Despite the fact that the hotel itself is located near the roadway, on its territory you simply forget that you are still in the city, albeit a resort. My family does not like a lot of noise and people, so this is the best for us! Our room was a two-room. Two plasma, shower, beds, everything is clean, white. The view from the balcony is simply gorgeous - the greenery and the pool! In the room there is some water and a present - eco handmade marmalade. A trifle - but very nice. The night illumination of the pool created a fabulous atmosphere. As well as light musical accompaniment to vacationers on the territory, very harmoniously fitting into the interior and atmosphere of the hotel. Welcoming and friendly staff. Always ready to come to the rescue. The parrot - although in a cage, but fervently woke us up in the morning. The kitchen is just a separate novel. All dishes are very tasty and nutritious. . I am glad that the hotel takes care of the health of vacationers and has separate smoking areas, a spa and a sauna. My family was very satisfied with the rest and service! Our room was on the second floor, low and not low, with a balcony to the seating area near the pool - a wonderful place to relax.

This is not a hotel - this is a fairy tale! In Odessa for the second time. We decided to choose ourselves on the Internet, without the advice of travel agencies. And I am very pleased! Thank you for your hospitality and service! I came with three children, and you need to keep track of them and feed and drink. The hotel has breakfast - I had less trouble, I went to the sea for a few minutes - the children reached the beach without whims, the hotel TV - the younger ones could turn on cartoons.

Good day to all! My name is Svetlana. And I rested this year in August with my daughter. She chose, so I was a little worried. I went blind. All in all, I was worried for nothing. The hotel is without exaggeration SUPER. Don't pick on. From the airport we arrived quickly, settled without problems, the room was cool.

The street, in general, is quiet, even the tram, which runs nearby, does not interfere. The beach is really close to walk: about 7-10 minutes. The embankment is such a combined one: its brand new part with a fountain, flower beds and benches turns into an old soviet one. The beach is sandy, wide and very long.
Hotel: The territory is quite small. Settled us very quickly, lift, lifted to the 5th floor. Everywhere there is a carpet that drowns out the steps, fresh flowers grow in tubs. The rooms are new, the doors are new, they close tightly, everywhere is very clean (believe me, because I am always not indifferent to this). The rooms have everything you need: several types of towels, hair dryer, slippers, soap, gels, shampoos, etc. The air conditioner is working. Beds are good, linens are new. The TV works, Wi-Fi works, the staff will tell you the password. All rooms have a sea view. Since the hotel is far from the first line, from the balconies, except for the sea, all the "sights" in front of the new and old houses are visible.
Meals: A small nice cafe-bar on the 1st floor, the smell of the kitchen is not audible (the ordered food is lifted into the hall from somewhere below). The breakfast included in the room price was good, everything is cooked fresh and tasty.

We chose the hotel, so to speak, "for the idea" of an eco-hotel and all that. In fact, the building is more like not a hotel, much less an eco-friendly one, but a mini-factory - everything is in hoods, pipes, they hum incredibly, they interfere with sleep at night, the lights were turned off in the hotel 4 times (!! ) and they turned on the generator, which like a tractor roaring for half the district (oh poor neighbors of this "eco-hotel"), when you order barbecue, they fry them on a terrible rusty barbecue, everything is in smoke (I remind you of an "eco-hotel") and not like normal people in the kitchen.

Opposite the hotel is a liquor bar, right under the open sky "At the Fountain" is called, there is karaoke every evening, you can go deaf from the off-key singing of drunken bar guests. - also does not contribute to a good rest. All in all, never go there and would not recommend to anyone. It's strange that there are good reviews, it's probably the staff themselves wrote)

we are delighted with the hotel Villa Pinia!!!!!!! ! very amazing design, cool white robes, peas and cones in the tables, a working elevator, comfortable and cozy rooms, spacious and bright!! ! had a pleasant service, and a hospitable host. there were 4 of us, we rested out of season, I wanted to come in the summer!! ! thank you so much!! !.
