As the locals said, there used to be a lake there, but now sewage from all the district settlements (Beregovoye, Primorsky, part of Feodosia) is poured there, as a result, a fragrant symbiosis was obtained, from which it immediately turns back, the swamp does not smell like that!
But, MOST IMPORTANTLY, this smell will come to you in the evening, because the wind will pull it to the sea, make it close the windows and sleep in stuffiness, and this is difficult, because the rooms also stink of 40 years old furniture and mold. So during the day you breathe, in the evening you suffocate. The clothes smelled through, like a swamp, like a number, as a result, such a vile smell is obtained that it seems to become tangible, slimy, in a word, the sea does not smell there! )
2. The Zaporozhian Sich itself.
The territory is mediocre and unkempt, those who write about beauty, most likely have not seen beautiful areas near hotels. But the fountains are beautiful, such a turtle with dolphins, I even took a picture, there is a pond on the territory, there is fish in it, but you can’t see it, because the water is dirty, for fun, I’ll note that, perhaps, water is pumped out of the swamps, nearby, conveniently.
The rooms themselves are terrible, disgusting, they have everything that is morally obsolete back in the 20th century. Well, perhaps a very unpretentious person can sleep on these mattresses, they are crooked, broken, springs stick out, prick and interfere. Everything was dirty, blankets even with chewing gum and some other substance, which they could not determine. All night it seemed to us that something was crawling over us, sometimes it didn’t seem, but the truth was spiders and bugs were crawling. As the neighbors told us, their child could not stand such comforts and slept sitting up.
The icing on the cake is the stench from the swamp, the dirt in the bathroom, you will get footprints from previous vacationers as a bonus, maybe you want to make a plaster cast for yourself, a lot of sand in the shower, rust is everywhere, even in mirrors, IN MIRRORS, I never saw. The next day we went to Feodosia to look for a normal room, since after 2 hours everyone found it.
3. Cafe Kazachok.
You can’t find fault with him, because objectively good food, but very dirty appliances and mugs, the price tag is 2 times higher than Feodosia, although they are on the outskirts.
4. Beaches.
Yes, the beaches are normal, sand and shells, although the entries are dubious, too overgrown, shallow sea, a lot of people. By the way, in Feodosia itself there are also a lot of sandy beaches, the approaches are better, there are fewer people and the sea is cleaner, perhaps the current always carries everything a little to the left, towards Beregovoy.
5. Head of the Zaporozhian Sich.
I would like to highlight it separately.
The man is a pure merchant, we just walked past, to register, and he stuck, we got rid of him with difficulty, in short, here is his monologue: "Yalta is a garbage dump, Feodosia is a garbage dump, the whole of Crimea is a garbage dump, but it's good here, don't leave anywhere , you don’t need to look at anything, there’s nothing there, it’s just me and everything is fine here, everywhere is bad, it’s good here” (but, as it turned out, the Zaporizhzhya Sich is a garbage dump). As a result, we began to question the objectivity of his words (we traveled around the Crimea for 3 weeks and visited many places), he was very offended, theatrically so, and left.
We took 2 nights, but we were forced to leave this "hotel" due to smells and ubiquitous dirt ahead of time, demanding the money back, he told us that he had written somewhere that the money was not returned, after arguing for 5 minutes, he accepted call the police and said that he would now write a statement about fraud on us, after reasonable questions WHAT IS THE FRAUD HERE, he changed his mind and calling the outfit, he already spoke about insults to the person, honor and dignity, which, as it is not difficult to guess, were not.
They didn’t return the money to us, now we’ll go to court to beat our hard-earned 3000 back, and the question is not even so much about these kopecks, but about the fact that this person left a very hostile memory of himself, he doesn’t even want to give one penny.
CONCLUSION: DO NOT SPILL YOUR HOLIDAY, LOOK FOR OTHER HOTELS.
At worst, near Koktebel with its nature reserve (amazing views from the beach, I don’t want to walk, everything is there), in the center of Feodosia (3 minutes from the embankment, 10 minutes to the left and you are on the same sandy beaches !!! ) for wonderful rooms in July they ask for 1800-2000 rubles, and here for this dirt 3000, are you sure that you need it?
