We took 3 excursions - Romania 2 days, Veliko Tarnovo and Sofia 2 days. The first two we liked did not go to Sofia because of illness (the money for Sofia was returned to us without a word). The location of the hotel is good - walking distance to Nessebar, shops, cafes... The disadvantage (not the hotel) was that the transfer to the airport did not come for us, we waited a long time, we got by taxi (the girl from the reception ordered it). As a result, they were late for check-in and only by the personal charm of the airport workers were they allowed to fly.
