Asking me to register for these dates, in case the hotel is already vacant - for these dates to be assigned to me. The manager wrote down, said that everything is OK, asked me to call in early August and clarified the end date of the children's camp August 2: I call, feed when the camps end… They say that on August 18.

We stopped at the hotel at about 5-6 pm, we waited for the administrator for more than half an hour, he was already sleeping at that time, when he arrived, he began to check us in with a displeased look and did not even apologize for the delay; the room is clean at first glance - but the towels are stained, the room has stale air, the bathroom also stinks incomprehensibly, mold, it feels like they don’t clean it at all, the toilet is dirty, the bed is covered in hair.

I went down to the "reception", asked to replace everything, again waited for the administrator, for 20 minutes, then another 40 minutes for the maids who, upon arrival, discussed and MOTHER (guys, well, this is a shock) that we disturbed them while we were waiting in the corridor. (to these two youngsters - "girls" fiery greetings from us)
After the road, we were tired and did not want to make a scandal, and now I really regret that I did not record them on video.
We only had breakfast in the restaurant, the choice is not great, but in the morning there will be something to eat
We were distracted only by the wonderful views from the window, nature, trips and fresh air.
We won't be coming back here again and won't recommend it to anyone!

The room was cleaned every other day, towels were changed, breakfast was normal with a choice of several dishes. There is a lounge area, but it’s honestly boring there, maybe you need to do karaoke or billiards)) In general, the hotel somehow lacks warmth and comfort, it is beautiful, modern, but not lived-in. Yes, no soundproofing, the couple in the next room loved each other passionately and loudly, we fell asleep and woke up with them. . . ))) At the reception, to the questions "what, where and for what, " the guy answered vaguely and handed brochures with phone numbers of different companies. . . But in Yaremche it’s not a problem to find everything, they will gladly tell you where to get skis, they will find an instructor cheaper, they will also offer ski passes for half the price))) So, in principle, the hotel is not bad, but you need to think about how to lure and entertain people. There were a lot of free rooms....

The hotel corresponds to the stated 3 stars. The staff is friendly. BUT THERE ARE TWO BUT !! ! Located 5 km from the center of Yaremche + 300-400 meters up the steep winding off-road! To Bukovel 25km - 150hryvnia one way. Breakfast from 8 o'clock - This is a big minus. Choose another hotel.
