A small hotel 5-10 minutes from the beach, not on a mountain. All rooms overlook the courtyard with good and competent landscaping - it seems that the area is much larger and guests do not look at each other's doors. The room is large enough. There is a refrigerator, not the smallest safe, clothes dryer in front of the entrance, split air conditioning, satellite TV (6 pieces of Russian channels). Everything is clean, tidy and works. There are no special frills (such as a hairdryer, sconces, special furniture), but the price of the room is very budget.
Cleaning, change of two large towels and 2 x 0.5 water every day, bed change every 3 days. There is no breakfast and no swimming pool. At the reception, tea / coffee is constantly and free of charge. They do not take a deposit. Probably, the hotel is a family business, and always under the supervision of the owners, friendly and nice people.
Across the street 7/11, macarons, cans. Nearby in the Matryoshka building, I took a tour from them for a free sightseeing tour and a trip to a gift shop. At the reception, excursions are somewhat cheaper, in English. There were no problems due to my weak (well, very weak : ))) English on the excursions. There was no street noise in the hotel is not audible. For breakfast, I bought packaged cookies in the evening at 7/11 and in the morning with coffee - I had enough until dinner.
Hotel with good value for money.
