Numbers are C grade. Some idiot had the idea to hang an air conditioner above the bed. Because of this, we all got sick. I spent 2 days with a fever.
The sea was wonderful, warm, the sunset was normal. The beach is ok, but there are a lot of broken sun loungers.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel if you love your family.
So we got a beautiful 3-person room with a sea view without any extra charges. We were brought to the hotel at 6.00. We were checked in immediately, shown to our room, and given a short tour of the hotel. Perhaps this happened because the hotel is not yet fully booked in May. The room is spacious, clean, bright. Mini-cosmetics were added every day, towels, cleaning - every day. Very good staff, never bothered. They work inconspicuously when you are not there. Food is varied, everyone will find something to their taste. Lots of stewed vegetables, salads, fruits, desserts. Every evening something is cooked on the grill. Water, tea, coffee, non-alcoholic, alcoholic and milk cocktails are available all day. The sea is clean and warm. The beach is well maintained. There is also a bar on the beach where you can eat from 12:00 to 16:00. On the beach they offer to play volleyball, darts, there is animation for small children. At 22.00 they invite you to some entertainment at the hotel (we didn't go, I can't write anything). Pool with 2 slides.
Beach towels are available, they are changed every corner. There were enough sunbeds with mattresses for everyone, there were many free ones. The staff is friendly, they immediately respond to requests, answer questions, are not intrusive. The elevators are working, clean. Wi-Fi by the pool, in the restaurant, at the reception, on the beach, but not in the rooms. Take care of roaming when you go. Unfortunately, there are no Ukrainian channels on the TV. There is a pharmacy and shops not far from the hotel. You can go for souvenirs. Minibuses run frequently. We visited Manavgat on our own ($2 per person one way). walked to the bazaar. Locals will tell you how to find the way. They understand Russian and English well. But there is nothing to do in the bazaar, things are not of high quality. You can buy condiments and sweets. So, we liked everything. Of course, if you do an "audit" you will find many small flaws, but we went to rest, not to check!!!! !
When I said at the entrance to the restaurant to the one who met the guests, he said, you drank water from the pool, it must have been so in his eyes, I was 39 years old and two children sat and drank water from the tubules from the pool, vomiting and diarrhea were the same for everyone, child younger on arrivals, continues to vilify. The staff does not care about the guests, at the entrance there was a woman of age, as I understood the tout, an unpleasant blonde, from the animation, it seems. Invited to a children's disco, entertainment hotel No, terrible boredom. In the afternoon, young animators invited to polo or basketball, tried to entertain. Hotel for pensioners, young people are few. When we left, I asked about breakfasts, reluctantly wrote down the room number, in the morning we got this breakfast, half a loaf, a lettuce leaf, a thin sausage and a thin tomato, no juice, no water, no apple, nothing, just a guy with a terrible fumes at the reception, well these are trifles.
Tourists are not fed anything in the morning, how many times we flew away, hotels always have a laid table, cheese, sausage, bread, coffee. I found the coffee machine myself. I do not advise the hotel if you have rested before, somewhere, you will not be satisfied, if you have never rested, you may like it, I compare price / quality. The hotel is not worth the money and time spent.
Restaurant: original food, various Turkish unusual soups, pastries (buns are immediately warmed up right there), a variety of salads, herbs, stewed vegetables; from meat chicken or beef (such as goulash), grilled fish. Grill is prepared daily in the evenings on the street: chicken, fish. For children there is a separate "children's" table: rice, pasta + sauce. Trout, crabs and lobsters were not served))), and in general there were no fish dishes other than fish that tasted like fried herring. The food was the same type, but no one went hungry for sure! Sunday was the National Day of Turkey and for dinner there were more varied dishes! From fruits, watermelons are normal, and melons are not at all clear what kind of zucchini ...Tea was brewed in large teapots in bags, or you can take small bags for a glass of boiling water, and instant coffee in vending machines. All drinks in vending machines are solid chemistry, like Jupi. Natural juices have never been offered.
At the bar, drinks at the request of tourists - beer, white wine. and red is generally sour - no, delicious ayran in jars. One plus is that there is always drinking water in the refrigerators, the water is tasty and in unlimited quantities! The bartenders are positive, joked, showed tricks with glasses. Sea: the road took 10-15 minutes. across the bridge, but at the end we learned about the underpass - much more convenient and faster! You need to look for sunbeds whole and clean! . Entry into the sea and exit from it is inconvenient, just awful - large pebbles, it hurts to walk, in some places even large stones in the sea, better in corrals. The sea is blue and warm with small waves. They write about a sharp entry, it's true: two meters from the shore and depth. For those who do not know how to swim, it is not very comfortable, for small children too.
We asked to pick up a hotel specifically with animation and slides for a 5 year old child, there were slides in the pool, but slides for adults in the adult pool worked, I don’t even know when, there was a “Forbidden” sign all the time. There are animators, during the day by the pool and on the beach, in the evening in the hall. There is no territory for walking at all: a hotel, a swimming pool and a gas station right behind the fence: there is nowhere to walk except to the pharmacy and the local mini-market. You can take a taxi for $ 35 and go to Side in the ancient city, there is something to see and you can dine in a restaurant. Because there is no restaurant in the hotel (and the restaurant is also declared in the advertisement of the hotel! ) except for the dining room, in which, by the way, you have to constantly wait or look for a clean table and free space. It is dirty in the canteen-restaurant, the wall with wallpaper in general seems to require sticking for a long time - the wallpaper hangs in pieces from the wall.
Now about the elevator: dirty, broken buttons and wires sticking out all 10 days, the walls in the elevator are dirty - it’s unpleasant to touch with your back! ...we lived on the 5th floor and we had to wait for the elevator for a very long time . . it's terrible-dirt, an unpleasant smell, many were sick (they say there is always a virus there) and people vomited right in the elevator, in the room behind the wall they constantly heard vomiting other vacationers ....unfortunately, our children were also very ill and each lay in the hotel for 2 days ....
Towels for a 5-star hotel were also with "stars" -holes and shabby, not nice !! ! And in general, it is a pity that what was expected for huge money did not coincide with reality! ...vacationers who visit Turkey 2-3 times a year were disappointed that they came to Tron Beach and Spa . . We vacationed with TEZ Tour. Transfer 2 hours from the airport to the hotel, the bus came for us very late on the day of departure, we were waiting for the bus from TEZ Tour with a delay of 40 minutes, we were worried, we arrived at the airport 10 minutes before.
until the end of the registration.....It is a pity that it was not possible to spend a vacation comfortably and with pleasure for a lot of money!!! ! This is not "5 stars" and not even "4", perhaps a "three", but everyone will appreciate it ......People, read the reviews and draw your own conclusions !! ! Personally, I took a photo (canteen, towels, elevator, territory) as confirmation of everything written and I can send it in a personal! R. S. : The hotel was selected with the TEZ Tour agency. We trusted Ekaterina, she was friendly, but as it turned out, she had absolutely no information about this hotel. It's a shame that the girls work based on photos and stories of tourists, and not on their own experience and accurate facts. The desire to travel with TEZ Tour will no longer appear and the THRONE BEACH REASORT & Spa hotel is not recommended to anyone.
Cleaning seemed to be done... judging by the bed... but in all corners, as during a check-in, the garbage lay like this for 2 weeks and continued to lie... but the towels were changed to fresh ones every day. There are several ways to the beach... the shortest is 250 meters... On the beach, garbage was very badly removed constantly, it was lying on the ground... not to mention that half of the sunbeds are corny broken... there are no mattresses... although it is stated in the description... I went in corrals so it's more convenient to enter the sea, not very convenient immediately, the depth... In general, I don’t know how the star rating of this hotel was rated, I would never give 5 stars.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the main hotel and on the beach.
On the cobs did not show the initiative to clean the room, but we left $ 2, then we changed the towels every day, and even brought drinking water to the room : )
The food is quite varied, every dinner they cook something on the street for barbecue, but there was no seafood.
The sea is a separate love. The beach covers all the shortcomings of the hotel. On the beach there was a separate bar, which fed at lunch, you could not go to the hotel at all. If you are staying at the hotel, go for a massage to Samir! I really liked it!
In general, this hotel is a budget 5 *. But we are happy with the rest!
I must say right away that the fires did not affect us, as tourists, in any way. We saw how the planes took water from the sea, but there was no smell of burning or fire near us.
Regarding the hotel.
The surprise for us was that there is a main building and a bungalow.
And as it turned out, we bought a tour with a bungalow))
Bungalows are located in a separate area, next to the hotel. Like a separate mini town.
At first we were upset, but then we realized that we were lucky.
Therefore, you can not pay at the reception to move to the main building.
This mini town with bungalows has its own security, its own staff, its own swimming pool, pool bar. That is, everything that is in the main building.
But only if all the residents of the bungalow went to the main building and it was always very crowded there, incl. and in the pool. Then we had no one but our own inhabitants. Therefore, it was quite calm and clean.
The rooms are new and comfortable. The staff that works in the mini-town "bungalow" is very friendly and helpful. What can not be said about the main building.
The reception staff of the main building are absolute boors!
The animation is good.
The beach is across the road from the hotel. you need to be prepared for this.
Of the staff of our bungalow site, the best was the girl Elmira. Maybe she is the manager, because when my sister broke her leg, she arranged for us to help and the hotel made a crutch for her so that she could walk with her leg in a cast.
I'll start with the fact that they waited for 2.5 hours to check in with a small child, hungry, tired from the road. We settled in a bungalow next to the hotel. At first, they were not happy, but then they realized that it was better than living in the hotel itself (there is no place for a vapshe, there is no vapshe to take a walk with a child (
You need to go to the sea through a bridge or an underpass.
Weiwai catches very weakly (only near the reception is good!
The sea is very clean and warm! This is a huge plus, but it hurts to walk on the stones, we bought special shoes.
The food is normal, there is fish, grilled meat is very tasty. No seafood vapshe (
I wouldn't come back to this hotel!
