Now about the hotel.
The staff is very friendly, always with a smile, we have read comments about the negative attitude towards Russian speakers in many hotels, but there is no such thing here, at the reception everyone understands and speaks Russian, it was very nice that they tried to explain everything and so on. answered absolutely all questions.
Check-in takes place from 12 to 14 hours, this is how lucky you are with the room (how quickly it will be cleaned and released) All in. starts at 15:00, and lunch from 12:30 to 14:00, so be prepared for the fact that you will only get to dinner, but you can pay if you really want to eat) Or, 5 minutes from the hotel, Mladost market, Prices are reasonable, you can buy yourself something to eat. And I advise you, if you want to buy something from cosmetics, or some accessories, do not rush to buy in the market, everything is cheaper in the market. For example, even fruit glycerin soap, which is so popular in Bulgaria and is on sale in every souvenir shop, in the market it will come out to you 1 lev cheaper, like sunscreens.
While you are given a room, you can swim in the pool, walk around the territory, and take pictures. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, everything is green around, the garden is watered every day... everything blooms, it is very beautiful. In the garden there is a playground, a tennis table, a volleyball net, if it is very boring there is something to do. There are enough sun loungers and places for everyone by the pool, there are sun loungers in the shade if you are afraid of getting sunburned, and in the sun if you want to sunbathe, and in many hotels we noticed that the pools are under the open sun, which did not suit us very much, the pool is also small, but beautiful terrace with tables. But you can only enter the pool until 20:00, you can’t swim after. , the pool is clean, every day disinfection, but does not stink of bleach. The bar is until 22:00, the music is turned off and after that we did not notice any brawl and drunken gatherings, or maybe we were just lucky with the guests, that is, no one will bother you to sleep and relax. Wi-Fi works throughout the hotel, we lived on the 4th last floor, there were no problems with it. We had a double room, one large bed and a folding chair. The room has everything you need: a refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV, two large mirrors, one in the corridor and another in the room, the TV has a USB output, if you like to watch a movie in the evening, you can freely bring your flash drive with movies. On the balcony there is a dryer, two chairs and a table. Towels are changed every three days, bedding for a week, I think they changed it once, every day cleaning 2 soaps and 2 sachets of shampoo.
The only remark, it’s better to keep the towel in the room, on the first day we left the towels in the bathroom, in the evening I noticed that it stank very strongly of urine, I say it as it is, it feels like they wiped the toilet and not one, after taking the towels to the balcony to dry, in the bathroom did not leave. If you need to change it, it's better to throw it on the bathroom floor and that's it.
The whole hotel is well maintained, renovated, everything is neat, cleanliness everywhere. All rooms overlook the pool, and this pleases) because there are some dilapidated hostels around Liani, but this did not bother us in any way. At night, you can’t hear any cars, music, buzzing from all this, and we came to relax.
Well, food. Do not forget that the hotel is 3 stars, so do not expect something supernatural) Potatoes, rice and pasta, beans only in different versions, fish, meat is mainly chicken, watermelon, melon, grapes, orange, vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, lettuce , pepper. Different salads are also based on the same vegetables. For lunch and dinner, there is always the first. The restaurant also has a toaster and a microwave. For dessert - ice cream, cookies, pudding, cakes, pie. I can say one thing: you won't be hungry, everything is delicious and homemade. Since the hotel does not have enough food for everyone, no one fights for a piece of bread) ???? Tea, coffee, cappuccino, juices, water, everything is in abundance.
This is our first trip to Bulgaria, we were very pleased with the hotel and service. If we meet again, then again here.
