"We got" - this is how you can briefly describe the impression that we had when we settled in this brothel, sorry, hotel. EVERYTHING that is said on the sites about this place, including the photo, is a FALSE. This is a place for revelers and party-goers who do not care where to drink and sleep. For people adequate - this is unacceptable! Fortunately, my husband and my little son, 1.8 years old, turned out to be tough nuts and were in this place for 2 days, then through threats, complaints and the help of our tour operator TezTour, we moved to a great place (which, I must say, and counted on) !
Of the minuses - the location in the middle of the clothing market, the windows overlook the market and a huge dumb building with a bunch of ever-noisy air conditioners; mosquitoes breed right in a damp bath; mold on walls there is no light in the soul; linen and towels are dirty; no one cleans and changes nothing; the walls and doors are thin - you can hear everything, anyone can enter; no reception; no one controls access to the hotel; no safes; no one picks up the trash; no massages, swimming pools, playgrounds; unequipped kitchen, etc.
Of the pluses - air conditioning, not far from the sea and the water park, furniture and repairs in the room itself - more or less.
The most striom is the director Angel. A young, impudent, inadequate bandit! If we had come through Booking, we would not have proved anything and lived with a small child in inhuman conditions!! ! But due to the fact that the trip was through a travel agency, the managers, having studied our situation and personally watching my husband almost fight with the director, moved us to another hotel!
In general, if you like a civilized holiday and are used to high culture and service - Bulgaria is simply not for you. . . ))
Except for wonderful places like Old Nessebar, Sozopol, Sofia, etc. )
