A few months later, connecting rooms with ocean views were purchased. When booking, we were informed that there were no Connected rooms and there were no closely sold ones either. As a result, for $ 2.500 per night (this is how much a room in this hotel costs), we live in some strange annex to the hotel above the toilet and restaurant kitchen with a view of the palm trees between which, with a very strong desire, you can see the sea, but more of a pool with all the consequences consequences in the form of noise, screams from early morning. Children live on the road, where buggies drive from early morning and people walk until night. And also overlooking the palm trees, not the sea. For us, as for many other people, it is important to live close to children during the holidays. They promised to call at 12, offer other numbers. Of course no one called. We go to the reception, we were offered rooms a little closer than ours, but of a lower, lowest category with a view of the wall, the photo is in the attachment.
That is, for a few thousand dollars a week, look at the wall if you want to be near the children.
At night they asked for a separate blanket, waited 30 minutes, it's very nice when it's almost 4 am. Now they asked for hangers, 25 minutes have passed, there are no hangers.
From the "charms" of the last trip in November: queues for breakfast for 30 minutes, as a result, we had breakfast in a cafe, paid $ 200 for breakfast every day, no places on the beach, by the pool, it is impossible to book dinner in restaurants, at best they offer reservations in 5 days. With each trip, the pluses are less and less, and the prices are getting higher and higher. This is our last trip to this hotel, there is no point in paying big money for spoiling the mood.

Feeling of a courtyard. Just a crowd of people, especially in the lobby. Lots of girls of easy virtue. Restaurants are so-so, average, average. There is no gloss, but I wanted to plunge into luxury. Dissatisfied, to say the least. Disappointed, my expectations were not met.
