this hotel, which I have not seen so far in Turkey in this capacity. Every employee, whether it is a waiter, a cook in a restaurant or a cleaner, is always polite, greets and smiles. It's mega nice. Further: in the main restaurant, all drinks are brought by the waiters. On the third day of coming to the restaurant, we were poured our favorite drinks without specifying what we want : ) and put a child seat for my daughter. I especially want to praise the waitress ARZU! Soul man! Always served with a smile from the heart and at the highest level!
Bottom line: a hotel with decent service, where you want to return, because you are sure of a quality vacation.
Regarding people who write bad comments, I will say that "dissatisfied" is a diagnosis with which it is always and everywhere hard to live.

There were three adults in September 2017. We decided to go a second time, in 2016 we were here, too, in September. We chose Paloma for the second time, not only because we liked it at 16, but also because of some other details.
Arrival and departure - everything is fine. On time and without nerves. Travel company Odeon.
Settlement. They changed the number. The first option had windows on black walls with a banana leaf a meter away from the view both on the balcony and in another room. The feeling of a prison, which was immediately announced at the reception and received another number in half an hour, with which there were no problems.
Number. I like it. Fresh, radiant. Everything is compact and convenient. Everything worked.
The territory is a fairy tale. Well-groomed, every bush and blade of grass was caressed, watered and combed. The hotel is built in a large pine grove. I really like that in fact the hotel has 3 beaches - a huge lawn on green grass, where sun loungers are scattered in the shade of pines, plane trees and palm trees, on coastal pebbles (stationary straw canopies from the sun) and on wooden piers there are umbrellas. My father and I liked the grass more, my mother liked the pebbles. There were always a lot of empty seats. Beach cleaning was excellent. There was always a bottle of water available on the beach. But fruits in 1717 were not taken out to the beach on a cart every day, which was a little upsetting. The sea was warm and calm, only a couple of days out of two weeks it was a little stormy.
We tried a couple of cocktails in the bars, we are not particularly fans, it was delicious.
Weather. In the afternoon until 33 in the evening 24, then 22. In the morning it was also 22. Humidity was high for about five days at first, the swimsuit dried for almost a day, then after a small storm the rest of the time was much more comfortable and fresh.
Kitchen. Fabulous! Earth bow to the chefs. The food is delicious and varied. Their lamb is probably the most delicious meat. Although I also ate fish of the most different and, most importantly, delicious. Several times for dinner there were fish feasts with king prawns and seafood. Very elegant. In 16 they had troubles with porridge for breakfast (it was a tasteless dish), in 17 oatmeal was normal.
I went on an excursion to Antalya, it turned out colorful and beautiful. The city is clean and well-groomed (where we were taken, for sure). They showed the tourist port, the coast from the ship, the old part of the city, the waterfall, but in general sand sculptures attracted me, I had never seen this on such an artistic scale before, the three-meter sculptures impressed me. I noticed that the Turks actively decorate the city with all sorts of small details from landscape design, for example, a green lawn with a football team on the square (sculptures). It turns out lively.
Animation. A couple of times to visit a small circus performance or a performance at the hotel was the most. Only I don't like the habit of visitors to bring a lot of alcohol with them to the evening performance.
Service. Here at the hotel there has been a rough puncture. Everything was ok in 2016. As in a dozen other hotels before, because. we go to Turkey to rest for a long time. First I had to ask 3 times to make a bed at the entrance, because. she was not prepared. Then I had to make a fuss about the fact that the bed, which was supposed to be 2 times a week, was stubbornly not changed. It's a shame that all the magnificence of the hotel - how many people provide it! - can be blurred due to some single gouging. Our tour operator says that this is a common Turkish problem in 2017.
