My husband and I rested in this "5-star" hotel from 05/03/2018 to 05/13/2018.
Arriving on a transfer from the airport to the hotel, no one met us. The fact is that the reception is located at the level of the 2nd floor and you need to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself. Of course, we can do this, but still you expect SERVICE at least from a world-famous hotel chain! We waited 2.5 hours for check-in, and even water was not offered!
The room is spacious, large bed, spacious bathroom, good Wi-Fi - that's all of the pluses!!!
On May 9th, after breakfast, my husband and I got STRONGLY POISONED like dozens of other guests! When contacting the hotel manager, they called us a doctor from the hotel who prescribed us PAIN RELIEFS with symptoms of a temperature of 39.5, vomiting, diarrhea and terrible colic !!!
By the way, we also had to beg for water in the room, call and remind us 3 times that we asked because we were not able to go out ourselves and beat !!!!
The beach and area is very small. Muddy bottom on the beach!!!
I do not recommend the hotel!
The food is monotonous, tasteless!
Service is poor, the hotel prioritizes only people who check in, they don’t care about the residents!
Worn towels in the rooms!
We also got poisoned in this hotel, the first honey. The hotel does not provide assistance at all! Approximately 50 families have been infected. But at the same time, they tell us that we are an isolated case!
The food is very monotonous, keep in mind that you will simply get tired of it by the middle of your holiday! Flies fly in the hall where they eat, and crows fly on the balcony and prevent visitors from eating!
We went for lunch/dinner at Themar al bahar restaurant, located 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The restaurant is decent, a varied menu, some of the waiters speak Russian, the food is top notch, the service is excellent!
The rooms are not bad, conder, shower, kettle, etc. , but there are places of dampness, which is not good.
Beach! There are very few umbrellas, including sunbeds.
When leaving the hotel, your 100 - 150 dollars will be given in dirhams, of course, at an unfavorable rate for you! ! !
Overall: If you don't want to spoil your holiday, don't go to this hotel!
By the way, for shopping lovers, they don’t take a bus to shopping centers from this hole, only one is offered at 10.00 in the morning in DUBAIMALL, this is when everyone goes to the beach in the sun and the peak of traffic (it took an hour and a half to drive in traffic jams and in the heat) and at 14.00 these figures are already taking you back so that you don’t miss lunch at the hotel! This is the whole shopping. Moreover, an excellent bus had to be expected at the bottom of the hotel on the street and in the sun, it is forbidden to drive up to the reception and the doors of the hotel! Complete indifference and rudeness to our compatriot!
I had to humiliate myself and ask to be taken to 3 * Coral to be taken to my bus. And back by taxi 150-200 derhams, and the path is not at all close!
The management of the hotel did not care at all about the tourists and their rest in the hotel! Nothing is done and not cleaned, including the beach is filthy with bits. All photos of the hotel and the beach do not correspond to reality! I still don’t give a damn about the sea, although in the Emirates since 1995 I have traveled to all the oltels on this coast... I remember Sharjah as a desert with small houses... and they built such a vile hotel . . I already spoke about the beach. . . it seems that all the wastewater treatment plants from Sharjah merge here, the first day we were very suspicious that the water stinks of feces and hydrogen sulfide, but the thing is that the beach in front of the hotel was blocked by huge stones and made inside an artificial swamp and clear green silt instead of sand and vile yellow water mixed with green algae killed the whole rest! For children, it’s generally kapets... it’s better not to take them there at all... any trio is better than this ghetto!
Don't you dare go to this stinker! There are many other clean noble hotels with a clean sea and a beach... everything is not for people there, even the Arabs do not come to rest in this shit on Saturday.
