Liked the hotel very much. Great service, clean, very friendly staff. The kitchen is something incredible. Large portions and very tasty. The staff is always there to meet you. Even when we left early in the morning, the girls prepared lunch boxes for us. The territory is well-groomed, everything is in flowers, all issues are resolved immediately.

They often sat up late at dinner, while not bothering anyone, there is a specially designated place for this, where you can also fry shish kebab and sausages. But I recommend to try what they cook in the hotel. The rooms are clean, snow-white beds, towels and a very nice interior, homely. The hotel is so clean that you can walk barefoot, but the staff carefully gives out slippers. We had some difficulties with the Internet (I didn’t catch it everywhere), but on the last day they explained to us that we connected to the wrong network. Yes, and they did not suffer much from this, they rested in a company - they enjoyed communicating with each other. Thank you.

I booked a room in this hotel on August 12, planned to arrive with my homeland on August 18, dropped the prepayment of UAH 1.000. 14.08 learned that I was sick, immediately wrote to the hotel, but I was refused a refund, citing the fact that they return only for refusal in 30 days, very interesting invention, because usually everyone book in less than a month, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone , they make money this way! ! ! !! Although according to the general rules in Ukraine, prepayments are not refundable if refused in 2 days or less.

A friend was looking for a hotel with a bath for a large company, booked at this hotel in December 2018. In general, the hotel is good. Clean, warm. I lived in a quadruple room with a balcony. Inside, everything is fine, except for poor lighting (dark green walls and two weak light bulbs create a depressing effect).

A friend was looking for a hotel with a bath for a large company, booked at this hotel in December 2018. In general, the hotel is good. Clean, warm. I lived in a quadruple room with a balcony. Inside, everything is fine, except for poor lighting (dark green walls and two weak light bulbs create a depressing effect). There are few hooks for towels in the bathroom. Wi-Fi catches only in the toilet, as it is located above the reception, where there is a weak router for a hotel.
Very tasty food, special thanks to the chef for this.
Now for the bad.
Bad soundproofing. In the evening, we were remarked that we were making a lot of noise when the whole company gathered in a two-room suite, and in the morning, lying in bed on the second floor, I heard the hostess at the reception screaming.
Not understandable attitude towards customers. Right off the bat, there are only limitations. You can’t walk in shoes, they give out small disposable uncomfortable slippers. The hostess seems to smile, but the smile is only to get good reviews, which she constantly tells everyone about. On the day of departure, we had a train at 18.15, in the morning we asked to leave our things at the hotel in order to have time to ride, while ordering lunch for 12 people. We were allowed to leave our things only in a cold garage, we were allowed to change clothes in the same garage, referring to the fact that we had guests at the hotel! We arrived wet, as it was snowing and there was nowhere even to dry off. After lunch, there was still time before the train, they wanted to stay at the hotel, but we were asked to leave. I often visit the Carpathians, but the first time I was upset by the hospitality and the first time I did not want to return to the hotel. I do not recommend Lelech.

Polite helpful staff, cleanliness and tidiness, a sense of novelty and a benevolent atmosphere are the visiting cards of Mrs. Tatiana and employees. Taking this opportunity, I express my gratitude to the administrator Lesya and our angel-nurse Annushka, whose pure smile is still remembered.
In general and in small things, we were very pleased with everything: service, assortment and quality of service, friendly atmosphere, and of course, Carpathian hospitality and unique cuisine!

She recently returned from Tatarov. We had lunch in Lelich because our hotel tasted bad. We are very grateful to Ms. Tanya for the delicious food, and to all the staff for the good warm attitude. About the hotel: very cozy, green, all in flowers, there is a duck, pool. The only downside is the small area.
