We chose this hotel based on online reviews and we were not disappointed. This is not Turkey, not all inclusive, but you can’t compare them, it’s wonderful here in its own way! The hotel is quiet, calm, homey, cozy. For older people, it will probably be difficult to climb to the upper floors, but Petra, the hostess of the hotel, always meets the wishes of the guests.

The hotel is quiet, calm, homey, cozy. For older people, it will probably be difficult to climb to the upper floors, but Petra, the hostess of the hotel, always meets the wishes of the guests. For example, we were offered to move from the 3rd to the 1st floor, but we liked the view from the balcony so much that we didn’t want to. They cleaned every day, we ourselves told the girls that our place was clean and there was no need to clean it. You need to change the towels - tell either the hostess or the maid (nimble girl Adriana) - they will do everything. Asked for an umbrella - please! Any problems are solved quickly and without nerves.
Guided by advice on the Internet, they did not take food. And you don't need to! Nearby are full of cafes, shops, stalls, not far from the supermarket "Bolero". If you want - cook in the room, for this there is everything you need.
Near Harmani beach (3 minutes), to the city - 7-10 minutes. You can rent a sunbed and an umbrella for 8 euros, or you can use your own on the sand, there is enough space for everyone.
In the evening - a cultural program: walks in the old town, the embankment, excursions.
In a word, the holiday was a success! Thanks a lot Petra! If we can, we will definitely come again!

We had a very interesting situation. We booked this hotel, but stayed in it for only 2 days, and then the hostess just kicked us out. It was something with something. We got there, everything was fine, settled down. It seemed to be good for Olena, but all the plumbing was broken, there was mold everywhere.

We got there, everything was fine, settled down. It seemed to be good for Olena, but all the plumbing was broken, there was mold everywhere. The sheets and towels were clean. There was a studio room. And we either washed our hands or just washed a plate and here we are surprised that something is wet, and the man just came out of the shower. We did not pay much attention to it. And here this hostess arrives and starts shouting, yelling, almost fighting - it's just a nightmare. And it will turn out that this pipe from the tap was not inserted into the wall into the drain, but was torn from the side. And all the water poured down. And she blamed us for that. She was rude to us. And her daughter was also very uneducated.
The next day she agreed with the representative and informed us that we were moving to another hotel, all without our knowledge. We talked to a representative of Join Up about this and he advised to move. We moved to Family Villa 3 * and stayed there until the end of the holiday. Everything was good there.

Bulgaria, Sozopol, villa Elena. I liked it very, very much, here the price and quality fully justified itself. We traveled together, me and my son, but the child is already 15 years old, so as an adult. Since my miracle sleeps until 12, we took the hotel without food and absolutely did not regret it. The villa itself is located near the beach, somewhere maybe 30 meters, from our room the beach was visible and when you lie on the bed with an open balcony you can see the sea.

The room is not large, but very comfortable, everything is there, a toilet, a shower room, a separate place is reserved for kitchen equipment, we had a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a slow cooker, a coffee maker, a kettle, an iron, an ironing board, air conditioning, all the necessary utensils, some other pans, but I didn’t use them, and if you didn’t use the slow cooker, it’s not scary, there is an instruction for it and several recipes, there is WI-FI, in short super. The rooms are cleaned, towels are changed, everything is very clean. But soap and shampoo do not fit, take it with you. The sea is magical, the beach is clean, every morning they clean and level the beach, every 6 meters there is a tower of lifeguards who really watch the floating people. An umbrella on the beach costs 6 levs and a sun lounger is paid separately, also 6 levs, quite expensive, we did it simply, bought an umbrella for 13 levs and sunbathed on our bedding. The beach itself is sandy in a small, smooth shell; for lovers of nudist recreation, there is a separate beach at the very end. As for prices, food, almost everything is more expensive there, perhaps only some (vegetables, fruits) are the same price, take everything with you if possible, meat, sausages, alcohol, cigarettes, very expensive (I will throw off receipts from the store, you can compare prices: 1$ = 1.72 leva), but things can be found cheaper than ours. Again, the city is beautiful, there is a place to take a walk, the old Sozopol, the embankment, and the air is just a delight - it is not visible. My son and I were very pleased, a place to which we want to return. I recommend to everyone.
