Balcony exit to courtyard. Very convenient because the child is always in sight. On the second floor there is a very cozy hall where children gather and play on sofas. A balcony overlooking the sea where there is a sofa and some night nature lovers sleep there. The yard is green. Swing benches and gazebos. During the day it is good to sit in the shade under the trees. The kitchen for cooking is fully equipped with everything. There is enough food for everyone. Lots of comfortable tables and soft sofas or beautiful benches. You can order a set lunch for those who do not like to cook. There is a dining room nearby. So, for those who are not suitable for food on the territory, they can eat in a canteen or cafe. Everything is nearby. Several beaches for every taste. Everything is within 2-10 minutes walk. Yacht club where you can rent a yacht. Ice cream and cocktails. . Everything is there. Mosquitoes periods. But you can say no. We rested on the spit, then of course we ate there. A bus runs to the city every 10 minutes. We go for meat to Selpo or the market every other day without any problems. The car is resting. We liked the area and the location of the private courtyard and the courtyard itself. We still rest here but have already decided to write a review. The only negative, and even then not special, is the steep stairs to the third floor and the fact that the pool is without filtration. The water is changed often, but due to the lack of a filter, the water quickly becomes cloudy. But for children and parents is not an interchangeable thing. They wanted to leave, but they refused to return the money to us, we had to serve the paid days.
Conclusion: next year we will come again, but we will look for another place to live.

We got a room across the street with a sea view!
