The place is great but everything else is terrible. The furniture in the room is old and shabby, everything is broken and the wardrobe and bedside tables and in general the furniture of 1989. I am already silent about the plumbing, it is of the same years as the furniture. The electric stoves that are on the balconies can shock, so be careful.

We have been resting in the boathouse "Feet in the Sea" for several seasons. The rooms are clean and spacious. Water supply is constant. Removed in a day. The owner is a kind person! Came out of the boathouse, immediately the beach is private. There are no strangers. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included in the price.

Convenient stair down to the sea. The depth of the sea is three meters at once. Basically, everyone immediately dives on the move. The bottom is clean. In the evening on the beach you can make barbecue yourself! Nearby on both sides are pebbly common beaches, a minute walk. Small pebbles, smooth entrance. Food in cafes and restaurants to choose from. You can cook in the boathouse on the loggia. An electric tile is issued.
Nearby in 50 meters there is a sanatorium park. there is table tennis, big tennis. Babinton. Excursions are offered in all directions of the Crimea. Have a great rest!
