What we encountered at the base itself, to put it mildly, goes beyond all the limits of ordinary decency, not to mention the standards of service. Just a few examples:
1) Aunt (sorry, I won’t call her otherwise), who declared herself a governess, was rude and poked at the guests on the beach. To the comments, she replied that the age difference does not allow her to contact you, who does not like, that "Goes to... another base. "
2) In the morning there was an announcement by the administrator (loudspeaker) about the work of the bar on the territory from 09:00 to 02:00. It opens only at 10:30 - we have breakfast, the answer is - I'm not working yet, we clarify - when they start, they "When we want - then we work... " and then the scenario of the aunt from paragraph 1. When addressing the administrator of the base on this fact, the answer was, or rather it was not: "They are tenants, I have nothing to do with their activities... "?!
3) Evening 21:00. There is an animator on the site, a children's disco, a drunken guest "swims up" - he puts a dj 100 rubles. and in karaoke begins to sing "Vladimir Central" (remember the words yourself), then again children's dance. So until 22:00, three times: "Murka", "Girl share", etc.
4) Already leaving, they witnessed how a security guard (in a yellow T-shirt, at the gate) poked and yelled at the next “guests” to “Get out of the gate with your car”, because. "Before 10:00 he will not let anyone into the base. . . "
The occupancy of the database is an indicator, no doubt. But, with this approach to service, it is gradually filled with people who allow themselves to come to the dining room half-naked, blow their nose right on the playground and throw sunflower shells on the beach.
As it is sung in the song mentioned above: “It is not a point that usually destroys, but an ace by eleven... ”
You know, of course, everyone draws conclusions for himself, but we traveled all over the Black Sea from Batumi to Odessa, and for a long time in such places as the Sadko base, guests are called guests, and they are treated accordingly. I'm not talking about the facts of violations of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights.
As for the recommendations, go to Ukraine, go to the Crimea, go to the Sea of Azov (Primorsk, Kirillovka, Genichesk), where prices are really adequate, where every barbecue owner honestly smiles at you and in public transport even gypsies give way to elders.
After all, as you know, the spoiled mood of your family on vacation is more expensive than the most expensive beer, barbecue and brandy
