At the request of a bottle of water (arrived at night) was the answer - buy at the bar. As a result, it turned out that it opens only in the morning. Of the entertainment for the child, only the pool. The food was average, we were not hungry, but there was not much variety. Especially scarce with fish, which is strange. In a word, there are many negative points. Definitely do not recommend!

There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel, from where you can get to the famous Nissi Beach in 10 minutes (the cost of a single ticket is 1.5 euros).
The second no less important plus is the staff, polite and Russian-speaking. What pleasantly surprised us both the first and the second time was a man (as we assume, the owner of the hotel), who constantly monitors the order, makes sure that strangers do not enter. Creates a sense of security.
It was nice that he recognized us, remembered that we had come for the second time. The girl at the reception, the cleaning lady and the waiter at the bar were also very friendly.
The third plus of the hotel is cleaning, the room was always clean. For the first time we lived in the old building, in the "Rool view" room. The room was with an old renovation, but its undoubted advantage was direct access to the pool (we lived on the 1st floor). The second time we took a room in the new building, "Sea view". This room is much newer, the interior is more beautiful and the view from the room is really chic.
Of the minuses - a transparent shower (maybe someone will find it interesting, but we did not appreciate this design solution) and Wi-Fi (we bought a paid one, it didn’t get well, there were 1-2 traits; in general, everything loaded, but periodically disappeared) . There is a kettle in the room which is handy. Also wine as a gift. It is worth considering that all sockets are of the English type. The first time we bought an adapter at the hotel for 2 euros at the reception.
The rooms have a safe, it is paid, as well as Wi-Fi in the room. The hotel has free wifi which works well.
About the beach. As such, it is not near the hotel, but there were people who swam there. The coast is rocky, so we did not dare to swim there, you can get hurt. But not far there are stairs into the water from the bridge (recently built), went down a couple of times there, but I still advise you to go to the equipped beaches. The nearest Limanaki, 7-10 minutes on foot, there are sunbeds and umbrellas paid, as elsewhere (both a sunbed and an umbrella for 2.5 euros). Before Nissi, as already said, 10-15 minutes by bus.
As for food, it's hard to say for sure. You will not find such an assortment here as in Turkish five-star hotels, but for a three-star hotel, the food is quite diverse. The food tastes ordinary, nothing superb, but you won't go hungry. We took the type of food HB (breakfast + dinner), this was quite enough.
On the last day we did not have time for dinner, we were offered to exchange it for lunch. At dinner, drinks are paid, at breakfast - free. The waiters clean up empty plates quickly, the waiters are polite. We did not particularly find the queue, there were a couple of people near the dish, but the queue moved quickly.
We didn't swim in the pool, but it is quite spacious and clean. I liked the pool bar, delicious cocktails.

They cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, the bed was not replaced, only the bed was laid evenly. the main thing that was clean, there was always sand on the floor after the beach - it was cleaned every day ! ! .

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the amusement park, 10 minutes from the center, from supermarkets and shops, where prices are very cheap!

About the hotel.
There are 4 buildings: old and updated, so to speak. When we arrived at the hotel, the entrance to the main building at the reception, there are rooms 50/50 (old / updated). We got an old room (if the fence on the balcony is not glass, but pipes, it means the old room). When you arrive, the rooms have already been assigned. But, they said that when booking a hotel with your travel agencies, all this could be indicated old or new. You can change, for example, if you have a garden view, and you want a sea view, for 20 € per day. We lived on the 3rd floor (this is the last one) with a sea view. Super view! You can choose a room with a view of the garden or the sea. Take it to the sea, it's worth it!
Since the hotel is in the middle of the center, the view of the garden will be directly on the rides and parking, as well as on the trees on which large black beetles fly and live! They are the size of our Khrushchev but black flying jumping and just nasty.
When you check in, immediately check the room for cleanliness and the presence of bugs! Some with scandals ran to change and complain. We woke up one night from whistling like an alarm, and it was this beetle making whistling sounds from which it is impossible to sleep!
The hotel is quiet, if the neighbors bother you, you can contact the reception - they will calm you down)
Therefore, despite the fact that the hotel is in the heart of Ayia Napa, surrounded by bars and discos, the sleep will be sound and no one will disturb you.
In the room: two beds; monitor (this is a TV) without a remote control, the remote control can be taken at the reception for a deposit of 10 €; 2 large, 2 small towels; mini fridge; teapot; 2 cups; a plate (no spoons, sugar, knife, forks - if you have a late / early arrival and you do not have dinner / breakfast, then take food with you, or there are shops nearby, you can buy everything you need or a cafe / bar).
Near McDonald's there is a store like our ATB, good prices, you can buy something there at normal prices, otherwise in other small stores - the price is 0.5-1€ more expensive. Bathroom with toilet, washbasin. There is toilet paper, 2 small bars of soap and liquid soap in the shower (but not enough). As a compliment - a small bottle of red wine.
Balcony: table and chairs 2, plastic, ashtray.
Room cleaning every day: wash the floor, toilet and that's it! The bed was changed once during our whole stay. But, if you throw bed linen on the floor, they will change it. Air conditioning works very well, even in the old room, so we asked for a blanket. Since at night at a temperature of +24, the room is fresh and cool. It is not recommended to open the balcony at night, most likely due to flying bugs)
Charging - euro. Therefore, take an adapter, or you can buy it at the reception or in a store for 2€.
Swimming pool. Amazing pool.
It is large and small: around 92 cm deep, that is, on average, waist-deep, just right for children. Around the pool, sunbeds, but not many. From 7 in the morning, everyone takes out towels and “books” a sunbed. From 8 already all sunbeds are occupied. There are not enough sun loungers for 30% of the hotel, but this is not a big problem! Go to the sea more often : )
On the side of the main building, there is another building and who lives on the 1st floor, on the balcony that goes directly to the pool there are 2 personal loungers, that is, it’s convenient, you clearly know that in the morning a place by the pool is provided.
The pool is old, the stairs for the descent are about to fall off : ). The pool is open from 9-19, at this time there is music, a bar. From 18:30, they begin to close the umbrellas and move the sunbeds.
From morning to night, a man walks around, keeps order, so that there is no noise, din, etc.
That is, the hotel reigns order!
Breakfast from 7-9, every day the same thing, don't expect anything new.
Boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, buckwheat, sausages (like cotton wool), buns, croutons with salt, lettuce with peppers and tomatoes, cucumber, butter.
Tomato paste, mayonnaise, soy sauce, olive oil.
You can make muesli / cereal with milk, raisins and various jams, chocolate pastes are included.
There are few fruits: red / green apples, grapefruit, orange, 3 types of yogurt, jelly, candied fruit and chocolate cake.

Drinks for breakfast only! : coffee machine, juices (from the machine), water, tea, sugar.
The pool has a bar, cocktails and beer for 2.5€. You can't bring/drink/eat your own products at the pool, only buy at the bar. You can have your own water. Also, it is forbidden to take food out of the dining room, a fine of 15 €.
You can bring food to your room and eat there.
You cannot take coffee / tea and go outside the dining room, for example, to smoke. That is, eat, and then go wherever you want.
Dinner from 7-9: French fries, pasta, rice with vegetables, boiled carrots, beans in tomato, battered fish, chicken feet, battered chicken fillet, fried bacon, ribs, beef with mushrooms. Salads are the same as for breakfast, a little more varied.
Tomato paste, mayonnaise, soy sauce, olive oil.
Sweet: three types of pies, yoghurts, apples, once there was a watermelon, peaches, an orange.
Drinks are free!
The hotel is located right on the seafront, but without a beach. The entrance to the sea is rocky, that is, or take special. slippers or walk to the beach. 10% of people swim at the hotel. But it's better to go to the public beach. But there are a lot of people there! The closest beaches: 15 minutes walk "Limanaki" and "Grecian bay" and 10 minutes by bus "Nissi beach", the bus stops in front of the hotel, bus 102 to the beach, fare 1.5 € (children 0.75 €), back to 101. There are also other beaches coming these.
I advise you to visit these two beaches, especially Nissi, beautiful azure water, but a lot of people everywhere on the beaches.
Sun beds and umbrellas on all beaches are paid - 2.5 € for each item.
In the evening, what you can see in Ayia Napa: an open-air sculpture park (on foot from the hotel 30 minutes, bus 101 - 10 minutes), this park is immediately followed by a cactus park. Bridge of Love, Temple of Our Lady, Famagusta Ghost Town.
There are attractions nearby, there is a water park, a bar street, many cafes / bars / hookahs.
Guided tours will also be offered. You can choose land or sea, immediately specify all the nuances, especially if it's Join-up! ANEX, the guide, told the tourists everything very cool, and gave maps of the city, our guide was somehow not particularly interested in suggesting anything.
Join up - guide, Irina soars excursions and cheats. I explain. We had a paid excursion on the yacht, "Sunset Cruise". The cost is 35€. But it was canceled due to a storm warning. We didn't have a storm though. But since they sailed from Protaras, they apparently were there.
Cruise program from 18-24, meet the sunset, swim in the blue lagoon, drive through a beautiful cape, see the ghost town of Famagusta from afar, dj, light show, drinks: 2 types of wine, mojito, cocktails, pizza, nuts and a compliment from the captain - champagne. They offered either a refund or another option: departure on another day at 15:20-19:30. Everything is the same but without a light show, without a dj (but just music) and instead of pizza - hamburgers. And, accordingly, more of the daily program.
So, we took this option, in fact there is not much difference. Just more of a day program and plus you can still dine at the hotel upon return. Yes, and returned another 5€ each.
At 15:20 we got on the bus and went to collect the rest, as a result, at 16:45 we got on the yacht. The yacht is a beautiful two-story, there were 50 people. Not much for this, it is comfortable.
We were accompanied by a girl Anastasia - telling different stories along the way, I read 80% on the net during the day, so you won’t learn anything particularly new.
As for food and drinks, it was in the end: a plate of nuts for 4-6 people, 1 chopped apple, a cooler with water and lemonade, wine and a glass of champagne at the end.
There were no burgers, all cocktails for a fee. As a result, we have: for 30 €, we ride for 3 hours, eat 3 nuts, 2 glasses of wine and champagne at the end.
At 19:30 we already moored and at 20:30 we were already at the hotel.

If they knew, they would have taken the same walk for 20 €, and the same conditions, on the road near Limanaki beach, you will meet a mini-port and a million excursions will be offered there.
Internet. At the pool, reception and dining room catches perfectly. If you want to stay in a room, you have to pay 4€/day, or rent for a week, it's cheaper.
But! Our room was above the reception and we could catch some wifi on the balcony.
Water. I advise you to immediately take a couple of bottles and go to get some water in the machine. It is located opposite the entrance to the amusement park. 5l=0.25€, 10l=0.5€.

Check out from the hotel. AT 12:00. At this time, the cleaning lady is already coming and knocking on the door, the phone from the reception is ringing in parallel. But 10-15 minutes of error is allowed, otherwise a fine of 30€. They are strict with this, so if you want to extend the time of your stay in the room, negotiate in advance. If you want to extend the time after 18, +50€.
we had a late flight at 22:00. Transfer from the hotel at 19:15, to the airport 40 minutes. That is, they take 3 hours.

We went down to this shower, and there was devastation, everything was rusty, the smell was heavy, everything was dripping, flowing, I honestly haven’t seen such showers yet, looked into the shower room and there are a lot of black bugs that jump like grasshoppers and most likely would jump over our heads until we ran out of there.
I just had to wash off the salt in the open "shower" by the pool. It was completely disappointing in this hotel, but perhaps this is the only big cant)

Since the hotel is in the middle of the center, the view of the garden will be directly on the rides and parking, as well as on the trees on which large black beetles fly and live! They are the size of our Khrushchev but black flying jumping and just nasty.
When you check in, immediately check the room for cleanliness and the presence of bugs! Some with scandals ran to change and complain. We woke up one night from whistling like an alarm, and it was this beetle making whistling sounds from which it is impossible to sleep!

Near McDonald's there is a store like our ATB, good prices, you can buy something there at normal prices, otherwise in other small stores - the price is 0.5-1€ more expensive. Bathroom with toilet, washbasin. There is toilet paper, 2 small bars of soap and liquid soap in the shower (but not enough). As a compliment - a small bottle of red wine.
Balcony: table and chairs 2, plastic, ashtray.
Room cleaning every day: wash the floor, toilet and that's it! The bed was changed once during our whole stay. But, if you throw bed linen on the floor, they will change it. Air conditioning works very well, even in the old room, so we asked for a blanket. Since at night at a temperature of +24, the room is fresh and cool. It is not recommended to open the balcony at night, most likely due to flying bugs)
Charging - euro. Therefore, take an adapter, or you can buy it at the reception or in a store for 2€.
Swimming pool. Amazing pool.
It is large and small: around 92 cm deep, that is, on average, waist-deep, just right for children. Around the pool, sunbeds, but not many. From 7 in the morning, everyone takes out towels and “books” a sunbed. From 8 already all sunbeds are occupied. There are not enough sun loungers for 30% of the hotel, but this is not a big problem! Go to the sea more often : )
On the side of the main building, there is another building and who lives on the 1st floor, on the balcony that goes directly to the pool there are 2 personal loungers, that is, it’s convenient, you clearly know that in the morning a place by the pool is provided.
The pool is old, the stairs for the descent are about to fall off : ). The pool is open from 9-19, at this time there is music, a bar. From 18:30, they begin to close the umbrellas and move the sunbeds.
From morning to night, a man walks around, keeps order, so that there is no noise, din, etc.

Breakfast from 7-9, every day the same thing, don't expect anything new.
Boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, buckwheat, sausages (like cotton wool), buns, croutons with salt, lettuce with peppers and tomatoes, cucumber, butter.

At 15:20 we got on the bus and went to collect the rest, as a result, at 16:45 we got on the yacht. The yacht is a beautiful two-story, there were 50 people. Not much for this, it is comfortable.

As for food and drinks, it was in the end: a plate of nuts for 4-6 people, 1 chopped apple, a cooler with water and lemonade, wine and a glass of champagne at the end.

We really liked the hotel, absolutely everything corresponded to what was said, we even expected less. We chose it purely because of its location, as it is located right in the center of the city. Behind is the Luna Park, and not far (500 meters) begins BarStreet with cafes, bars and discos. We traveled half of Cyprus, but in terms of location, we had the best hotel, because it is in the very center. For such a minimum payment, there is no better.
