Since this is not the first time - with a 50% discount, we thought and decided to take it and did not lose, the room is large -40m, bathrobes, minibar, tea station - all inclusive, otherwise you have to pay for a bathrobe separately, a tea station is not provided in the standard, well, minibar for money. In general, the Turks have changed their approach and the general concept - if before it was free, now you have to pay for almost everything. The same a la carte restaurant for 25 € per person, although in the same Queen park it is free. The food is average, everything is the same, but everything is enough. Rooms cleaned every day, minibar replenished daily. Hamam is on top, they make Balinese, well done girls! The animation has remained the same as it was two years ago, even the songs and music are the same, there is no diversity! Internet in normal quality - paid. In general, we are satisfied with the rest!
Check-in as written from 15:00, but very friendly and well-mannered staff, asked earlier, and there were no problems!
The hotel is very comfortable, everything is compact and well located!
The rooms are not big, but very clean and fresh, everything is working, cleaning daily!
The beach is a 5-minute walk across the road, the beach is wide sandy, the sunset is pebble, there are handrails in the water, but it’s not difficult to enter in aquashoes, the sea is beautiful!! ! The views are just great!
The sun loungers are great!
The bar on the beach is not big, but if something is missing, the hotel is 5 minutes on foot!
There is a toilet on the beach.
Food is a separate bold "+".
Everything is very delicious!! ! No frills, but many types of fish, meat, cheese, fruits, desserts!! ! Everything is on top!
Snacks are also great, cakes, burgers, pizza! Waiters serve very quickly and as much as you want!
There is practically no animation, there are slides, playgrounds!
I took 2 + for early check-out when the hotel was already half empty at that time, but otherwise everything is on the level, especially cleanliness!
The area is small but very well maintained. The hotel, in addition to presenting passports, PRC tests, HES codes (assigned on the Turkish website), was asked to fill out an obligation that in the event of Covid-19 the hotel is not responsible and that's it. There are many foreigners, which, in general, pleased me. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I was a little upset that they didn’t give bathrobes, they didn’t replenish the mini bar - only water, juices and cola only on the day of arrival and there was no tea station, but the slippers were changed every day, well, motivation - like PANDEMIC ! , although it’s not clear what it has to do with bathrobe and tea station? Well, okay - it's not critical! We enter the restaurant only in a mask (they don’t let them in without them), the waiters serve food (as much as you say, they put as much), but we eat already without masks, of course. The food was excellent, there was everything and as much as you want - for which special thanks to the chefs. There is a restaurant "a la carte", but it is paid for $ 10 per person and plus wine for 25-30 euros, in the city for $ 10, but this is already an amateur.
The SPA area is quite large and well-groomed, we took a general massage with a bath twice - we liked it very much, they did balinese. 100 meters to the beach, right across the road, everything is nearby, everything is clean, there are enough sunbeds. On the beach bar - beer, tea, coffee, drinks, watermelons, melons and a small snack, open from 09:00 -17:30. There are 4 more bars in the hotel itself, you can not go to the main restaurant for lunch, but eat by the pool, chic gozleme cakes, ayran, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, cakes and cakes for lovers of sweets, opening hours from 12:00 -16:00. The people in the city are also friendly, with the small exception of merchants who are trying to impose their goods, but this is Turkey and it is so accepted here. The Friday market has become impoverished, has halved, and there are fewer goods, although there are enough shops and you can bargain - the Turks welcome this. They did not wear masks, but kept them with them, just in case.
Animation every day - everything is cool, but only until 23:00! There is no Internet, from the word it’s completely free, which is paid, apparently the equipment can’t withstand so many connected gadgets, but this is in almost all hotels in Turkey. The weather was a little discouraging for almost the entire stay, plus 45-47 degrees, this has not happened for a long time, the sea is 31 and above. In general, the holiday was a success, everyone liked it, despite the partial bans due to the pandemic.
In the previous review, however, quite old, they smashed the food to smithereens. So, just with this, everything is OK! The variety is complete. I am indifferent to meat, but here I took it exclusively. Still would! The most tender lamb and veal! MMM! Language, kebab, etc. I am a convinced fish eater, but I still ate only meat. I took a fish a couple of times... And I was convinced that this was not their strong point. It’s not that it wasn’t tasty at all, but compared to meat, it’s completely different. And there was salmon and sea bass and sea bream. Shrimps were once a week of rest. Also not impressed. I don't like birds, but there were turkeys and chickens. I didn't take it. I can't say anything for or against. Fresh vegetables, stewed, marinated, grilled. Olives are different. Cheeses. The sausage is quite edible. Soups for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Honey comb. What the hell else do you need? It could have been better with fruit. But we had enough. Grapefruits, oranges, pears and apples. And that is all. Everything in the canteen is cut. Whole apples, pears could only get hold of a beach bar. The most delicious ice cream. Especially lemon. Well, in general, full stuffing! Cats available. Feeding is not recommended, but it does not work.
Binge. Keg beer. Bottled wine. White, red and pink. And especially pink! Cocktails are different. Of course, they have not heard of a shaker, probably. However, with so many suffering, there is no time to whip it up there. They will pull with beer. From strong drank only cognac. Weird but edible. True, they strive to throw ice and lemon there, but they quickly realized that they were wrong. Unlimited water in sealed plastic cups at all bars.
Beach. The beds are new. Entry is quite convenient. I compare it with the beach "Daima Resort", where there was a sharp increase in depth and it was not very convenient to get out. It's okay here. Pebbles of various fractions - from grains of sand to cobblestones. Walking is uncomfortable - you get stuck. There is a dressing room, a bar, a toilet (behind the bar) and a shower. Walk from the hotel to the beach 100 meters. But across the road. But there are speed bumps on the road. Maybe they won't hit.
Territory. Compact but cute.
Wi-Fi. In the lobby and where it will finish - free. Finishes up to the pool and to the canteen. We've been in our room too. When everyone was still sleeping. We had enough. There is a paid one. Why, they weren't interested.
Service. Chefs, waiters and bartenders - respect! Especially the waiters. No sooner had we emptied the plate than it was immediately taken away. We did not have time to finish drinking alcohol, as we were immediately poured a new portion. Moreover, the guys worked for the idea. Tips could be left in the tipbox at the entrance to the hall. The waiters could not see who left money and who did not. Rustled, in general.
The cleaning lady, hoping for a tip, decorated the bed with artificial flowers. But we didn't have any small things. Then she forgot to take out the trash and put on the water. But we are not complaining.
Number. We got a mountain view. Everything is pretty new. We liked it. I hoped it would be quiet there. But. . . This is the biggest "but" of this hotel. Soundproofing! If a company has settled in the round-the-clock lobby - this is alles kaput! We lived on the third floor, relative to the lobby, but everything that was happening there was heard from behind the door! In addition, if the balcony is open, you can hear from below how buses with guests drive up and leave. Especially when they arrive. Then the luggage disinfection process begins. Well, it's very noisy! The roosters and the mosque are resting. But they also have a place to be in this choir. So choose what is more important - a peaceful sleep (if the lobby is quiet) or fresh air from the mountains. However, if you take full advantage of the all-inclusive and fill yourself up to the back of your head, a sound sleep is guaranteed.
Well, the hotel is good. I recommend!
I'll write about the cons:
1. Loud, pop, Turkish music by the pool all day. You won’t be able to lie down normally and relax if you don’t like such music and its volume.
2. Uninteresting animation by the pool. Darts, some kind of dance and fitness in the pool (I only liked fitness).
3. You can get to the SPA declared in the name only by appointment and only for an hour. The spa includes a Russian sauna (good), a hammam (not very cold) and a shower. This is where the spa ends. Everything else is for the euro (massage, masks, etc. ), but it's easier to go to the city to the spa, it's cheaper and better there.
4. You can get to the gym only by appointment for 1 hour. It's small and the machines are so-so, frankly. It's easier to take a bike and go to the canyon in Goynuk.
5. Disco for children (from 20:30 to 21:30), and for adults (from 21:30 to 23:00) is very loud, and the music is like in a rural disco.
Everything in the room is very audible, so much so that rest in silence is out of the question! This is the worst flaw. When you come from excursions or a whole day by the sea and you want to take a nap or just be with your husband together, but no, please let Tarkan and Russian r'n'b stars into bed.
6. Rooms are distributed as it will. That is, as you check out / check in. You cannot choose a room, for example, with a view of the mountains, and not the pool. If you are lucky and there are free places, then you can be relocated, but for money. We were not lucky and there were no places.
7. Alcohol is local and frankly bad (especially wine, which I love, but I could not drink it), except for Amstel beer, local production. I don’t drink high-grade alcohol, but if you do, then you can ask for an imported one in the lobby so that whiskey is poured into a glass separately, separately, ice and cola, or rum, etc. The cocktails there are very bad, I never have such a disgusting pina colada didn't drink.
8. The food is not bad, but monotonous.
On the 5th day already tired. What is fried, it is better not to take, very fatty and dehydrated. Of seafood, only sea bass and something deep-fried.
9. The administrator girl we came across was very rude, when we complained about the noise in the room, she did nothing and accused us that they were to blame. In general, customer focus is below average at the front desk.
10. Not about the hotel, but more about nature, but still it's important! Because the mountains are often cloudy and the beach is not sand, but pebbles! This is our big disappointment!
11. It is better to buy shampoo, conditioner, shower gel on the spot or take it with you, you can only use soap in the department, everything else is of very poor quality.
From the pros:
1. Lots of fruits and vegetables on the restaurant menu. Individual items of food were very tasty, especially stews and grilled dishes. Good confectionery.
2. If not for this music, the pool is great, clean and spacious.
For those who love activity, there is volleyball and fitness in the water. Also at 10 or 11, on the beach of the hotel, on the sea, fitness in the sea, I really liked it, it was fun, thanks to the animator Christina)
3. The sea is close across the road, there is a bar, but there is not much food there. Mostly water, beer, watermelon.
4. Waiters and service personnel are competent and do their job perfectly. The room is cleaned every day, beach towels can be changed every day.
5. If you don’t have time for lunch, there are two mini-bar-restaurants near the pool where you can drink and eat pizza or pancakes. They won't leave you hungry.
6. The territory of the hotel is small, but well-groomed and beautiful.
7. It is not necessary to take a sunbed early in the morning, we had enough of them, because we moved them to a place where there is some sand in the open sun.
Our conclusions about the trip: it is better not to travel on all-inclusive tours, because.
you still won’t get everything (Turkey 5 stars does not correspond to 5 stars in Europe, by European standards a maximum of 3 stars) and the hotel is frankly boring and noisy, we ate and slept in the hotel, a couple of times we went swimming in the pool. If you like active holidays or active and passive 50/50, in this hotel you may not be interested in Goynuk itself either.
I'm not talking about relaxation at all, silence, peace, nature - not about this hotel.
It is better to take apartments, rent a car and decide for yourself where to go, what to eat and when to sleep. And a place in Turkey can be found with sandy beaches.
The hotel is not bad, but it is not for us, we will not go there again.
So, the road from the airport to the hotel after a night arrival along a deserted highway is exactly 1 hour. We arrived at 6-07. Check-in at the hotel at 15-00 check-out at 11-00 is the first time, but we attributed this to anti-epidemic measures and the need for additional processing of rooms, which, by the way, we ourselves observed after check-out. Things in the storage room, a beach suit for yourself and the vacation began. There are 4 safes in the left-luggage office, we did not immediately notice them and the first day we carried the documents with us. We used the safe upon check out.
ROOM
The room was originally offered on the 1st floor. I like it higher and quieter. They changed it without any problems or extra charges. Standard rooms are relatively small. We didn't have a third bed, only an armchair. Judging by the evacuation scheme, the rest of the standards are the same. The room basically has everything you need. There are no Ukrainian channels. There are Russian ones. The bar on Ultra All does not pull at all. First Cola, Fanta, juice, water. Nothing else is replenished. Even the mineral water was squeezed. Cleaning every day. Birthday compliment wine and fruits. There is no tea set. No iron, no ironing board.
NUTRITION
The food I would say is normal. There is always soup, by the way delicious, meat dishes lamb chicken, turkey, side dishes, fish. Quite a lot of desserts and sweets. Extradition behind glass, but not everyone understands Russian. Rescues sign language. Me this, this, and this. All restaurant employees are wearing masks and gloves. Drinks can be ordered from the waiter. Bring and pour quickly. They remove it too. Nowhere have I seen a children's and dietary table. We asked about it at the entrance. They explained to us that such a menu can be ordered. Yes! Checked it out and it is. Tea is only Turkish, there are no bags of independent access to coffee machines. Quarantine. Therefore, there is always a queue for tea and coffee. Ice cream for lunch only. They rarely took ice cream because after their lunch, ice cream no longer fits. Now, if from 14-00 to 16-00 it would be tastier. Chip- every Tuesday for dinner "fish day". Large selection of red fish mussels and more. Despite the fact that I am a fan of eating outdoors, we ate in the main hall as there is air conditioning, and it is very hot outside, except for breakfast.
THE DRINKS
Drinks are local, but quite normal. EFES beer. They make cocktails, brew Turkish coffee. There are coffee machines, Fanta-Cola-Sprite racks. The lobby bar is open around the clock. All of the above are available around the clock.
TERRITORY
The area is relatively small. If you like hotels with parks, promenades, recreation areas, then alas. But during quarantine, it is easy to handle, which the staff regularly does. The second line hotel to the beach you need to go across the road along the football field 100 m.
BEACH
The beach is small sunbeds are tight. The sea is gorgeous clean and warm. Sunset small pebbles. The bar on the beach is not full, you can say that this is a point for issuing water and beer, and even cold wine. There is some food, but apart from watermelons, I didn’t notice anything else, and in order to tell the staff at this bar it’s generally very difficult. I couldn't get an empty plate.
IMPRESSION
In general, the rest was satisfied. Despite the quarantine, and this really affects, the staff is very attentive, polite and helpful. The animation is pretty decent. There is a disco. Aqua aerobics is very popular both at sea and in the pool. Wi-Fi is only at the reception and in the lobby, although they say there is a paid one throughout the territory, otherwise you can take a break from the Internet. Were at the market in Goynuk. We bought a pomegranate 6 lira per kg Tea, sweets bought in Migros paid with a Monobank card in hryvnia. In the pharmacy bought medicines the price is 2 times cheaper than ours. Not Egypt of course, but still. The guide changed lira at the rate of 7 lira per dollar. We took an excursion to Mount Tahtali. You can go once.
The hotel corresponds to the declared concept.
We chose a tour under the conditions of coronavirus restrictions, certain of our requests related to the fact that we were resting with a child of 3.9 years old, an important condition was normal nutrition.
Arrived from Kyiv to Antalya at 03-10 at night. Control, luggage, found the desk of the tour operator, boarded the bus. The road from the airport at night - 35-40 minutes, no more, since our hotel was the first on the list, the rest had to go further. Upon arrival at the hotel, large luggage remains on the platform in front of the entrance, where once there was a luggage package. It is treated with a disinfectant solution from some kind of fumigator, then they themselves bring the suitcases to the luggage room. Since we arrived in the dark, and the check-in was generally from 15-00 in the conditions of the coronavirus, we were a little depressed and fell asleep on the sofas in the hotel lobby. At the request to find a room early, the porter on duty was not led. Drinks in the 24-hour lobby bar could already be taken. Closer to eight in the morning, the shift at the reception changed. At our request to get in position after all - after all, a small child, etc. , the new receptionist said that he would try to find something by 9-00 and that “nothing is needed for this....here, ” simultaneously put on bracelets for my wife and me. We went to have breakfast, returned - we were taken to a room on the second floor, No. 1249. Already there, the receptionist directly said that thanks to the pocket does not pull and took 20 euros of "reward". We were satisfied, and so was he.
Room: the room is good, everything works, nothing is broken, a double bed and a folding chair-bed, TV (about 70 channels, there are Ukrainian, and Russian, and English-speaking, and local). Mini-bar - upon arrival there were two juice bags for children, 1d bottle of cola and sprite, 4x0.5 and 2x0.2 bottles of drinking water. Further, the mini-bar is replenished for free, BUT - only with drinking water, which is now given everywhere in Turkey - sealed plastic cups of 0.2 liters. Juice and sodas are not replenished. By the way, water in cups can be freely obtained in the bars and restaurants of the hotel. There were enough towels, branded cosmetics (gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower caps, cotton buds and cotton pads) - too. All plumbing worked. The room has a safe, use is free, the air conditioner worked properly, the main thing is to set the intensity and temperature to 18 degrees, and 23-24, then it’s comfortable and you won’t catch a cold. Without any problems, they made a second key card from the room at the reception. Cards for beach towels are exchanged at the SPA center on the minus ground floor. It makes no sense to take cards every day. Just in the afternoon from 12 to 14 you can change beach towels for fresh ones in the same SPA. So we gave the cards for towels on the first day and took them on the day of departure.
Territory: Not very big, but enough. In the center is a large swimming pool 140 cm deep, with a 30 cm "shelf" where you can lie on sun loungers with your booty and back in the water. There is another 120 cm - you move down to it from three water slides. Next to the pool is a pool bar open until midnight. Places, in principle, enough. The lawns are well-groomed, the palm trees are beautiful, there is no garbage. There is a separate children's courtyard - with its own round paddling pool, a small slide near it and a swing-crust around, awnings are stretched. On the territory there is also a street terrace of the main restaurant, an "a la carte" restaurant (10 euros per person, but we never got out there) and another round open cafe where they make pastries. Access to the territory and to the main restaurant is from the minus the first floor.
Communications and transport: Free wi-fi only in the lobby, on the minus ground floor below it and a little by the pool. Although the entire territory is already covered by a paid signal - 4 euros per day or 15 per week. This is a little greedy, but who cares - you can buy a local SIM card for 25 euros with 25 GB of Internet - literally 100 meters outside the market. The rooms have telephones with access to Turkey and international, we did not use.
right at the exit from the territory towards the beach - shuttle buses stop to Kemer or Antalya (depending on the direction). It is not long to go to Kemer, they take a dollar from an adult. But if you exchange for lira, but 4-5 lira, it is less than a dollar. From Kemer back to Goynuk, the last bus is around 22:00, but already at 20:00 they are very crowded with people, keep in mind. There is a car rental desk in the lobby, several rental cars were constantly seen in the parking lot at the entrance.
Beach: go to the beach from the gate of the hotel - exactly the length of the abandoned football field of the neighboring hotel, along which you will move. Well, that is - 2-3 minutes. At the entrance to the beach there is a modest beach bar, where some snacks are usually served, drinks, you can also take water there in the same disposable sealed cups (very convenient). Sunbeds, of course, are occupied by many from the early morning, but in principle, there is enough for everyone, even if you arrive at 10-11 hours. In extreme cases, there is still a stack of spares, you can take. There are awnings. The sea is warm, there is a bridge for a more comfortable entry. The water area is limited by buoys, it’s better not to swim much beyond them - there boats carry parachutes and bananas. There is no garbage, workers periodically pick up what people throw.
The main minus, or rather not a minus, but just a feature that needs to be taken into account - the beach is NOT sand. In the area of sun loungers, it is rather such microscopic pebbles, as if a stone crumb honed by the sea. And in the surf it's just small pebbles, so the entry may not be the most comfortable for someone. True, owners of especially sensitive feet can buy bathing slippers at the same neighboring market. The temperature of the water in the sea in September was ideal - at least three hours sit in the sea, you do not freeze - you look either at the sea distance, or at the majestic chic mountains with clouds clinging to them.
Meals: breakfast from 7 to 10, lunch from 12-30 to 14-00, dinner from 18-30 to 21-00, and there seems to be a late dinner (we didn’t, we don’t know). Plus - pool bar, beach bar, lobby bar, a la carte restaurant and pastries. Separately, there is an ice cream shop, but it was closed, apparently due to quarantine. You must wear a mask at the entrance to the restaurant, you can take it off inside. At the entrance in the morning, they measure the temperature and spray everyone with an antiseptic on their hands, at lunch and dinner - just an antiseptic.
The food is on the windows behind the glass, at the request of the staff imposes you what you want and how much you want. Personally, it seems to me that this is even more convenient and correct than the classic buffet - no one scatters, no one touches your potential food with their hands. Everything is great with food. Always two soups to choose from. Meat - chicken, turkey, beef, veal, lamb. The child mostly preferred to eat grilled cutlets. Fish - different, every day there is at least a little. There was one of the days more fishy: in addition to the usual fish, there was also red, some seafood - stewed mussels, squid, shrimp, and sushi in the form of rolls - not the best in my life, but not the worst either. Fruits - watermelon, melon, peaches, apples, plums, tangerines, grapefruits, grapes - almost constantly. There were fresh vegetables. Sweets - for lunch and especially for dinner - are beautiful and varied.
We don’t really drink alcohol, but beer is poured for lunch and dinner - on the counter on the open terrace of the restaurant, there is also local alcohol.
RESULTS: I definitely recommend the hotel to visit. Especially if it turns up at a good price. Food - ok, service - ok, rooms - ok. The sea is super, the beach is special. I would recommend rooms with a view of the mountains, but someone may also like a pool party with music, a matter of taste.
The pool is beautiful clean, chlorinated every night.
Another story is food. For 6 days we never ate the same thing. Despite the fact that they took different things a little bit. Liked everything. The choice is huge at any time. Whenever we come, there is always everything and more is brought. It's impossible to describe, you have to try.
The only thing that overshadowed the rest, in recent days, a large group of tourists from Russia has stopped by. Previously, there were mostly Ukrainians and Germans. And then we learned that there could be queues, hustle and rudeness in the restaurant. Although there were no more people. Something delicious can end because it is piled up in mountains and left on the tables, so long as it doesn’t hit others, or I can’t understand why. That was the first time we saw drunks in the hotel. But the behavior of vacationers is not the fault of the hotel, but the mentality of the vacationers themselves.
The hotel is more suitable for adults than for children. I highly recommend visiting the canyon. Walk literally 40 minutes or a little ride.
I plan to return to this hotel, it is beautiful.
We can't forget that baklava.
Flight with SkyUp, tour purchased online via Misto-Travel from JoinUp. All without problems.
The settlement and the rest itself, in a nutshell - high quality and safe.
Thanks to the staff - they do everything for vacationers. The chefs are beyond praise, the food is of high quality, varied, fresh and tasty. Especially sweets.
The bartenders are professional and do a good job.
Cleaning quality. Especially when you leave a tip, no problem.
The area is small but clean and attractive.
I don’t comment on the animation - we had a lazy vacation. The pool is fabulous, the beach is 250 meters across the road from the hotel. The sea is fabulous.
Of the minuses, you need to buy internet in the rooms, free only in the lobby bar.
We were satisfied, Goynuk, which has been becoming a place of rest for us for a year already, I hope we will meet again in September.
Thanks to the manager and all the staff, keep it up, and for those who are always dissatisfied with something, they will always find more problems than they really are.
