the hotel is suitable only for trips in the off-season (fortunately it is open all year round), when you can just stare at the view from the window.
The walls in the rooms are finished with clapboard + smelly impregnation. Plumbing in a terrible state, it's scary to take a shower. By the way, you take a shower if you're lucky: the water does not reach the 4th floor. Get ready for the noise of the train behind the wall, you will not be warned about this when booking. The sea is not the sea. This is bay water. To leave the parking lot, you need to call half the beach)) You will be supported by 2-3 cars and it is not always possible to get through.
The road from Odessa to the hotel is HELL. Of course, the hotel is not to blame, but be prepared to drive 60 km in 2 hours: broken road + traffic jams.
In a word, you go hundreds of kilometers to the sea for a vacation (not to say cheap), but you arrive in the scoop without normal service, and the sea is so-so.
I am writing a review so that everyone who is going to go there understands where they will end up. Room for 3 ~ 80$, room for 2 ~ 40$. I would like the owners of houses by the sea to think about how they will survive without tourists? And with such no service and attitude, there will soon be no tourists left.
There was no cleaning at all for 10 days. We were put in a room with a strong smell of paint. When I approached the administrator with this question, they gave me the answer that this is the case everywhere, they painted the lining with drying oil in the winter, but for some reason it still smells. Those. number has not been changed. Then I looked into the room of my friends - they had a fresh smell of wood - the lining was not painted.
When people come with children to the sea to breathe fresh air, not paint, then any hotel is not entitled to provide such rooms to vacationers.
There was no hot water after 20.00.
There was no wifi in the morning.
There is a parking lot, but the car tightly blocks the second one and to leave you are looking for two or three owners of other cars.
The sea here is essentially not a sea, but a river, because. the water was salty 3 days out of 10, and 200 meters down the beach to the left of the villa.
Pros: view from the room, location right on the beach, the sound of the waves outside the window.
But when a man who was swimming in front of the villa drowned before our eyes (he was swept away by the current), I raised all the official information about this place. This happened on our day of departure - the rest was greatly spoiled by the heaviest burden on the soul.
It turns out that swimming is prohibited here - the Dniester flows into the sea, and the villa has its own direct access to the water. People die every year, including children. This was also confirmed by local sellers on the beach. During the day, two men drowned next to the villa (Aug 23-24.2018). Information is available on the Internet in the reports of the Ministry of Taxation. They also managed to save two more before my eyes. Here, before the construction of these villas, there were signs, but they disappeared somewhere. It is logical that entrepreneurs are not profitable. Yes, let people come, live in these villas, whoever likes it, but, owners, don't let people swim here!
It is impossible to remain silent about this, but it is necessary to shout so that such cases do not happen again!! !
Very little light (no overhead light), only sconces (5 pcs). The room is rustic - regular beds, small blankets, pillows one name. There is no TV remote. Plumbing is loose and the most common. Almost Scoop. It seems to be a lining, but this is not at all comparable with the comfort in the same Bukovel. There was a cockroach in the room, 1 time in the evening there was no hot water. Why are there no boilers? No bedside tables. That is, after reading at night, look at the phone where to put them? I had to lay down a towel and put it on it...Is it normal? The first couple of phrases of a child (4.5 years old) within 15 minutes after settling in - "Some old house", "Dad, why old things? ", "I want something in Kyiv. " And it hurt so much in my heart, because it's all true. I was disappointed with the number, somehow it looks nicer in the photo. Lots of mosquitoes in the evening. Wi-fi - not stable, often falls off. Almost all the time was on 3G.
2. Cleaning.
After 3 days I asked when the room would be cleaned.
They answered that cleaning is done every other day, but you need to leave the key, since they do not have duplicates. What kind of nonsense? Guys, we need to talk about this in advance!
3. Garbage.
It turns out that you have to take out the trash yourself (!! ! ! ) Guys, are you not ashamed to take such money for a room? Even after cleaning, garbage is fundamentally not taken out, including from the toilet. It's just stone age.
4. Beach.
He is dirty. Why dirty? Because there is no trash can. Okay, I lived right on the beach and then wore bags from the garbage to the hotel, and those who come from afar? Correct, all cigarette butts, candy sticks in the sand. There are almost no young people, almost everyone is over 40-50 (we are 30).
5. Sea.
Although the entry is shallow, but 20 meters from the beach, "stumps" stick out in the sea itself. It looks like it used to be a pier. I actually hit them 2-3 times. So why can't you take them out? And if you dive or belly about it?
6. "Georgian restaurant" on site.
To make it clear what it is. 3 tables outside and that's it. There is a barbecue.
Or barracks, or eateries, where max drink beer. Of the 4 cafes, only one had compote for the child. Uzvar was not anywhere at all. Juice only 200 ml per pack. I found local (sellers) - I wanted to know where it was clean, where you could eat normally and civilly. Both (in different places) advised the strip bar "Kazanova" : ) But it's a couple of kilometers to it, and the machine is blocked : ) Who needs discos - there are none in the nearest district, it's dark on the streets in the evening.
8. Stores.
Who is aware of the Kyiv stores Fora, Silpo. So here they are - it's just Las Vegas. In fact, only the "kennels" where the woman stands at the entrance are close. Max take some bread or a drink. We found one mini-market, but it is not so close and we had to stomp to it through a busy road, where there is no sidewalk, but a lot of minibuses. I had to hold the child tightly by the hand. It became clear why there is a multicooker in the room. Everything was prepared for the child (4.5 years). Yogurt, such as "Agushi" - was not in 4 stores.
9. Sunbeds, umbrellas.
The hotel states that sun loungers and umbrellas are included in the price. Yes, they do. If you get up at 8 am. At 9 am there are no sunbeds. Moreover, about 30% of the loungers are broken or rewound with wire in the place where the lounger rises for the head. That is, you can only lie on them, no half-sitting positions. My wife came out in the morning, took 2 sunbeds. While I was sleeping, the hostess came up to her and took one sunbed, saying that it was not from "our hotel. " And I gave it to another guy, literally next to me. To the question, where to get "from our hotel" look for the answer from people. Umbrellas are just a bunch of broken and rusty sticks, just one word. I barely folded 1 umbrella out of 2 baskets, which was shabby, God forbid. He also kept it on the balcony. For the other to add up is almost impossible. What kind of greed? Where did you get this broken rubbish? Either remove it from the description, or buy at least something human.
10. View from the hotel.
Although he is at sea, but ...
immediately to the right is an active railway/machine bridge, and looking straight ahead is a dock with cranes. That is, you cannot be alone with nature. Always noisy. You have to look to the left to see only the sea...Association - Mariupol, Kerch. Industrial Zone. Missing oil rig.
11. Parking.
She is. But if you parked once, then you won’t get out. Parked in 3 lanes. Nobody leaves a phone number. How to leave? No way, run to look for whose car.
12. Mistress.
Excuse me, please, but the hostess is rude, she answers almost with arrivals (for garbage, for a sunbed, for cleaning the room). It was very unpleasant. And that's how he communicates with everyone. Haven't seen this in a long time.
13. Parting word from the owners.
I would like to hear when we check out how we liked it, what could be improved. Nobody. Miraculously caught the hostess to give the key to the steel cable from the parking lot to exit. I didn’t see it again ...There was no one to leave my wish.
14. Price / quality.
We paid 1800 UAH per night(! ). No breakfast included. And got the above. This is nonsense, the price is max 800 UAH for IT. We won't be back and won't recommend to friends. And if you add food prices (shish kebab on average 60 UAH / 100 grams) - it’s better to add a little and take Egypt / Turkey. What am I talking about, the Iron Port is much more civilized.
