Nice spacious apartments. On the ground floor there is a kitchen (fridge, stove, kettle, necessary utensils), salon and bathroom (shower). On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, there is a washing machine. In a small area, your own private pool is small, for children it’s a real joy, and a barbecue.
The apartments are in good condition, clean, daily cleaning is provided, and linen is changed 3 times a week. Air conditioning and TV in all rooms, except for the nursery. The Internet worked very well, the children watched cartoons calmly. There is a private car park.
The villas are located on the first peninsula of Halkidiki Kassandra in the village of Hanioti, just 600 meters from the center of the village and about 1 km from the sand and pebble beach, since we were in our car, there were no problems with movement. We often went to Sithonia, there is very beautiful nature and picturesque and more comfortable bays for swimming.
Upon check-in, a bottle of wine and fruits were waiting for us in the room as a compliment, it was very nice. Thanks. Within walking distance is one of the largest supermarkets Masutis.
For such a large family as ours, a very good and comfortable option for recreation. Plus and inexpensive.
We arrived in the afternoon and the villa was already ready to move in, so the transfer took us straight to the villa. True, first we stopped at a hotel, which also turns out to belong to the same chain as the villas. We were checked in very quickly and handed over the keys. Arriving at the villa, the children immediately ran to the second floor, and everyone found their own place. In general, the villa, although not quite new, is renovated and very comfortable for a large family.
On the ground floor there is a shower with a toilet, a kitchen and a living room, overlooking a private pool.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and two balconies (one of which is small, but there is a clothes dryer), and the second is large and spacious, with a table and two rocking chairs. It captivated me and the children. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and, by the way, with everything you need for a long stay. Cleaning every day, towels and linen are changed every three days, but we came across such good maid girls that they changed us at our request more often.
The territory is excellent, there is greenery everywhere, the villas are surrounded by greenery and it is very pleasant, there is a place for children to play. True, there was one minus, there were interruptions with the Internet, but a solution was immediately found for every complaint. In general, the staff of the hotel and the villa are a solid five.
The stay was great, thank you.
But now more about the villa itself. Nice two-story house with its own pool. Everything is very neat and comfortable. On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. We cooked ourselves, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (stove, refrigerator), dishes are also there. When it was too lazy to cook, we had dinner in the taverns of the village of Chanioti, there are a lot of them for every taste (be it seafood,
traditional cuisine or bistro) and a wallet.
The glass balcony door of the kitchen overlooks the pool, so sitting inside it was always possible not to lose sight of the grandchildren frolicking by the pool. Very comfortably! : )
On the second floor of the house there are three bedrooms and a second bathroom. There are double beds in two rooms and two single beds in the nursery. Everyone was wonderfully accommodated, there was no need to huddle as before in the family rooms of hotels, ask for folding beds, etc. By the way, the house was cleaned every day, so we had no questions about cleanliness and could not arise. The territory even has its own small football field, the grandchildren often played there with children from a neighboring villa. There was also a common barbecue pavilion, which
can be rented for free. In general, we are very satisfied with the rest. What you need for a large family, and the budget does not hit hard.
We will definitely be back next year!
When we arrived at the villa we booked, we decided that next time we would take our friends with us. There is definitely enough space for everyone. Immediately rented a car to see as much as possible. Mobility was the most important criterion for our holiday.
Near the villa there are two large supermarkets, not only food, but also household items.
In the village itself there are a lot of taverns, cafes, and at the time of our vacation two playgrounds were opened - a city one and a small cafe (this is immediately behind the Masutis supermarket).
The remoteness of the villa from the sea did not bother us, because we had a car, and we were not attached to the beach in the village, although a couple of times we walked with pleasure to "our" beaches.
Everything is organized at the villa itself - a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue area. I can say thank you very much for this, because the absence of “everyday problems” allowed us to fully get to know the country without wasting time and effort on the arrangement.
By the way, as a recommendation, I can note that there are places that can be reached by car, of course, but it’s still better to go in an organized way. We had to see this on our own example - the monasteries of Meteora. We thought for a long time, wondered, looked through the route and reviews, and still settled on a group tour. Our villas were "tied" to the Olympic Kosma hotel, there are always representatives of Mouzenidis in it, it was they who brought doubts to our plans, and they turned out to be right. We are very grateful to them for this hint, after all, a comfortable bus and the absence of thoughts about the road and its difficulties, excellent competent guides - this is exactly what is very important on some routes.
We noted the following for ourselves - if you want "full immersion in the environment" - you are at villas with car rental; if you are less mobile, or absolutely do not want to think about anything on vacation, but at the same time you plan to get to know the country in detail, the Olympic Kosma hotel is a great option. Yes, a troika, yes, with a small territory, but with excellent service (we have had occasion to contact us on various issues more than once, everything was resolved as quickly as possible).
Our first experience, we are sure will not be the last. We liked this type of holiday very much!
