Nakheel Mall is 400 m from the hotel for medium shopping with a grocery supermarket.
Nearby is a 52-storey skyscraper, on the roof of which there is an excellent observation deck on the island of Palma and Dubai. Near the hotel there is a promenade with several restaurants. The hotel has its own beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, the swimming area is fenced off with a net from the penetration of jellyfish.
There are 2 swimming pools, one of which is for adults only. Water is free all the time in the rooms and at the point of issue of towels for the beach. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the bay, the Dubai Marina area and the island with a huge Ferris wheel.
Meals were breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide range, and dinner is only in one of the themed restaurants, where you can order no more than 3 dishes from the menu. Restaurants must be booked in advance. Drinks for dinner are paid. We were unpleasantly surprised that about 30% of the dishes on the menu (and the best ones) turned out to be with an additional charge of $8 to $30. As a result, for each dinner we paid $ 3.80-100 extra with "surcharges" and drinks (beer and soft drinks).

The rest of the time these are very specific spicy dishes, the absence of any hot breakfasts other than scrambled eggs and oatmeal. Complete absence of fruit: only 4 fruits were presented for the entire period. No apples, no watermelons, no bananas, no peaches, no berries. The potatoes and pasta presented at the dinners were also seasoned with spicy sauces, there is absolutely nothing to feed a child in this hotel.
The main and I think the most serious disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of honey. staff - from the word completely and always. The child's temperature rose, she forgot the thermometer with her, as a result, the guard came to measure the temperature, with unwashed hands, and who did not know how to handle the infrared thermometer.
The cleaning of the rooms is very poor quality, for 2 weeks they never washed the floor on the balcony, the dust was 5 cm by the end of the vacation, they could put 2 shower gels instead of shampoo, but they constantly turned on, turned off the phones in the room, it’s not clear why.
A separate story with a children's room, in which you need to fill out a questionnaire for a child, leave the child and LEAVE. Parents should not wait for the child at the entrance, only outside the door. It's like a kids' room. I personally am not ready to leave my child in an unfamiliar place and leave.
Bottom line: the hotel is absolutely not suitable for families with children. NOT RECOMMENDED. Plus of course other minuses are quite enough too.

The rooms were clean and perfect, toiletries were provided: toothpaste, brushes, shampoo, shower gel, soap, milk, slippers, bathrobe, ear sticks, tampons, nail files, etc. construction on the beach continued, but did not interfere with our holiday on the beach.

It was possible to order dinner in the room, but we were afraid of the price and did not order. It turned out that dinner was included, we just didn't know.
