I will start with the positives, when I was offered several options in the agency, I liked this hotel for its territory and the presence of slides for a child, and it is true, and the slides and the territory are wonderful.
The staff tries very hard to keep the landscaping in good condition, it is noticeable, it is watered every morning.
The number of rooms is not bad, there is no "Soviet" here, everything is quite new.
The sea is clean, although there is nothing going into it yet, and going out is a bit problematic due to a strip of stones, it really hurts with a child in your arms. Therefore, if it will be difficult for an old person or a very small one, keep in mind.
What about nutrition: it is very diverse, a lot of m? clear dishes, several types of fish, vegetable cuts in all possible variations.
There were days when there was even more seafood: squid, mussels, shrimp salads.
There is a grill department where there is meat and fish prepared on the grill, and in the morning there are pancakes and presses for making crispy toast. Food is more than enough, around the beach they feed almost all day, ice cream of 3 types, drinks. But! If you are with a small child who needs cereals and soups, there are not enough of them here. From cereals - rice, sometimes something like bulgur, mashed potatoes, pasta; from soups: peculiar, pureed, sometimes spicy, but for teenagers - french fries and onion rings every day and three times a day))).
Towels, sunbeds: I read somewhere that sunbeds are occupied from the evening and then you cannot find a place. Yes, they really do, but despite this there are a lot of free sunbeds to choose from, there were no problems.
Cons:
The most striking minus of this hotel is the reception! Namely, the Russian-speaking young ladies, there are two of them, both fair, and the slimmer one is more friendly and more adequate. And Alisa, a little plumper, did not behave very friendly when she moved in, but I thought it was because of my tiredness.
She threw me a sheet to fill out, didn't explain anything, gave me a room card, and a card for towels, where to take what, what the rules were, I found out later myself from the residents of the hotel and at the Spa at the reception.
Well, if that's all, but if you are with a very small child or you are an elderly person, then keep in mind that on the day of departure, it may not be possible to extend your stay for money!
As it happened to me, the day before the day of departure, I went to the reception desk to ask if it was possible to extend the day, the administrator (and the slimmer one) asked for my number, looked in the database and said that it was possible and would cost 65 euros, I I agreed to pay already so that the day with the child (4.5 years old) could rest peacefully, because we had an early flight and were picked up at 10:40 pm. But this administrator told me to pay in the morning, before breakfast.
When I came in the morning, another woman, Alisa, was already there, and without looking at anything, she snorted: "we are fully booked, I can't give you an extension", to my "but we agreed and I came over yesterday", she said that I don't mind yesterday they didn't promise, they just said to ask to come over. .
The thought arose that it is precisely because I am Ukrainian, and she is Russian! (and yes, I spoke to them gently and in their language, that is, Russian).
So why not just offer me a higher price, I was ready to give 100 euros, so as not to torture a child without sleep for a day, and then to drive/fly/drive 18 hours to Ukraine with him at night.
This is a very unpleasant situation that spoiled the whole week of rest! I have never seen this anywhere, neither in 3* nor in 4* star hotels, they always made concessions and helped as much as possible, even for money.
Therefore, be careful that such a situation may arise with these administrators!
For cleaning the rooms:
When I moved in, I saw a couple of stones near the leg of the wardrobe and some black marks in the bathroom, but I was so tired that I didn't pay attention, I thought that they would clean it later. It was the fourth day of my stay, and the cleaning was only taking out the garbage, changing the towels, no one vacuumed or washed the floor, until I couldn't stand it and washed the floor in the room myself, this is the impression that either they forgot or blocked it, or there are not enough staff. But I will definitely not forget how I washed the floor in 5*! ! Because I can't let my child collect dust with his legs.
If you don't bother with this, you will be fine, for me it is not pleasant, not normal, I don't want to come back despite all the advantages!
I'll start with the cons. Although, as for me - who are cons, and who are not.
1. The entrance to the sea is medium pebble. We went in without shoes. It can be difficult for overweight and elderly people.
2. Internet is free, only in the lobby and then it is weak.
3. There is no kettle and tea sets in the room.
4. In the bathroom there are only soap and shampoo dispensers.
5. Sea 500 steps or 250 meters. Considered!
6. Another disadvantage can be considered queues in bars. But we took 3 glasses for each. And everything is fine! There is no limit for one. Take as much as you can take. There are no queues late at night.
The rest is pluses!
1. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The plumbing and air conditioning all work great.
2. Diverse food: chicken, beef, fish, lamb. All in different variations. There were once sushi and mussels and red fish. Grill lunch and dinner every day. Fruits: green and red apples, plums, oranges, apricots, blue and green grapes, watermelons, melons. Oh, and a lot of baking. Side dishes: 2 types of rice, mashed potatoes, 3 types of pasta, fries. And all sorts of stewed mixtures: eggplant, zucchini, carrots, corn, beans...
Salads, cheeses, herbs, pickles as usual.
3. Alcohol: vodka, cognac, white and red wine, tequila, rum, gin, Baileys. And cocktails.
POUR A LOT! They don't save. Baileys drank glasses.
5. Animation is! Water gymnastics, children's entertainment. Football, volleyball. Show at the amphitheatre. Discos every evening on the street near the night bar. Until the last visitor.
6. Bazaars are not far away and Lira shopping center is 2 km away. We went shopping.
We were happy and comfortable. I advise.
You can see the recent construction of the hotel, the quality functionality of everything. At the same time, expensive materials and equipment, but a step above many other "tired" hotels. The staff is helpful without being rude and like. . . come back later. Many little things are well thought out. The beach is small pebbles, slightly larger in the water. Depth - through three-four steps. The food is great for me, but I'm picky.
Minor drawbacks: free Wi-Fi only in two specific places; as elsewhere, weak when there are many users. There are many people with a dining room (restaurant) and there are not always enough places for a large company, like ours (8 people). This is understandable, the hotel is large and there are a lot of people. We have solved the problem: do not go at the opening hour, when the most hungry are standing. And in an hour. All the same food, but less people. And yet - a weak gym. But three workouts were enough for me.
As a result, I want to return to this hotel again.
Now about the room, spacious relatively clean. The maids enter the room even if there is a “do not disturb” sign on the door, which surprised us a lot. For a week of rest, bath towels were changed once, face towels never.
There were enough sun loungers for everyone on the sea, there were never any problems (unlike the pools, where half are occupied with empty towels). The entrance to the sea is just tough, it was stormy all week, the sea is 2 meters and a cliff, immediately deep, with a small child to swim without options, waves with stones hurt the legs, so it is advisable to have special shoes, the hotel sells for 15 euros, on the market which is a 10 min walk from the hotel 4 dollars.
Separately, I want to note the Russian-speaking girl at the issuance of towels, who managed to be rude out of the blue, the story is this if you didn’t hand over your towels in the evening, then in the morning they won’t change them for you, you go to the beach with wet ones, we didn’t know this rule (only arrived the first day ) instead of explaining it, she just rudely sent us, and what was our surprise when in the evening they refused to accept towels from us, they say the washing machine broke down, come tomorrow evening, in short 3 days with towels standing in the corner from salt, we knew that we are going to a low-level hotel, but we didn’t expect to take beach towels with us, we found a way out, tadammm, at the hotel you can easily buy towels for $ 20)))
I did not like the hotel, the whole vacation there was a feeling that you were not welcome here.
Pros of the hotel: Clean, fresh room, individual air conditioning in the room. Green, beautiful area, albeit small.
Cons of the hotel: Feeling that I got into an anthill, especially in the main restaurant for dinner. Queues for everything. There were never enough forks for everyone, there was a shortage of teaspoons. The food is not tasty and very poorly prepared. The kitchen looked like students were working, constantly dried french fries and a burnt pizza. There are "watchers" so that people do not take food out of the restaurant.
You need to get up early on the beach and take sun loungers, otherwise you will come and wallow on the pebbles.
Water slides are constantly turned off, as the pump overheats. And this is in the 21st century, just laughing.
Wifi is paid, but at the reception it catches badly.
There was a feeling that you were not welcome everywhere, as if you had come to them on a free ticket))) The attitude can change dramatically to a radiant smile if you suddenly get a pack of dollars. We personally observed such a picture.
