Stayed at this resort with family. Ambiguous... The territory is ennobled and well maintained. The staff with a forced smile is kind, but until you pay for your stay. After, all on you and your problems / questions spit. A well-groomed territory, like a screen on the eyes, closes the existing problems: interruptions in water supply; dangerous electrics - sockets spark, breakers knock out; near the exit from the territory to the beach, sewage flows from the overflowing sewerage from the flower bed; there is no question of cleaning the rooms, bed linen is issued for the entire stay and is not changed. … More ▾ Stayed at this resort with family. A well-groomed territory, like a screen on the eyes, closes the existing problems: interruptions in water supply; dangerous electrics - sockets spark, breakers knock out; near the exit from the territory to the beach, sewage flows from the overflowing sewerage from the flower bed; there is no question of cleaning the rooms, bed linen is issued for the entire stay and is not changed.
Particular attention is paid to the "safety of residents" - at all entrances / exits there are formidable announcements that the territory is PRIVATE and you face a fine of "THREE THOUSANDS" for visiting it, they even hung a spring on the gate from the beach that they caress the whole district , and allegedly prevent unauthorized guests from entering the territory of the base.
Information signs about fines are a feature of this base. The legality of the activity confuses... There is no price list at the reception desk, they will not provide you with payment documents, there is no cash equipment either. The guest book is a checkered notebook, but it immediately lies at the front desk (as such, there is no registration for guests either).
Behind the backs of the administrators, a bunch of crowding at the reception, there is a wall with all the same warnings of what not to do, otherwise you will get a fine of "THREE THOUSAND". For a couple of days of staying at the base, I want to give these “THREE THOUSANDS”, just put it all on a separate information stand, or better, make information folders with the rules of residence and place them in the rooms of your base.
It is useless to demand the elimination of any comments from the administration and is fraught with the use of security forces.
The management (owner / owner! - this is a private territory) is absolutely not adequate and not customer-oriented. You can't talk on high pitch with them. Do not dare to raise your voice to the master and demand something (just think, you paid the money)! Instead of resolving conflict situations and immediately eliminating the discovered remarks, they threaten to call the security authorities and expel them from the territory of the base. No compensation / compliments for the inconvenience caused, and even more so an apology will not wait. I have never seen such rudeness in the hospitality industry! Thanks for the experience!
Advice for those who decide to relax at the recreation center "Mayak" - do not pay for the entire period of stay at once. The first impression is deceptive, and the funds spent, in case of early departure, will not be returned to you. It is not clear on what basis, but the base management reserves such a right.

nice young girls, whom we turned to for all these problems, smiled very nicely at us and promised to fix everything, but they don’t have an air conditioner remote control, no one can repair the TV set, very old (tube) one, hot water is only in the shower, i. e. Wash and shave cold.
This went on for three days, every day we turned to cute girls, asked to be moved to another room or to fix problems, but it was useless.
But when we asked the cleaning lady what to do with the garbage in the room and we were offered to collect it and put it in the trash, it finished us off and we moved to the nearby Demanche hotel, where it is a little more expensive, but the quality of rest is many times better.
Don't go to the Mayak Hotel if you don't want to ruin your vacation.

The room itself is very spacious, there was an extra bed for my son, a folding sofa, TV, refrigerator and air conditioning. Special thanks to the maid girls, great smarties. Upon request, they cleaned our room. Thanks for the cleanliness! The territory is ennobled, the only negative is mosquitoes. But they are everywhere, there's nothing to be done. The sea is close, the beach is clean. Therefore, I am extremely glad that I chose your base, next year we will definitely take friends with us, and wait for us in a big company. 5) WATER! WATER AND MORE WATER! we were told that there were problems with water supply throughout Zatoka, it turned out that we were deceived by luxury! In a nearby restaurant, we were told that there is no central water supply in Zatoka, each base deals with this issue independently. Conclusion - Lighthouse cuts down a lot of money from vacationers, not even blushing and not trying to create comfortable conditions for relaxation.
Thank God we didn't have to eat in their "restaurant", 100% unsanitary conditions. In general, who wants thrills and nowhere to spend money - Mayak is the right place! The rest of the people - bypass this "hotel" side !!!!!!!!!!!! !

I had to stay in Zatoka for one day. 2. There are young girls at the reception (I did not encounter their competence). But next to them, local boys constantly hang out, who are rude to the guests. The girls are laughing happily. After 23:00 from the staff it is unrealistic to find anyone alive.
Kettle and hair dryer are provided at the reception. Kettle with water from previous users. Filthy.
3. In the "hotel" the water is turned off 2 times a day for 2 hours.
4. The room is spacious - this is its only plus.
5. The room has a flimsy door with the same worn-out lock. Above the door, a window in which the glass is fastened with carnations. A meter from all this is a printout with information that the administration is not responsible for anything, including for stolen items. Safes? What are safes?
6. The room has air conditioning, which, probably, has never been cleaned - this poor fellow flows mercilessly (in half a day a puddle flows on the balcony, which flows down). The doors to the balcony do not close from the outside. A rope is strung on the balcony.
7. Bedding faded and worn, with spools. Pillows and mattress smelly. It was scary to take a blanket from the closet.
8. There are smeared mosquitoes on the walls.
9. Wi-Fi only at the reception and in the yard.
All together it looks like an old Soviet hospital.
9. The beach is terrible - small, dirty, a huge number of people. Places are taken from 6 am.
(There are also "cottages" on the territory - blue rickety plywood houses).
This place almost spoiled the feeling of the entire previous holiday in one of those terrible nights!!! !
