We came under the invasion of a swarm of mosquitoes and suffered for 7 days, but this was after the floods in the Krasnodar Territory, huge jellyfish, and in principle not bad!! !

We rested in this hotel in 2016 and 2017, we were very satisfied, it was a good family hotel near the sea, quiet and peaceful, silence and respect for all residents to each other. Out of old memory, we decided to go this year, we were surprised that our favorite room with a steep balcony was free, we arrived, it turned out that the owners had changed in a couple of years, and now the hotel has turned into a bar for those companies who sleep during the day, and from 3 day is pumped up with alcohol and yells songs until night.

Old plumbing, old playground. They made a bunch of add-ons - Shanghai, not a cozy place, bedlam. It’s scary to let a child out, because drunken bullies roam the territory, occupying sun loungers by the pool from morning until the next drinking bout. They are appreciated, they buy beer and shrimp in unlimited quantities at the bar. Ordinary guests with children who come to relax in peace, in disgrace, we were forced to urgently move to a neighboring hotel at 9 pm after a day and a half of stay, because the day before at 12 am we had to calm down drunken neighbors who turned on loud music on the balconies and arranged karaoke , and the next day the same drunken company occupied the dining room (we had to eat in the room, carry food on trays to the 3rd floor) and arranged a party there with songs, music, obscenities, and the owners refused to help, they say, "they have the right, if you don't like it, leave. "
The money, however, was returned. I do not advise.

In our case, we did not manage to call in, because. there was a force majeure when, with a difference of one day, my mother fell ill and the eldest of the daughters fell ill with a temperature of under 40. Mom fell ill on the eve of the trip, I asked the owners to move our race one day later, in the hope that my mother would feel better. However, the next day, the daughter fell ill, and the trip had to be cancelled. I canceled the reservation and explained the reasons.
This is where the fun begins - you can cancel the trip only 45 days before arrival, otherwise you will lose the cost of the reservation. Despite the obvious force majeure on my part, the cost of the reservation (or at least part of it, I would consider such an arrangement quite reasonable) was not returned to me, referring to the terms of the contract. From a legal point of view, maybe everything is correct, but the aftertaste remained very unpleasant.

I liked everything: on arrival we were met right on the platform by the carriage. Brought to the hotel. Helped with things. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. If you don’t want to cook, you will be fed deliciously and inexpensively, but if you want, the cook himself. The sea is within walking distance, the beach is sandy.

We stayed at this place for 2 weeks in August. Corps "Elena". Their pluses are the pool (it helped out a lot, because the sea was stormy for the first few days of our holiday), a mini-kitchen in the room (there is an opportunity to save on food). On this, perhaps, everything. I did not like some detached attitude of the owners of this "hotel".

Eugene is engaged in the pool and it seems that he hates everyone who gets in there, he is very jealous of cleanliness (perhaps, on the one hand, this is a plus). The hostess Elena, not embarrassed by the guests, almost constantly discusses someone very loudly with her mother in the kitchen. In addition, she absolutely does not know how to communicate with clients, if you start expressing your dissatisfaction with something to her, she will not bother to correct the “jamb”, but will start to be rude. It so happened when, in our absence, she went into our room to change bed linen, without warning us about it in advance. When I asked her not to visit us again while we were gone, in response I received some kind of nonsense about the service in all hotels, supposedly cleaning is done only in the absence of a client. So, dear Elena, before engaging in such a business, take the trouble to learn at least a little about the service, what it is and what it is eaten with, how to talk with customers and in what case you can enter the room during the absence of guests. And much more.
One gets the impression that the client in this place is a figure far from being of paramount importance. All owners care about is money.
A week after our arrival, the kitchen-dining room was closed, a couple of days later the maid quit. We changed our linen twice. True, after the departure of the maid, the linen no longer smelled of air conditioning, but of mustiness.
Now about the numbers. We rented a 4 seater. In the room: 1-bed and 2-bed and chair-bed (old), wardrobe, small table, small refrigerator (with a huge frost in the freezer), TV with 6 channels (no satellite TV, stated in the advertisement, no). Sink with stove, there is also an electric kettle, which, thanks to this neighborhood, is in the water. The toilet looks good. Small, not very comfortable sink. The drain in the shower constantly smelled of sewage. Cleaning was never done. This service is on demand, but somehow, as a client, it is not very convenient for me to run around looking for someone who will do this. It would be much better if the hosts themselves at least once offered to clean the room. But, judging by the state of our corps as a whole, we cannot hope for this. The owners did not bother cleaning the territory at all. As sand, leaves and already rotten grapes were lying around from the day of our arrival, nothing has changed on the day of departure. On the ground floor, under the stairs, there was a vacuum cleaner and a mop, apparently left with a hint "clean it yourself. "
The most nightmare is of course the playground! The coating is all off and lies anyhow. A meager sandbox with a scattering of broken toys, two "crippled" swings, on which it is difficult even for a three-year-old to swing (very low). And to top it all - an incomprehensible building-killer. At first we thought it was a horizontal bar with a ladder, but then we saw in the photo that it used to be a swing. There is no inflatable pool, instead of it, again, a broken tent was lying around. In the evening, with the onset of darkness, another "jamb" appeared - the lack of lighting in the local area.
In general, if you are a lover of rudeness and indifferent attitude, you are here.

We had a great rest with family and relatives in a two-room suite in the Valentine building. The balcony on the third floor, although not very large, we all fit in even with neighbors from another room, and you can see the sea. We were pleased with the shared kitchen, everything you need is there. The beautiful territory of the hotel, tastefully landscaped by the hostess Elena, but improvements are underway - after all, this is a movement towards improvement! The pool is magnificent, clear water, the child managed to go to the sea and back again to splash in the pool.

The owners, the staff are polite, responsive, they always tell you what you need, explain: barbecue, please, skewers, take, how much you need? bedding on the sea - here you choose.
The sea is nearby, clean, there are few people, not like in the center of Kuchugur.
Thanks to Elena, Valentina and the staff, we will come again.

Breakfast and dinner were prepared on our own in the room, lunch was ordered from the hotel cook, who fed us delicious homemade food, pastries. Very hospitable owners of the hotel, next to the gentle Sea of u200bu200bAzov - shallow and warm, it is a pleasure for children to splash around. The only drawback is that there is no Wi-Fi, but maybe that's for the best, sometimes you need to take a break from the Internet.

- the hotel is located close to the sea;
-the room has a stove, dishes, a kettle, outside - barbecue. . There is a desire - cook it yourself, there is no desire - there is a dining room (edible and inexpensive).
-there is a swimming pool, the water is clean;
-there is a playground with a soft surface, where you can run barefoot + sandbox and swings;
-there are billiard and tennis tables;
Now about the cons that cross out all the good initial impression:
-the shower drain smelled of sewage (and not only in our room);
- for 20 days the bed linen was not changed even once, as well as the cleaning was never done!! ! The explanations were different: the maid quit, it's raining and the laundry doesn't dry. . .
-by the way, not only the guests, but also the servants suffered from the stupidity and rudeness of the owners. During our stay, the maid disappeared and the cook quit.
-when they began to clean themselves under the bed, they found not only deposits of dust, but also forgotten things of former guests;
-in the midst of our vacation, the owners decided to start a renovation on the first floor and move the door to the room to the opposite side. Construction began: noise, dirt, etc. Two families immediately moved to another hotel, then they could not get enough: the linen is changed every three days, the room is cleaned, and the staff is friendly - and all this for the same money.
- at some point, the playground was polluted by some animal and for several days it was not cleaned, but only carried by stray kids... : (
- the swing was not fixed and if the child swayed strongly, he could fall along with the swing;
- the story of how rooms are booked, and then they turn out to be busy, I heard more than once...
-to the natural indignation of one of the guests about the disgrace that was happening, the hostess replied: "What do you want, this is business in Russian... "

In June 2014, we rested at the Piter Hotel in the village of Kuchugury. Our trip to the Krasnodar Territory cannot be compared with any foreign trips. Impressions - one "positive" ! ! I hasten to share this positive with you - future vacationers who prefer to relax in Russia.
Our choice for the Piter Hotel was accidental, and we have never regretted our choice. A double room (I was vacationing with a teenage child) was booked in the spring. We were immediately clarified about the method of arrival, and whether we need a transfer. Upon arrival in Anapa, a driver was already waiting for us on the platform near the carriage, who brought us to the hotel itself.
The first impression did not deceive us: the friendly administrator immediately placed us in the room, telling us about the possible food options. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, everything has been done for vacationers, even probably more than everything (for vacationers with small children, this is just a paradise). The owners of the hotel and the staff are very friendly, sociable and sincere people! The hotel has a swimming pool and sun loungers. The water is purest. Because in June the sea was not quite warm yet, we gladly took the opportunity to swim in the pool. The sea is close, walk 2 minutes, there are few people on the beach, the beach and the sea are clean. We also had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. The cook is excellent - the food was tasty, plentiful and varied. The room on the second floor in the "Valentina" building, in which we lived, fully corresponded to the description on the site: TV, air conditioning, El. Teapot. Large fridge next to the room. We knew that we would not have a bathroom in the room. There were two bathrooms on our floor, and the fact that they were not in the room, but on the floor did not cause us any inconvenience (there were no queues). The bathrooms are clean, the finishes are new, the plumbing is new. The stairs to the floor are comfortable and very beautiful. Our room was very comfortable with a balcony where we had tea in the evenings. The cost of living in the room was affordable for us and corresponded to the declared comfort. In my opinion, when paying 350 rubles per person per day, my child and I got all the amenities that we needed. On the advice of Elena Alekseevna (the owner of the hotel), we went on several excursions. Believe me - there is something to see here ! ! Nature is the most beautiful!!
We were satisfied with the rest in this hotel, our impressions and emotions overwhelmed us for several more months. Next year - definitely and only in the hotel "Peter"!!! ! We recommend all our friends and acquaintances to stay there.

Good afternoon to all future travelers!
We booked two rooms on the 3rd floor in the Valentine building a month before arrival - for June 4th.
And at night, our relatives with two children settled in front of us in a two-room suite on the same floor and in the same building.
Made the required prepayment of 5000 for each room.
At the station in Tonnelnaya we were met as promised, thanks to Alexei, who, by the way, has nothing to do with the owners of the hotel. Keep in mind that the hostess overprices the transfer that you order from her by 20 percent.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we barely woke Elena, although she knew that we would arrive at about 7.30, but woke up only after a call to her mobile.
A half-asleep hostess came out to us in a T-shirt and breeches, all not the first freshness, stained. Okay, I guess anything can happen.
Our crowd (otherwise you can't say it - 4 children and 3 adults) was escorted to the building, and I remained "registered", although they asked for only one passport, any adult.
Then I went out into the area. To the right of the pool, construction continues, there are boards, building materials, construction debris.
The playground is planted with "lawns" (flower beds) with flowers, and when the ball hits the flowers on the children, the owner's roar is heard that it is impossible to walk on the "lawns".
There is a pool and the water is clean. There are sun loungers, but they are not exactly ready to receive sunbathers.
A stove and tables for self-cooking were promised - they did not notice.
But it's not that important, huh. its own dining room on the territory is very good, they cook deliciously, the portions are large, the prices are very reasonable. This is probably a very big plus. But, to our great regret, even this plus did not convince us to stay at the hotel.
Two buildings stand opposite each other, both three-story. Elena with kitchens is closer to the road, and then Valentina, in which there is a dining room.
I must say right away that Valentina is an unfinished building, but despite this, the hostess offers rooms for booking in it. The photos of this building on the website do not quite correspond to reality.
The entrance to Valentina is through an unplanned wooden temporary staircase, apparently hastily knocked together for vacationers, because for owners and staff entrance to the building through the dining room.
At the entrance, we were immediately told that we had to take off our shoes on the ground floor and then “move” only barefoot.
Subsequently, they threatened to put a basin of water for "washing" the feet after the beach.
We understand that after the beach it is necessary to wash off the sand from the feet, but not in the general basin, which after 2-3 children will turn into a basin with sand)))
Our rooms were on the third floor, the staircase is sooooo steep, "spiral", one might say, very dangerous for children.
There are three rooms on the floor - one two-room and two one-room.
There was one (!!!! ) shower for three rooms, there was no shower head for our arrival, there was only a mixer in the shower. Then it turned out that the sink in the toilet was leaking.
We filed claims, we were promised to do everything within a day.
The promised refrigerator in the hall was brought only after our request, but there was no socket where it could be connected.
There are wires sticking out of the walls in the rooms, a loosely reinforced socket, water dripping from the chandelier in the hall (it was raining on the day of arrival), the carpet on the floor is damp, the TVs are not connected, they lie on the floor.
True, by dinnertime, the TVs were plugged into an outlet and even “bedside tables were bought especially for us in the color of the furniture, ” but they never worked.
The promised wi-fi is not only not working, it is absent in principle.
The walls are like cardboard, you can only speak in a whisper.
Now about the beautiful "balcony in the room with partial conveniences", stated in the photo.
Instead of stone balusters - a shaky sheet of drywall or gypsum board, reinforced in two places with bars and two corners.
Construction debris under the balcony.
On the ground floor, the kitchen and everything that you will talk about on the balcony “descends” into the ears of the hostess and her mother, who will not fail to discuss it without thinking that you will hear them.
After "family" advice, we decided to look for another place to stay.
The hostess was invited to a conversation with a request to return the prepayment in full due to the fact that the site provided false information that does not correspond to reality, and also because by the time we moved in, the building was not ready for living, especially with children.
As a result, we generally had the idea that the building was not accepted by any regulatory organizations at all and was not put into operation in accordance with existing laws.
We were refused a refund of the prepayment paid at the time of booking the room.
The hostess, in response to all our comments, accused us of being too exacting, saying that “everyone likes it, ” that “it’s like that in all foreign hotels. ”
The woman absolutely does not hear the interlocutor and inadequately responds to claims.
In general, it didn’t work out in a good way. I had to go for representatives from the administration / police.
And only thanks to our perseverance and the presence of an "official on duty" we were returned 15.000 prepayments for three numbers.
But at the same time, we heard so much “pleasant” and new things about ourselves and our children, both from the hostess and her mother, and from the staff.
