All polite, smiling and pleasant people. The territory is small, you can say it is almost non-existent. There is no greenery. There are two small pools, one near each building. We didn't need them. The hotel is three storey. It consists of two parts of the main building and the anex building. The main building is noisy located near the road, and if you want it to be quieter, choose the annex building. It's across the narrow access road from the main building. Free internet is good both in the territory and in the rooms. Overall a good location. 5 minutes walk from the city center. Well located, close to car and bike rental, super market, laundry. There is parking. Exchanger. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk. Pretty good food. Works on all types of food. All inclusive drinks until 00.00. Breakfast is the same, almost nothing changes. My advice is to always contact professional travel agents. The room is in good condition. The room is neat and clean. Good repair, furniture in good condition. Everything is done in white. The room is small but overall there is enough space. panoramic windows. There is a small balcony with a table and a couple of chairs, in principle, the two will fit no problem. We had a view of the sea, the city and the road near the hotel. Not the best accommodation option because there is a lot of noise from the road and the city. You can hear it even when the balcony is closed. But the overall view is good. Everything you need is there. Refrigerator, free safe, kettle. Air conditioning only works when the balcony is closed. Two single beds pushed together. Can't be moved. There is a good big enough TV. Shows several Russian channels. The bathroom is small. Bathroom combined. The shower cubicle is fenced off with glass. But from the shower stall, water gets on the floor of the toilet. Large sink. There is a hair dryer. Soap, gel, shampoo in individual packages, replenished daily. Room cleaning is daily. To change towels, throw them on the floor. Cons: No beach towels. There are no dryers in the rooms to dry clothes. And a lot of spicy food for dinner, but this is a matter of taste) And so the food is very good.

For us, this is also a plus! As for the service and cleaning, everything is also good, the room was cleaned every day and good! At the reception there was always friendly and helpful staff (by the way, Russian-speaking) asked us to turn on the refrigerator (it is paid) after 5 minutes they came and did everything right away! In the very center of the city and all the parties, two steps to the street of bars, an amusement park, and to the sea across the road about 10 minutes from strength. The hotel has chic staff, almost everyone speaks Russian, and most importantly, they take a great part in improving our comfort, they are constantly interested in whether everything is fine with us, and what else can be done for us. Separately, I would like to praise and note Katerina and Christina, who made our stay pleasant and unforgettable. Sigi is a wonderful and fun bartender who was a pleasure to hang out with and the cocktails he made for us were just a masterpiece. The room is just a delight, there are a lot of places for two, even more for things. A great balcony with a glass partition, a table and chairs in the same high-tech style. We had a huge bed, a sofa, two armchairs, a safe in the closet, and also excellent high-speed WI-FI in the room, and throughout the hotel as well. Cleaning daily and conscientiously, soft clean towels and bed linen, good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. This is the first time I meet such a clean bathroom in a hotel, tiles, a mirror, a toilet bowl, sorry)), everything shines. For breakfast and dinner at the hotel there is a buffet, and for lunch there is a menu choice, but what a yummy they cook, you just lick your fingers. You wait 10 minutes for an order, and what a delicious shish kebab or pasta they cook is beyond words. The buffet is bursting with abundance: fruits, excellent cheeses, vegetables, delicious olives, salads, sweets and so on and so forth. Very interesting bar in the hotel that faces the street and people from the street can go there, very cool. I highly recommend the hotel for young people or young families, but just for everyone who is young at heart, it's really nice to relax here in a comfortable atmosphere.

One gets the impression that our people go on vacation specifically to find something bad. I traveled with my husband and 7 year old son. Perhaps we were just lucky, but on the other hand, if you are in a good mood, then everything will always work out for the best. The hotel is beautiful, new and clean. Our room was on the third floor overlooking the pool. Since the hotel is new, the room was in perfect condition. Everything worked, everything was clean, comfortable, no foreign smells, no mold, no stains! The room was cleaned daily and carefully. Changed towels and bedding. The room is not big, but comfortable and cosy. The safe is really paid, but this is a standard practice in local hotels. Perhaps the only negative that we noticed was the poor internet in the room, but we did not go to Ayia Napa for it. Also, each room has its own balcony with comfortable furniture, as in the whole room. The hotel has an excellent location. I would call it "walking radius with a child 5-10 minutes". Sea 10 minutes, supermarket 5 minutes, bus stop 10 minutes and so on, various cafes 5-10 minutes. The first two days we tried to travel by bus, the ticket costs 1.5 euros. Then they spat on this matter, and rented a car. The rent cost us only 90 euros for 3 days, and we got a lot of pleasure. We visited various very beautiful places. I really liked the sea caves with grottoes, the blue lagoon (very beautiful! ), the bridge of lovers, the ancient city of Famagusta (a lot of impressions), and of course the water park for the child. But back to the hotel itself. In the evenings, River Rock looks just like Las Vegas at night! Everywhere neon lights, on the walls, in the pool, corridors and restaurant. Separately, I want to say a big thank you to all the chefs. The food has always been top notch and beautifully presented. I won’t list a lot, I’ll only say that everything that was possible was present on the menu: fruits, vegetables, seafood, fish, meat, etc. , etc. , a coffee machine with various types of drinks. And of course, the beach itself. The entrance is sandy, gentle and comfortable. The sea temperature is what you need, not hot, but just such that you can cool down a bit. And of course, amazing sunsets! So if you really want to relax for 5s +, then you just need to come to River Rock!
