We chose this hotel by chance, just caught the eye of the VKontakte group. We have long wanted to visit Sevastopol, but there was no desire to settle in the city itself (noisy, crowded, etc. ). And I didn’t want to exclude a beach holiday. Lyubimovka in this case is a great option. The group administrator is a very friendly and attentive person, advised on many issues, solved problems.

And I didn’t want to exclude a beach holiday. Lyubimovka in this case is a great option. The group administrator is a very friendly and attentive person, advised on many issues, solved problems. As a result, we were picked up from the airport by transfer, everything was at a very good level. Even fed the children in the dining room late at night upon arrival.
The location of the hotel is very good. The sea is within easy reach, while shops, a pharmacy, a bus stop are at hand, I got on a minibus and in 30 minutes you are already in the city. The beach is good, wide, sandy and pebbly, there are really a lot of places. Sevastopol is visible on the horizon, ships are standing in the roadstead in the distance, jet planes sometimes fly overhead - the children are delighted. The sea is clean, the Belbek River flows into it, after which the hotel is named. The hotel itself is a complex of housing, a very decent and clean dining room, a bar, a hairdresser, a parking lot and a small shop, like our "pyaterochka", everything corresponds to the description on the site.
The rooms are cleaned regularly, everyone is very polite and helpful. The only thing that I didn't quite like about the room was that we booked a "forest" room (family room for 4 people), the room is lined with wood, it's beautiful, but impractical. Audibility from the neighboring same room is absolute, even when the neighbors are just quietly talking, walking, eating, etc. And in our room (family) there was not even a single small locker for clothes or a shelf, but just a crossbar on which 5-6 coat hangers hang. How to decompose children's and adult clothes and underwear is not clear.
But in general, very good. Let's go again, try another number.

We ate both in our room and in the hotel cafe. The menu of the cafe is designed for both adults and children. There are alternative cafes and shops nearby.
The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, where children and adults swim with great pleasure. Very convenient in the heat of the day or after the tour to use the pool!
For children, there are various play opportunities on site. The territory of the hotel itself is closed, children can play on the playground, be in the pool, and the hotel also has a games room where, under the supervision of a nanny, children can spend their leisure time.
We also want to note the courtesy and helpfulness of the hotel staff, who promptly helped to resolve emerging issues!
Thank you very much for helping us make our stay in Lyubimovka pleasant and comfortable!!!
We want to visit you again!

After a double decree, I felt like in paradise: the staff is polite and attentive, the room is cozy and clean (this is important for a crazy mother with two small children). The hotel area is large and very beautiful. It seemed that the owners of the hotel put their soul into every corner of the hotel and territory. The game room is magnificent, from morning to evening you can leave the children with a professional educator. The hotel is family-run, there are many children, no noisy companies and noisy nightly feasts. I alone with two children (the youngest in my arms) reached the sea in 10 minutes, without a "load" 5 minutes of walking.
The cost of living includes the opportunity to eat in a cafe at the hotel (a bonus card for a certain amount is provided). We had a room with a kitchen, so I cooked for the children myself, and my husband and I went to a cafe for lunch. Probably, a small drawback can be considered that the food there is tasty, but without delicacies and not very diverse.
Lyubimovka, in principle, is not a tourist place. There are no entertainment complexes, discos and so on. Fans of parties or extreme types of recreation would be bored there. This is a place for families. And that is why the sea and the beach are clean, there is no need to crowd on the beach, there are few tourists - there are many places. In the evening, my husband and I sat on the beach, met the sunset - and there was no one nearby for several dozen metros!
Arriving from the sea last year, we immediately planned a vacation this year, now we booked the same room at the Belbek hotel in June for 3 weeks.
We recommend the hotel to everyone! But the room with kitchen in June this year and (hopefully henceforth) will be occupied by us.

The heating in the rooms was poor, as a result of which it was very cold.
The cafe at the hotel service and quality of food leaves much to be desired. I ordered a glasse - they brought a latte without even asking me. I ordered a Greek salad - they brought Caesar with... mayonnaise! The next table was served cold.

I chose for a long time. I was looking for options that would not be expensive and good enough quality. We liked! Rested with the family, lived in a family room. Quiet, calm, lots of greenery. Good food, part of which is included in the price. Cleaning daily, clean. Pleasant area. Recommend!

We rested in this hotel for the 2nd time and this year we will come (already booked a room). Everything in comparison! We tried to rest in another Magnolia, that’s where I wouldn’t advise! In Belbek, the rooms are cozy and well furnished, the service is 5, the sea is nearby and it’s not a problem to get everywhere.

We booked rooms in the winter, for which we received a very significant discount, due to which we increased the days of rest. We are glad that we chose this hotel. Small beautiful, closed!! ! territory, a lot of greenery, flowers, there is a small pool, a playground with swings and a sandbox, gazebos for evening gatherings. Almost everything is provided for recreation. Daily cleaning of the rooms, frequent change of bed linen, daily change of towels, two meals a day, by the way, very dense, after breakfast and lunch - we no longer wanted to have dinner, although in the evenings we often did not have enough hunger, because in the adjoining cafe Two Pilots , which also applies to the hotel, insanely delicious kebabs and steaks, but we were rarely able to master them. On the second floor of this cafe there is an equipped children's playroom with a teacher, where you can leave children, with a mass of all kinds of toys, corners of a supermarket, hospitals, parking lots, a slide are equipped, for the little ones there is an arena with balls, drawing tables, reading sofas, etc. Our boys (2 and 3 years old stayed there with great pleasure. By the way, good psychological preparation before kindergarten. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It didn’t take us more than 5-10 minutes to walk to the sea, during which time the boys on their way did not forget to put your nose into almost every stall, and chat with the geese in the neighboring yard. Nearby there are shops, both grocery and household, currency exchange points (but in the city the exchange rate is more profitable), a pharmacy and a minibus ring going to Zakharov Square, all the journey from start to finish does not take more than 10-13 minutes. From the square you can easily get by ferry to Art-Bay or boats to Nakhimov square. The road to the city center is absolute but not tiring. As for the numbers. We occupied two junior suites and a standard. The junior suite has a large comfortable bed with bedside tables, a large soft corner, which, when unfolded, forms another sleeping place for two, a huge refrigerator with a freezer, a computer desk, WI-FI (but for some reason it only worked in the room for the first two weeks, but on the street in gazebos you are always welcome), two wardrobes like a chest of drawers, but not drawers, but shelves, a wardrobe with hangers, all the things that were brought fit and did not lie in bags, this is important for me, there is a TV, but we practically did not turn it on. The room itself is very spacious. A baby cot was provided for the child. Everything you see in the pictures on the website is true. The standard room seemed cramped to me. There lived two adults and a child. Even if I removed the bed from it, I would not have enough space, but relatives lived there and everything suited them. Filling standard two 1.5 sp. beds, a wardrobe, a table, a cupboard, a TV and a small refrigerator, its volume was enough, but there was no freezer, and we love ice cream. . . We kept it in a junior suite))) Yes, in all rooms there are small kettles and sets of dishes, air conditioners worked everywhere. We gave our linen for washing and took it from the dryer near the room, if desired, we could iron it. Each room was given a beach umbrella, a beach mat and armlets and circles for children. The hotel's cafe is spacious, not very big, but even with fully occupied rooms there was no crowding, you could always find a table. There are highchairs for children. If you go on long walks, the food will be left for you in the refrigerators and warmed up upon your return. As I wrote above, there was enough food. We and the children ate porridge with pleasure, in addition there was some other dish, pancakes, casserole, cards. cutlets with sausages, scrambled eggs, sliced cheese, sausages, tea, coffee, though, as they wrote below, I would like the right coffee from a coffee machine. At lunch, the first course and a side dish to choose from, there was always a couple of salads in the assortment, sometimes there were pastries and fruits. Special thanks to all the staff. I didn’t see a single gloomy expression on my face, everything is always with a smile, they respond to all requests very quickly. We send a big hello to everyone. These are all pluses, but there are no minuses. . . We found quite a few of them. We did not like the three cats on the territory, I have nothing against it, but then they need proper care. And I would also put a microwave, at least in the common kitchen. There are often dirty tables in the gazebos, BUT, oddly enough, after evening gatherings. Having chosen one for ourselves, we always wiped it, but I want to say to vacationers: "It's clean not where they clean it, but where they don't get it dirty! ". The resting people were also surprised: one lady came to the cafe for lunch with a dog that she immediately sat on the sofa, the second one apparently got hungry while taking a shower and came for lunch with a towel on her head, other individuals decided that it was a long time for them to go from their room to the gazebo and dragged a table to our room, by the way, choosing the farthest and cleanest, because we washed it for ourselves every evening, children of about 5-6 years old, running around unattended, peeled off the flowers in the flower beds, scattering them all over the yard, the parents did not even explain that this is someone else's work and beauty for the people around you, and you don’t need to do this. When we checked into the room, we found that the sewerage was clogged, the plumber did not take long to wait and appeared in our room 4 minutes after the application was submitted. What do you think was there? Baby diaper!! ! Clearly, the hotel administration did not put him there! From the side of the administration I observed only care. Let's be attentive and polite to each other and our rest will be much brighter. That's about how we all saw, understood one thing - if summer is in Sevastopol, then the stop is only in Belbek!

We rested at the hotel for a week in a 2-tier deluxe room. The description was written for those who love comfort and not only that, we understood upon arrival. The bathroom is quite decent if you do not look at the shabby doors without trim; on the seat on the toilet a little more than necessary. True, the towels were changed every day and cleaned too.

Special thanks for this.
The room is clean, there is a bar counter, an electric kettle in which there is no automatic shutdown (apparently broke), you had to remember to turn it off; plates with chipped sides; there is a safe, a mobile one is probably what would be more convenient to take out... from one suite to another.........
The TV shows a lot of channels, which is a plus. The sofa is quite comfortable. There is air conditioning.
The stairs to the second floor are solid, but terribly creaky.
The second floor is good - a double bed, a dressing table, an armchair and a table - all without comment.
A separate story with WI-FI. It is available on the territory of the hotel, but it is very weak, it does not catch at all in the room, only in one place on the second floor there were 2 divisions.
The food sucks, the cooks are not cooks, but so-so, the aunts came to cook a meal Not tasty Not beautiful Not varied.
The hotel area is clean, a little unkempt, it's time to paint a little, repair the broken tiles in the pool.
There is a playroom for children, which is quite good. The teachers are nice girls.
The sea is a 5-minute walk. The beach is not landscaped, there are no changing rooms or toilets.
There are no hotels and hotels with suites in Lyubimovka at all. A wonderful holiday for 200-300 hryvnia per day. If you want to relax in luxury, look for another place, but there is no need to pay more.

We liked the territory of the hotel, in reality it is smaller than it seems from the photographs, but it is quiet, calm, closed, everything is close - the children will not go anywhere))
There is one "but" - an unenclosed pool, as a result, it was not possible to completely "relax" because. We were constantly worried that children might slip into it. I understand that it is not entirely realistic to enclose it, but maybe they will come up with something) There are sun loungers and tables near the pool. Even our youngest fell into roses - those that grow around the playground) And at the exit from the courtyard with the playground there are two dangerous sharp corners from the roofs of buildings at the level of a meter from the ground (between which you go there - I wanted to photograph them, yes so and failed). They would also need to be somehow secured - this is too traumatic, especially since 99% of vacationers are families with children.
Each room or 2 rooms has a bench with a table - very comfortable to sit in the evening.
A closed gazebo with TV and toys, where there is a teacher, at your request he can look after the children, but you need to focus his attention on the fact that you leave the child under his care, otherwise some children left the gazebo for free "swimming")) ) There are toys, drawing supplies, a large gazebo, it even has a playpen for kids.
There is also a dining room nearby - a small, rather cozy one, 6-7 tables, like 4 people each, there is a TV, a cage with parrots - so if the child does not eat well, then either cartoons or parrots can be distracted and fed))))))
One more of the minuses, unfortunately - right under the windows of the rooms there is a sewerage system and the smell cannot be avoided - perhaps it is better to seal the hatches under the windows.
Parking on the territory - 30 UAH / day, cars for 7 like, maybe more...
There is a place for washing feet, but it feels like no one uses it, I myself noticed the sign not on the first day) And this is important, because. otherwise, you will bring a bunch of sand to the room on your feet (((I repeat once again, the territory is completely closed, each tenant has an "intercom" key.
So the territories are a solid 4! )
The staff is very hardworking and responsive.
The waitress girls - Inna and Katya are great fellows - they listened to all our whims, constantly with a smile, everything was polite, they fulfilled all requests. The maids are like bees - they clean the rooms every day, they tried to do the cleaning in our absence, change of towels daily, change of bed linen every 5 days.
I would also like the area near our building to be swept more often, in 13 days this was done once, because the leaves fall off, the children carry pebbles, sand, etc.
Staff - 5! )
The room has everything you need - an electric kettle, several plates, cups, forks / spoons. Umbrellas and beach mats are included, but we didn't use them. Our room was large so there was enough space for everyone. They also provide a clothes dryer, but there is also an electric heated towel rail.
We put the dryers to the pool during the day - I suppose that someone did not like it, but we had no other choice - in our "alley" the laundry did not dry at all (((
Specifically, in our 11th room, it would be necessary to replace the roller blind, because it is broken and is constantly in the closed state. Of course, we got used to it later, but still... I washed it in a basin (I bought it at a nearby household store, but I wanted to be able to ask for a basin in the room).
Well, for the ideal - an air freshener.
Once used the laundry service - 50 UAH. So the maid, in our absence, even hung out the laundry and by the time we returned it was already half dry - thanks to her for caring, unfortunately, the staff does not have badges, so I can’t say who it was.
Speaking of badges, I saw only Inna, the waitress, and Olga, the administrator. And sometimes you want to turn to a person, but you don’t know how. Arrangement of the room - 5-!
Separately about food. If you're chopping off your shoulder, I'd fire the chefs, but I understand that it's not easy to find replacements, so. . .
The hotel is positioned for families with children - and it turns out - I already wrote that a child rested in each room, or even more than one. So teach your cooks how to cook porridge - they categorically do not know how to do it. I didn’t really want to eat buckwheat milk and rice soup - it was cereal with milk. And how do you have to manage to spoil a simple semolina porridge like that. Buckwheat porridge for all the time only once was cooked to readiness, on other days it was dry and tough - no, steamed buckwheat is undoubtedly useful, but not for children))))))) But! Despite this, pancakes, pancakes with cottage cheese and fruit, liver pancakes, potato zrazy, omelettes, steamed zucchini and eggplant, dumplings and dumplings are sooo tasty. If soups are cooked, then why pepper them like that ? ! Children don’t eat them (((Everyone, if they wish, can add pepper to their dish. And in the rest it would be necessary to reduce the amount of pepper, but it’s better to remove it altogether. You are offered a choice of dishes, but it turned out that you would be late and you would not get the popular and tasty - zucchini and eggplant remain, adults will eat it, and children would have something simpler - pasta, potatoes, vermicelli. So it might be better to cook 1 "neutral" dish, but in sufficient quantities? ! So that it doesn’t turn out that you came for breakfast not to 8, and by 9, and there are no pancakes and there won’t be (However, when we voiced this, the solution was found: we cooked pasta, sausages, etc. Not everything is so bad))) A trifle, but nice, but even at the request , but sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup - it will be. Tea leaves were not always enough, but bags immediately appeared. It's good that there was always milk and coffee.
And you really need a cooler with water in the dining room - because. tea for children is always diluted. Of course they brought bottled water with them.
By the way, I also remembered that as soon as we settled in, I immediately read “from cover to cover” daddy with information for guests. I learned that if we order lunch or dinner for a fee, then as a gift a glass of wine. When we had dinner on the first day, we asked Inna about it, she, surprisingly, was in the dark, but she checked with the administrator and they served us wine for dinner) a trifle, but nice))
Despite the fact that we were not hungry, I put 3 for food (((((
And a few words about Lyubimovka itself. . . Of the shops around Belbek, the cheapest is the one next to the hotel and Vkusnyashka. Let there be a little less assortment, but the prices are lower.
If the beach is the beach of Lyubomorye, at least there are toilets and changing rooms. On the beach on the right there are no toilets, no changing rooms and shameless people.
If fruit, then only at the grandmothers behind the pharmacy building and near the hardware store to the right after the cheburek stall, everything else is an import, passed off as local fruit. Even if we were dissatisfied with something, the negative was hidden by good weather and our mobility - we were by car and could go on any excursion ourselves - this is an order of magnitude cheaper than ordering them from travel agencies.
Thanks to the staff of Belbek for the rest!
