Minus - there is no soundproofing in the rooms, a draft walks around the room, it is very cold, since the entrance doors do not fit and there is a two-finger gap at the bottom. There is no hair dryer, although it is written that in every room. For 5 days, towels have never been changed, but I generally keep quiet about cleaning. The kitchen is tasteless (we ate at the nearby Lavender Country Club), the staff is unfriendly.
The cuisine is very tasty. I recommend trying chenakhi or kruchenik in sour cream sauce. As this hotel is close to Bukovel, it is ideal for those who want to ski (board) but do not want to stay.

They gave the keys to room №2 (located near the staff room, the front door to the hotel building and the reception area). We immediately said that we were not satisfied with the number, the administrator replied that: "There are no others, I can not do anything. " She turned and left, leaving us in the hallway and the room keys at the door.
Basic: Dirty, cold, dark, spiders were chased in the bathroom (it was disgusting to take a shower, in fact we tried not to do it).
From the little things:
- from 7.00 am to 23.00 listen to everyone who enters / exits the hotel building, which rises to the upper floors, all the work of staff (washing dishes, disassembly, etc. );
- beds were even covered with a blanket;
- lighting as in the basement (barely shining one light bulb from under the matte shade);
- broken and worn furniture (bedside tables, doors, floor);
- curtains do not close completely (passing by could admire our spoiled rest);
- the first window is deaf, the second overlooks the gazebo with barbecue.
Dining room
The main thing: we haven't eaten such food for a long time - scanty, cold. Even in ordinary dining rooms it is better. After breakfast, they looked for other establishments to fill themselves with something normal and Carpathian (not pasta or omelet on flour). They preferred to dine in any other local hut.
From the little things: it was impossible to find staff behind the bar (ask for extra equipment, salt, etc. ). They brought food to the table and went to the utility room so that no one would be disturbed and they would not have to listen to comments from guests.
STAFF THAT WAS LOST
The next day the administrator changed. Leaving the sights in the morning, we asked the staff to hand over our mobile number to the new administrator to resolve our situation.
Nobody called back during the day.
In the evening we approached the new administrator, who said that the phone was not handed over to her, listened to us patiently, agreed that this number does not belong to the junior suite, blamed everything on the owner (who does not want to listen or change anything). On the first evening, another guest approached us and said that the children bought him a vacation in Patsorka through Pokupon and he was forced to serve here because it was a gift, but it was awful to endure it, from housing to disgusting food included in such a holiday.
CONCLUSIONS
Surprisingly, Patsorka is still not bankrupt. We had to "survive" in it for 3 days (we could not afford to change homes immediately because of friends who had three children). We didn't even unpack our things. Pokupon failed to call and it looks like they don't sell what they sell to their customers. We did not expect such hospitality and cuisine from the CARPATHIANS, now we know.
On August 25, we immediately found another apartment in Mykulychyn ("Guest House"), booked and lived there with pleasure all the other days (by the way, the room cost us 300 UAH cheaper).

Rested recently, the room was very warm, hot water was constant, a large spoon, and the pillows are not very comfortable, not high.
P. S. The tastes and preferences of customers should be taken into account. For example, my wife and I had a bonus - free breakfast, delicious, but I do not eat buckwheat, liver, the last day everyone (well, of course, to me, as ordered) for breakfast served buckwheat with liver. I am sure that no one will prepare a separate breakfast for each client, but it is still worth finding out who likes what, the client is allergic to certain ingredients, flavorings, dishes and more.
Cons:
1) Just awful Wi-Fi, nowadays it will be a significant disadvantage for the hotel.
2) The rooms are just awful soundproofing, hear everyone as the neighbors climb the stairs, what they do in the room and what they say.
3) They have a very tasty kitchen, but there was a piece of charcoal in my mushroom soup, and a piece of plastic ball in the homemade cake I ordered for my wife. Of course it's not deadly, but it's not very pleasant. Once again, I want to say that the cuisine is very tasty, but such absurd cases lead to the fact that their restaurant is almost always empty. Given the fierce competition and expensive price, this is a big minus for the reputation of this hotel.
