Among the shortcomings: poor soundproofing, weak wi-fi. If someone likes to ride a bike, then the hotel has a rental, but the bikes are in poor condition: rusty, with inoperative gearshifts and flat tires ...I barely chose one for myself, but I didn’t get pleasure from walking on it.

Very nice rooms with kitchen, crockery and household appliances. A washing machine and ironing board are provided. The room is very quiet. There is a pool, but the water is cold. Near several shops and a large supermarket. Several beaches for every taste. The old town is 20 minutes on foot or you can take a train that runs every 30 minutes.

We chose a quiet hotel with large rooms and a normal bathroom, no food, no animation, no restaurant. Bought through an early booking agency, but the hotel has its own website, you can book there directly. We had a 2-room apartment (308) with a separate bedroom and living room - kitchen, a large balcony for two rooms.

We had a 2-room apartment (308) with a separate bedroom and living room - kitchen, a large balcony for two rooms. Bed linen is changed once a week, towels on request, room cleaning - daily. The hotel is new, delivered in 2014, so the whole environment is new and clean.
The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, small - a lawn around the hotel, a swimming pool with a section for children, sunbeds, umbrellas, a playground with swings, a house and a slide. It is better to take the top floor overlooking the pool, on the top floor there is no roof over the balcony. Rooms overlooking the pool are better because on the other side of the hotel there are just wastelands and a view of the hotel under construction nearby, although the restaurant is probably less heard there in the evening. Rooms overlooking the pool - even, odd - on the wasteland.
The hotel is non-smoking, in any case, no smoking signs are pasted in the rooms. On the ground floor there is a table tennis table. An iron and ironing board are provided upon request.

Wi-fi is free, it works better in the bedroom, coverage is worse in the living room, especially in the evening when a lot of people are sitting and pumping something.
A bedroom with a double bed and a large flat-screen TV, there are Russian channels, a chest of drawers for clothes, a table top under the TV and a modem, many sockets, an ottoman, air conditioning. You can plug in your laptop and work.
The living room has a large sofa for two, air conditioning, a large (up to the ceiling) wardrobe, a large flat-screen TV, different shelves around the TV. The kitchen block is represented by many cabinets, a large table and 4 chairs, a small built-in refrigerator with two shelves, a freezer, a drawer for vegetables and 2 shelves on the door, a two-burner glass-ceramic hob, a microwave, an electric kettle, a sink, an extractor hood, a toaster.
There were dishes in the kitchen: 4 glasses, 2 cups, 4 plates, 4 salad bowls and cutlery (4 table spoons, 4 forks, 4 knives, 4 teaspoons), a large knife, a ladle, a cutting board. The kitchen was also equipped with a pot with a lid and a frying pan without a lid. You need a washcloth for washing dishes, dishwashing detergent and a kitchen towel.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and hairdryer, sink, toilet, shampoo, shower gel and soap, toilet paper, towels, mop to collect leaking water. To change towels, you need to leave them in the bathroom, put empty shampoo / gel bottles in the same place.
Balcony for both rooms, each has access to the balcony, on the balcony there is a dryer (clothespins are needed), a table, 2 chairs. Every morning swallows arrive, around 6-7 am, and sing songs.
The pool is always clean warm water, in the evening lights, around the sun loungers and umbrellas. After 17:00, the shadow from the hotel is already beginning to fall on the pool, so when you leave the water it becomes cool, but you can go to your room.

Children often played ping pong, arranged tournaments between themselves and with other similar children. We rented bikes a couple of times. You can just ride along Budjaka, or go towards kavatsi, there are very beautiful places there.
