We turned to the reception and immediately tried to help us, but unfortunately nothing happened, most likely our air conditioner burned out safely. And there were no empty rooms. The repairmen were called the next day, but no one came during the day. We turned to the representative of the annex tour on this day, a meeting was scheduled with him and we were immediately pleased that, due to the inconveniences, we were being moved to apartments. The food is good, until the evening I didn’t feel like eating, I just bought drinks not far from the hotel, a wonderful supermarket and cheaper than in all coastal ones. In general, the rest was very pleasant. We will be back with pleasure, but most likely in the city of Nessebar I really liked the old town, and Sunny Beach is more of a town for night parties, discos.

Very good hotel! Polite staff, nice owner. Upon arrival, they settled immediately at 9 o'clock in the morning, on the day of departure they were allowed to check out a couple of hours later from the room. The room was amazing, we didn't even expect it. There was no refrigerator in the room which was fixed immediately.

Upon arrival, they settled immediately at 9 o'clock in the morning, on the day of departure they were allowed to check out a couple of hours later from the room. The room was amazing, we didn't even expect it. There was no refrigerator in the room which was fixed immediately. Towels were changed every other day. The food is monotonous, but quite edible, we did not leave hungry. The beach is a 15-minute walk along the central alley. It's not boring to go, because there is always something to look at. On the day of departure, there was a problem with the transfer (it seems they forgot about us), the owner of the hotel helped to solve this problem. The sea and the beach with sand are just super !! ! All liked it ! Thank you for our wonderful stay and special thanks to the hotel for accepting us with our favorite girl Mollichka! We will definitely return to Bulgaria and probably also to Prestige House !!! !
