Just stopped by, a pipe broke in the room... And all this for a lot of money. Their departure is at 12.00, and they started to kick out at 9.00, because the new tenants have already arrived. The stoves in the kitchen are not working very well, something with gas, the microwave oven is broken. The trampoline on the playground is broken, the swings are old and creak. Plus constant noise from repair work (a fountain is being made). There is no soap or shampoo in the room. They don't clean, they don't change towels! They yelled at us for not cleaning up after themselves in the room. In general, the only positive thing is a store on the territory with pleasant sellers and a good assortment. Thanks for the stay, we won't be back!

We rested this summer at the Dolce Vita hotel, we were very pleased. We often visited the Arabat Spit, but for the first time we absolutely liked everything. We ordered food from them (we have two children), everyone was satisfied. Varied and very tasty. All our food preferences were taken into account. There was a large influx of people and sometimes there were not enough dishes in the evenings, but this problem was quickly solved by the manager and everyone was happy.
The sea is warm, and we were very lucky with the weather, it takes 5 minutes to go to the sea
