Friends persistently called to Kirilovka - they are resting there for the third year and are very satisfied. We decided to add a rest on the Sea of Azov to the treasury of impressions. Before that, I, for the first (and last) time, was in Azov in 1986 in Berdyansk, my husband - in 1990 in Mariupol.
We drove by car. The roads are bad, with pointers tense. With good gas stations - the same.
Kirilovka itself is a large village. Of global entertainment, there is a huge water park, but in the heat, in the open air... they didn’t risk it - I burn out instantly, and it’s pointless to go there for half an hour.
The recreation center "Polesyanka" is located on Fedotova Spit. Kind of like the youth part of the resort.
The houses are new and neat. Rooms of different categories, In the standard (toilet and shower - on the territory) per person from 70 to 130 UAH per day; in a suite - from 150 to 250.
They took a suite. Since we were in the “low season” (the administrator said that they were still empty until the 20th of June), they paid 350 UAH per day for two.
"Room with a kitchen" turned out to be so very conditional. Entrance - immediately into the hallway: a table, stools, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a kitchen wall with a sink and a two-burner electric stove, an electric kettle. In the wall there are dishes and a broom-rag-scoop.

Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. No hair dryer, no soap, no other small pleasures.
Before entering the rooms there are terraces with a plastic table and chairs. There is also a clothes dryer. There is enough space between the cabins to park 2 cars.
On the territory (a huge plus for the owners of the base) there is a sea of various colors.
To the sea 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. The beach is sandy.
The water is almost fresh (after the Red and Mediterranean seas - very unusual), opaque. The beach… well, let's just say: not the cleanest. But here it’s mutual fault: vacationers easily click seeds right on the sand, gobies and chewing gum are thrown here, and the local administration didn’t seem to hear about the trash cans - there wasn’t a single one on that stretch of the beach where we were, they carried all the rubbish in the trash near the base.
The food is somehow not very good - if you don’t cook it yourself, then it seems that you definitely shouldn’t take the children there. In coastal eateries, the assortment of main dishes begins with barbecue and french fries, and ends with them. In the morning, afternoon and evening, private traders come to Zhiguli and Ladakh, aunts from them sell food (potatoes, rice, chops, fish, salads, homemade cakes, etc. ). Here, too, who is used to anything - I would not feed children from there.

In general, you do whatever you want, but for me Turkey will be cheaper. In any case, the kind of vacation where you don't have to think about cleaning, cooking and looking for a trash can on the beach.
