We travel a lot around the world, in the UAE for the second time this year (we stayed in Sharjah in February). Usually we choose hotels according to the principle that in the center, it is convenient to get to the sights, inexpensive, decent, we only spend the night in hotels.
Yesterday we returned from this hotel. The first impression upon checking in was terrible! Dirty room on the 3rd floor, huge dried black stains on the carpet. On the sofa there are streaks of unknown origin. Dishes in the kitchen are dirty. The feeling of disgust did not leave!! ! I never could bring myself to cook anything in their dishes. We managed with snacks from products bought in the Reef Mall. It was even disgusting to leave food in the refrigerator, since everything was stained and streaked there. The refrigerator does not stand on its own, but is piled up on the wall to hold it. Three of us stayed, but towels and toiletries were always left for two. And then, only after contacting Fedor at the reception (the only Russian-speaking guy who will help you). And then they lived to the point that no soap, no toilet paper, no napkins! Napkins were never brought.
The only plus of the hotel is the metro station nearby. And that's it! The staff, especially the middle aged woman, are gloomy. The feeling that you are being watched, they are on duty at breakfast, they look at each plate, how much you take.
We travel a lot, but have never been so "stuck". Now older children are going to the UAE - I would never recommend this nightmarish hotel !!!
A special experience for compatriots when loading onto the beach bus! People go to war! Although, and this is a plus for the hotel, a second bus is served if everyone has not entered the first one. Perhaps some people like the feeling of victory, so pot-bellied uncles arrange competitions to see who will jump up first and take more seats.
Breakfasts are monotonous, but we were not picky, what was missing - we bought more. Excursions were taken from firms on the beach, liked it. The sea is warm, wonderful, the sand, the country is amazing. The beach is dirty because of cigarette butts, but then again, who is to blame for us if people have such a culture? We will definitely come, but not to Al Muragabat Plaza, THAT'S EXACTLY!

The first impression of the hotel was not very good, although the hotel looks good, I also liked the apartments, it’s clean, it has everything you need, the minus of this hotel is that planes take off above us and there is a terrible roar from them, planes take off every 3-5 minutes, The doors to the balcony are hard to close.

But this is only the first impression... We thought we would not fall asleep at night. But they slept like the dead. We left in the morning for breakfast, then the beach, then either an excursion or sightseeing, we came very late. they went to bed "without hind legs", they did not hear any aircraft and nothing interfered with sleep. The bed is great!! ! Very comfortable. Breakfast was ordinary, we weren't hungry. The hotel is close to the metro station which is a huge plus. For 10 days I managed to see a lot, I am satisfied with the rest, a good city hotel for outdoor activities. Any questions, I'll be happy to answer.

Liked the hotel. The location is good. Close to metro, supermarkets. The rooms are very good. We lived in room 407. Hall, bedroom, large kitchen and a small balcony (not all rooms have balconies). Were in the room microwave, kettle, electric stove with oven, necessary utensils, rather big refrigerator, ironing board, iron, hair dryer.

Were in the room microwave, kettle, electric stove with oven, necessary utensils, rather big refrigerator, ironing board, iron, hair dryer. Gel, shampoo, soap, body cream (replenished), toothpaste and brushes, shaving machine and cream, thread, shower cap, sticks, slippers.
We took the tour with breakfast. Breakfasts are normal. Although monotonous, they were not hungry.
Products were mainly bought in a supermarket near the Reef Mall. There is also on the opposite side near the metro, there is something cheaper. Shrimps were boiled every evening and dinner was ready.
They cleaned the room well. Linen was changed every day. Hot water around the clock.
They drove to the beach only for a paid Al Mamzar at 9.00, back at 12.30. Once they asked for it to Jumeirah Beach, they took it to a free one. Didn't like it very much. Mamzar is better. The weather was good, the water was 24-25 degrees. True, the water level decreased, it took a long time to go to plunge, but it was very clean and calm. There was a storm the day we left.
We traveled around the city by subway. There were silver cards from the previous trip. Very comfortably.
We took a taxi (18 dirhams from the hotel one way) to Festival City Mall. Nice place, few people, you can spend the evening.
We also saw the old part of the city. We walked to the ethnographic village and the house of Sheikh Zayda (entrance 2 dir). Nothing much to see, but walked along the canal. We went to the historical museum (3 dirhams). I liked the museums.
According to the advice from the reviews, we wanted to get to Al Karama souk. To be honest, it's just a waste of time. Nothing to do there, the goods are the same, annoying sellers.
We walked along Dubai Marina (by metro from the hotel 5.30 dir), then we got to Babut Mall, also an interesting place (it’s better to go from the far end and take a map, we missed, we went in the center). Since it is the farthest way to go there (50 minutes from the hotel by metro ~ 7 dir), it is better to combine a trip there with a visit to, for example, Marina, which we did. We also visited the Emirates Mall. We saw a show in Sky Dubai with penguins. Once again we walked near the Burj Khalifa, appreciated the new transition from the metro to the Dubai Mall and, of course, looked at the fountains. Finally found the fountain to the song of Michael Jackson. I liked it very much.
Last time our safari trip was canceled because of a downpour, this time we got it. We went from Orient Voyage ($50, picked up from the hotel). We were lucky, we were in the first car with a first class driver and good company. We were satisfied with the trip.
We flew with Windrose Airlines. Lunch must be ordered in advance for an additional fee when buying a tour. Drinks are free. The meeting side of Travko. Excursions are expensive and do not justify the cost.
In general, this time we planned our vacation and saw everything that we did not have time to do last time.
P. S. I want to thank everyone who writes detailed reviews with advice, thanks to which we were able to organize our pastime in Dubai.

Breakfast is meager and monotonous, but we were full, we didn’t want to eat until 13-00. On the beaches (Mamzar and Jumeirah) he drove a bus, if people did not fit, they transported them in their cars. A 5-minute walk to the Reef Mall, but in general there are a lot of shops, there are no problems. There are 2 metro stations nearby (red and green lines, there are only 2 lines in Dubai), a bus stop, an exchanger. We liked the service, the hotel itself, and the location. Good European troika. I recommend.
