Extremely dissatisfied with the hotel! At the check-in at the reception - despite the fact that many times both personally and by phone the amount of accommodation was discussed - they gave an invoice for payment of 4.5 thousand more! When noticed that a different price was negotiated, they immediately changed the final amount. And everything would be fine, but we rested with a large company, settled in about 10 rooms - and such a story with different amounts happened to everyone and I had to call the administrator every time!
We went to the hammam - at the reception they said that it only works after 16:00 - but even at 17 and 18 it did not work. Showers near the hammam - scary to look at - all broken in limescale and rust!
The room had a very dirty balcony - the floor was just in a layer of dust, at the request of the maid to clean it - they immediately removed everything, i. e. the service staff works well, and the administration does not bother to prepare and make sure that the room is ready for occupancy.
Breakfast - Swedish line, quite tasty, no frills. From meat at breakfast for 4 days - there was only sausage fried in pieces, not the most delicious.
The place is beautiful, but the "customer-oriented" Crimean service in this hotel leaves much to be desired, to put it mildly. For the money you can find a better place.

2019 in May we arrived by car with my family from Cheboksary to the hotel Villa Oliva-Art. April 27 in this hotel was the registration of marriage - a wedding. We liked the hotel. They cook deliciously especially dumplings with cherries. The rooms are clean. Internet is wi-fi. The staff is friendly. The sea-beach is nearby.

Stayed at the hotel for 12 days at the beginning of July 2018. Suite. The room has three rooms, 2 bathrooms, each room has access to a balcony overlooking the sea. Double beds, sofa in the living room. Conditioners. The room is located on the 4th floor out of 5. On the same floor there is a swimming pool area with a sauna and a hammam.

There is an elevator. The room has a complete set of slippers, bathrobes, towels and other equipment inherent in the suite. Very missing shoes at the entrance. I also want full length mirrors. A couple of hooks in the bathrooms for placing bathrobes and an additional holder for a spare toilet roll.
Nutrition:
Breakfast.
Continental, included in the price. Runs from 8.00 to 10.00. If you want to profit from something tasty - come to 8. If it doesn’t matter and you have enough oatmeal with pancakes, then you can pull yourself up closer to 10. Grain coffee!
Lunches are held from 14.00 to 16.00. I can't say, I haven't.
Dinner. They cook great. Large portions. Possibility to dine on the 4th floor patio overlooking the sea. Prices are at the level of a good Moscow restaurant, the quality is the same.
Also worth mentioning is the room service. Dishes are brought quickly, hot, with a full set of cutlery.
Cafe Oliva on the pier. That's where we mostly ate. The most expensive dish - fried red mullet 300 r, burger (served with black gloves) 250 r, Caesar roll, lemonade, potatoes, barbecue wings - everything is very affordable, tasty, clean.
Staff.
The hotel is new, spends the first summer season. Of course, everything is clean and pleasant. A greater concern in new hotels is the staff, which is uncoordinated, random, and so on. It doesn't exist here. Everyone (! ) is trying their best to help, look neat, maximum courtesy. Well done! On the day of arrival, while I was still on the road, they called me, they said that everything was ready, that they were waiting for me, and it was extremely pleasant after overcoming more than one and a half thousand kilometers. Angelica was especially fond of me. Resolves any issues. Reacts quickly.
Territory.
As such, the hotel has no territory. There is a front yard fenced off from the roadway, where a children's play area is located. On the same courtyard, animators play with children, there are several tables for evening relaxation. Looks quite comfortable.
Parking.
A couple of cars will fit from the left edge of the hotel. You can put along the road. There is a large playground behind the hotel. There, guests place cars reluctantly, because there is the most sunshine. There would be a shady canopy - it would be great.
Entrance.
From the South Coast Highway, turn left under the Utyos 4 sign. Then keep to the right all the time, looping down. Past the sanatorium Utyos, the road becomes very narrow, and the visibility of oncoming traffic drops to zero. This inconvenience is solved quite simply: by placing a round panoramic mirror on the turn. I hope someone will take on this good deed and make life much easier for people coming from the plains.
Beach.
Essentially public. Divided between two hotels: Oliva and Tavrida. The road to the beach lies through the territory of the wild park of this Taurida. At night, the "park" is illuminated in places. You can't walk without a flashlight.
Sun loungers on the beach are provided to Oliva's guests without any problems. Oliva also built a pier, where there is a cafe with wi-fi and it is possible to take a sunbed and sunbathe. There is a real shortage of shade on the beach. There is a shady canopy along the wall; strange people with towels rush to take it in the morning. These are guests of Taurida and just random people hurrying under the shade. Entry into the sea is inconvenient. The middle of the entrance to the water is littered with cobblestones. There is also one stone in the water. You can see it, the water is clear. Take coral slippers with you - they are much more comfortable to move on pebbles.
Where to go.
The first impression of the area is a feeling of isolation from the usual resort movement, noise, crowds of visiting people. On the left is the cape, on the right is Ayu-Dag and it seems that there is nothing to do without a car. However, it is not. To the left of the hotel, about a kilometer uphill, there is the Utyos sanatorium, on the territory of which stands the palace of Princess Gagarina, her chapel and Cape Plaka, from where a picturesque panorama of the Ayu-Dag and the bay opens. Entrance 200r per person. The first Sunday of the month until 16.00 admission is free. July 8 at 10.00 excursion without visiting the park for free.
To the right of the hotel, along the embankment, min. 20 leisurely walk, Hotel Europe. You can also go to the beach there if you get bored on your own. Behind the hotel Europe there is a forest and a road to Partenit. The walk is very busy and long. From there, with the help of a minibus, you can get to Aivazovsky Park. True, 600 r for entry and with animals is not allowed.
What to buy.
You won't find a trade in beach accessories. No bags, no towels, no slippers - none of this on the embankment. But there is a fruit stand at the entrance to the embankment. Sweet cherry 100.130, 150 rubles per kg. Watermelon 35 r per kg. Peaches, cherry plums, apricots at bargain prices. There is also some souvenir junk here.
Nearby is a cafe with pasties (100 rubles per piece), barbecue (300 rubles per portion), and other "delicacies". Then there is a shop with household chemicals, some food products. A very expensive grocery store is located in the sanatorium Utyos. Cherry 300r per kilo and sits with honest eyes.
Also, on the territory of the aforementioned wild park there is a dining room (a very Soviet entourage and even a smell, but a set lunch costs only 400 rubles)
Outcome:
We had a good rest. Villa "OlivaArt" fully met my expectations. If the prices for accommodation do not rise, or, even better, they offer a promotional price, I would most likely come again.
PS: in addition to the suites and junior suites, very nice rooms with large balconies and sea views on the fifth floor. The rooms on the 4th floor impressed me the least - the windows do not open, and their front door looks directly onto the patio, where dinners and even weddings take place. However, everything has its cost and its buyer.
WISH THE HOTEL PROSPERITY AND GOOD LUCK! !

The advantages of the Villa Oliva Art hotel: not far from the beach (5-7 minutes in the park with a few steps), the beach with its own sunbeds, awnings and towels, the hotel is newly renovated, a large balcony with furniture, in addition to what is in the description on the sites: bathrobes, slippers, coolers on almost every floor, !!! great restaurant!!! , swimming pool, sauna, hammam, !!! children's animation!!! , daily cleaning and a high level of service for all staff.

Nearby are two charming parks: Karasan and the park of Princess Gagarina, as well as a bus stop to Alushta and a pier for sightseeing boats. Cons: one store and several stalls on the embankment, or walk 15 minutes up the serpentine to the store on the territory of the sanatorium. And rather not a minus, but a wish - to introduce a children's menu into the price of the restaurant.

stayed in July 2018 Advantages: Clean new hotel. Beautiful scenery! Disadvantages: The first thing I wanted to talk about is the buffet. The food is monotonous! From salads, Korean carrots, seaweed and coleslaw predominate. Mackerel fish and cucumbers with tomatoes. This is for breakfast and lunch daily. For a change, more are added to the above a couple of salads with potatoes, reminiscent of "Olivier" and "salad with crab sticks" Also, a salad from the same cabbage with the addition of sausage, which, apparently, had not been eaten before, made me smile.

Of the meat dishes were fish and chicken cutlets....but they were so small that men had to take 3 or even 4 pieces to get a dose of protein. In addition, crackers were generously added to these so-called meat patties, so it is impossible to determine what they are made of... I note that you can drink coffee and tea only for breakfast, standing in line at the only coffee machine! And inspired compote! THIS IS tinted unsweetened WATER!
