A normal hotel for the money, the sea is nearby (we almost didn’t swim - we traveled around the country and to Croatia, but walked along the promenade every evening), it’s pretty quiet, we didn’t hear the neighbors, the language barrier did not prevent the owners from helping: they provided parking for the car, they helped with a refrigerator (our purchase did not fit in the refrigerator of the room).

The room was lightly cleaned and towels changed once. In a nearby hotel, breakfast for 4 euros with a small selection a la buffet, there were no problems with dinner at all. We took a room without a kitchen overlooking the street. A small cozy courtyard, the owners are friendly. Everything works, although for plumbing minus a ball, I hope they will pay attention to it in the offseason.

My opinion about the villa: + close to the sea, walk about 3-4 minutes; + light cleaning in the room every day, change of towels (but they are old stained and some with holes) every three days; + large and soft bed; - very little space in the room; - the dining table is on the balcony (the room was with a kitchen), but if you put 2 chairs there (the room was for 2), then you need to make your way to the balcony; -+ (for whom, how) our room was overlooking the neighboring villa and a piece of mountains (but we were fine with that); + the presence of a kitchen (if you need it) with a stove, electric kettle and refrigerator; --- (a HUGE MINUS) is the kitchen itself and what you can cook on it.

My opinion about the villa:
+ close to the sea, walk about 3-4 minutes;
+ light cleaning in the room every day, change of towels (but they are old stained and some with holes) every three days;
+ large and soft bed;
- very little space in the room;
- the dining table is on the balcony (the room was with a kitchen), but if you put 2 chairs there (the room was for 2), then you need to make your way to the balcony;
-+ (for whom, how) our room was overlooking the neighboring villa and a piece of mountains (but we were fine with that);
+ the presence of a kitchen (if you need it) with a stove, electric kettle and refrigerator;
--- (a HUGE MINUS) is the kitchen itself and what you can cook on it. Here I will tell you in more detail.
We got such a set of kitchen utensils: 2 pots, 1 lid (why is it not clear), 2 tbsp. spoons, 2 forks, 1 teaspoon (probably thought that was enough), 1 huge knife, 1 table knife that will not cut anything, 1 corkscrew, 1 wooden spatula (I didn’t understand why), 1 bottle opener (for example, beer ), 1 cutting board, about 4 plates (not deep and not flat, something in between), 3 cups.
There is no frying pan in the room for fire safety purposes, that is, you cannot fry anything!
In the room, according to their rules, you are FORBIDDEN to cook fish, meat, seafood. And then I have questions: why do I need a kitchen then, if I can’t even cook soup ?? ? Why do I need a kitchen, if in a country where there is fresh sea fish and seafood I cannot cook them???... The owners told us to cook sausages. As a result, all 10 days we ate pasta with sausages or meat, which we bought in the store.
Take sugar, salt, detergent and a sponge for washing dishes with you (the absence of the latter struck me very much). We had to buy it all ourselves.
- the freezer freezes very badly (ice cream remained liquid after the night spent there);
- Lack of parking. We rented a car and faced the fact that we had nowhere to park it. The sister of the owner of the villa showed us the place, but when we started to park there, apparently the owner ran up to us from the neighboring villa and said "that this is a redeemed place for his guests. " so we had to decide this question ourselves;
+ wi-fi works intermittently, but insignificant (it's hard to make a call in viber, everything else is in order);
I don’t even know what to attribute it to: our transfer was at 12:15, and check-out from the villa takes place at 10:00, if you check out later, then pay a fine. at 10:00 we went downstairs to ask the owners what to do, but there was no one except for my grandmother and she allowed us to stay in the room for the time being. I believe that the owners, knowing that they will not be, could tell us how to act on the day of eviction (we are in a new country and do not know their rules).
The owner basically understands Russian, his wife quite a bit, the owner's sister understands Russian, but speaks English.
My rating is 1 star, and the rest 3 for cleaning, proximity to the sea and permission to stay until the transfer (although this is a matter of chance).
Bottom line: I will not go to this hotel again, because. I think that the owners should help, not create problems for vacationers. Well, I didn’t overpay for the kitchen if I knew their conditions, because it’s useless there.

The studio for 3 is a bit small. There are dishes, kettle, hair dryer, air conditioning. There is no table in the room. I had to eat either on the balcony, or bring the table from the balcony. There is no table space in the room. There is a shower cabin. The beds are comfortable, not sagging. 3 minutes to the sea.

Beautiful villa, rested with a child of 9 years old, in Becici for the third time. Hot water around the clock, hair dryer, tiles, dishes, balcony, SAFE (free of charge), wi-fi. Responsive hosts, very green area. Cleaning every day. In connection with the transfer of the flight for a day, the issue was very quickly resolved - one more day went as a bonus)) We rented a car - we went to Herceg Novi - a lot of impressions !! !.
