The hotel is located on the northern coast of the Peloponnese, near the village of Niforeika, right on the seashore. It is located on a cliff with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Patraikos. The complex consists of apartments surrounded by a garden. Good for a relaxing family holiday. Built in 2003, last renovated in 2015. At 4 km from the hotel is the town of Kato Achaia, where you can find supermarkets, taverns and cafes.More →

The room is spacious, clean and air conditioned. There is a kitchen with utensils, ironing board and iron. White towels and sheets. Cleaning in a day.
The food is tasty and generous, don't be afraid to stay hungry : ) Always a buffet: for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast: eggs, sausage, cheese, vegetables, cereals, all sorts of additives such as chocolate, honey, cake, something extra, for example, baked sausage in dough or croutons, coffee, tea. For lunch: a couple of types of meat or fish and meat, a side dish to choose from, soup is a must, drinks. Dinner: be sure to have meat, a couple of kinds, sometimes fish, a side dish, soup, various vegetables, cheese, dessert (not always), drinks. Local wine is also included in the price.
A very pleasant atmosphere and hospitable owners of the hotel, which complement the pleasant impressions of the rest.
The sea is beautiful and clean, though a steep descent, but this was not an obstacle even for relaxing with a three-year-old child.
The only negative is the not very good infrastructure of the area. In this hotel there is a shop with the most necessary and souvenirs, and in the neighboring Niforeika hotel there is a larger shop. This is where you can buy something. There is a supermarket in Kato Ahaya (4 km from the hotel), you can only get there by taxi for 8 euros.
If you want to eat somewhere, not at the hotel, then there is a tavern nearby, but there is a very meager menu and I personally did not like it there, because the food was too greasy.
You will not find entertainment, in neighboring hotels they are, but only for their guests. The only thing we were allowed to attend was the Greek evening. Were 2 times in 2 hotels, danced and got a lot of positive : ).
On the other hand, the lack of entertainment can be attributed to the pluses, because it is quiet and calm here, you can not hear loud music and screams.
I recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

The room is quite spacious, but the furniture is very old, you can’t look at the hood without tears - tufts of dust hang directly from it, the microwave is also all cracked and peeling. There are crockery in the room, but not very clean. In the bathroom, the shower did not have a fixture, i. e. you always have to hold it in your hands, and a thin wire sticks out of the shower itself, so you have to be very careful not to get scratched.
Tavern. The view from the tavern is very beautiful. Breakfast is very average - from hot, for example, porridge and croissant. Everything else is cold cuts, cereal, eggs and yogurt. Lunch - on the menu. We were with children - there is nothing for children for lunch - everything is peppered and fried / grilled. The only non-fried dish. which we found - moussaka. In addition, in the middle of our stay, we were informed that we could not order soup and hot, because. soup is already hot. Dinner is the best meal of the day here. At least you can choose your own, although chicken, meat - grilled with pepper. A couple of times there was mashed potatoes and pasta. From unfried - stewed potatoes with meat - also very peppery.
Sea. It is beyond praise! Very beautiful! Turquoise, transparent! Unrealistically beautiful!
Outcome. You can go to the hotel, but you should not expect anything special from it.

The first - check-in, went perfectly, I really liked the room, with a huge balcony, not everyone was so lucky, but we were lucky, we could see the sea a little from the balcony, it made us happy, because we didn’t pay for sea view, the room was on the second floor , as we wanted, so we were completely satisfied with it. The whole hotel consists of 4 buildings, as you can see from the photo, two are closer to the sea, two are further away, our room was in the building further away, but it’s not a burden at all, it takes exactly 1 minute to walk from the room to the stairs to the sea. The room has everything you need, a hair dryer (very powerful), a kettle, dishes (pots, cups, spoons, knives, forks, plates, a frying pan), a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, an ironing board with an iron, an extractor hood, a mosquito repellant, only needed plates, mosquitoes are there, so it's better to take them with you, the air conditioner worked perfectly. The toilet room is in good condition, a shower with a movable watering can, which was a plus for me, because I don’t like when a stationary watering can is on top. The beds are comfortable, the room is very cozy.
The second is the sea and the view. It's just amazing, the view is just magnificent, it's worth it to climb the stairs every day, the pebble beach is very beautiful, there are so many beautiful stones, you can look at them for hours, the sea during our vacation was different, both calm and with waves, on the waves you can jump, which I also liked. The hotel does not have sunbeds, there are umbrellas, you can lie under them on towels for free, or there are two options, either go to the neighboring beach of the Niforeika hotel, where you can either take the sunbeds that stand on the side and move them under umbrellas or lie under their umbrellas, all this the pleasure costs from 2 c. u. it is quieter there, there are too many people near Niforeyka, sunbeds are located too close. There is another option to lie on the sunbeds of the nearby Pavlina hotel, but there you just pay 2 euros for a sunbed, and this price does not include drinks or anything else, so they never lay there.
The third is a tavern. How beautiful she is, what a beautiful view of her, he is no longer enough. The food is excellent, there is something to eat every day, we had breakfast and dinner included, the breakfast was varied, there are cereals and balls, they also cooked pancakes, scrambled eggs, croissants, all this could be poured with fruit watering, and chocolate Nutella, always in the morning there was juice, coffee, tea, water, they have a very tasty long loaf, I ate it with feta cheese, very tasty. Dinner, there is always a variety of meat, side dishes, ketchup and mustard, ice cream in the evening for free. Drinks in the evening are paid. Always watching to make sure they don't run out of food.
Rest. Initially, we wanted to go to the nearby Niforeika hotel, but if you choose between that hotel and this one, choose this one, the Niforeika pool can be used on the principle of sunbeds, buy a drink, and swim and sunbathe as much as you like, the rooms in this hotel are better than in Niforeika.
Water was bought in a mini-market at the bottom of the hotel at the reception, the cost for 6 pieces of 1.5l bottles = 2.20 euros, it will be more expensive to buy one by one. You can also go to the Niforeyki mini-market, something cheaper there, something in our hotel.
The hotel area is not large, but very well-groomed, in the evening our hotel was illuminated most beautifully. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and good-natured, although they don’t understand English very well, but you can always explain yourself, there was a situation that an allergy to the sun got out, red pimples appeared, so the owners gave Fenistil from the first-aid kit, and some other cream, and the next day We have already had the opportunity to go to the pharmacy. We were on an excursion to the island of Zakynthos, I highly recommend it, it will not leave anyone indifferent, there are such views that there will be enough impressions for a long time, one bay of Navajo is worth something.
We read from other reviews that you can take bicycles at the nearby Pavlina hotel, we decided to ride them in Kato Achaia, it was our mistake, firstly, the cost of an hour is 2 euros, we took it for 3 hours, for a total of 12 euros we paid for two , we decided to take the shortest road, drove up to the highway, and there the highway was two lanes and there was no room for passing on the side, and trucks were driving along it, we took a detour, we suffered a lot until we arrived. In the end, I didn't want to do anything but go back. The bikes themselves are in a terrible state, everything is rusty, they barely found two bikes, and then as a result, the seat fell on the second bike and I had to ride on a low seat, the brakes didn’t work on half of the bikes and the gears didn’t change, as a result, when we returned back, it flew off chain, it's good that I know how to put it in place. For your information, a taxi ride to this city costs 15 euros round-trip (7 euros one way and 8 euros the other), in the same way you can go to Patras, take a taxi to Kato Achaia and then take an air-conditioned bus, for 2.20 euros one way. We didn’t manage to go, because we found out late that it was possible to go this way, it was already hot. When we arrived there was a breeze, we could safely go, it was already hot by our departure, so we didn’t want to go further than the sea.
There were a lot of Russian speakers this year, I would say that 60-70 percent were Russian speakers, mostly families, there were few couples. Recreation for those who want to have a quiet time, in the evenings we went to the sea, there was no one on the sunbeds of Niforeyka, we took a column and looked at the sea, talked and so on. Only at our hotel, the stairs to the sea are illuminated at night. One evening in our hotel there was a Greek evening, very atmospheric, friendly, just magical, I really liked it. I already miss this place, you really relax there!

And if he chooses the Aithrio hotel for his vacation - in the small village of Niforeka - then he will be provided with a boost of energy and a lot of positive emotions! To begin with, I must say that even before directly entering this beautiful country, she pleased with the annual Schengen, which is pure happiness for those who like to unexpectedly break away for a weekend in Europe. Well, upon arrival at the hotel, a series of amazing events began. The scenic road from the airport took 30 minutes, the check-in procedure took 5 minutes. Some incredible luck can explain the fact that we got the most luxurious room with stunning panoramic sea views. . . I must say that the hotel is built in such a way that from almost every room at least a little, but you can see the sea! The room (triple) has everything - an equipped kitchen (kettle, microwave, dishes), iron and ironing board, air conditioning, even mosquito repellent, towels, soap. Internet in the hotel is free everywhere, although sometimes it works extremely slowly. Meals were taken twice a day, which is very, very good, because there are no restaurants or full-fledged shops nearby. The hotel, at the reception, sells basic necessities - caps, sunscreen, soap. You can also purchase olive oil and local wine. From food - melons, watermelons, ice cream, chips and drinks. There is a mini market in the neighboring hotel, but there is also absolutely nothing to buy from food - except for yogurts. The nearest place where you can visit full-fledged shops and restaurants is the village of Kato Achaia - 3 km from the hotel. Taxi one way - 7 euros. After settling in, the first thing we did was go to the sea. Since the hotel stands on a hill, the sea had to go down the zigzag stairs. The beach is small, pebbly, clean. Special shoes will not hurt, especially for children. On the beach, umbrellas are free, sun loungers - 2 euros. The sea is crystal clear, shimmering with all possible shades of blue and green. . . the opposite bank pleased the eye with high picturesque mountains. . . in general, the picture there is idyllic, it is impossible to stop looking! On the first day, the sea was stormy, the waves rolled with great force, producing a slightly eerie, but nevertheless delightful impression. . . The first dinner in the hotel's tavern, which also offers a stunning view of the sea, was very pleased. Not a very large variety of dishes, but the quality is at the highest level! Drinks at dinner are paid. The next day we were going to visit the main city of the Peloponnese - Patras. First of all, we reached Kato Achaia on foot - a 3 km long journey took 25 minutes. In no case should you walk along this road after lunch, there is practically no shade. We walked in the morning and already at 10.00 we were sitting on the bus to Patras (ticket 2.2 euros). The road took about an hour. Upon arrival, we went, as they say, wherever our eyes look - just walk and get to know the city. The city is beautiful - crowded and colorful, like any port. Endless streets with motley shops, crowded restaurants and cafes, polyphonic languages. . . real human anthill! We visited the temple of St. Andrew the First-Called - a place with an indescribable pacifying atmosphere, which is a must-see. The city will give shopping lovers the opportunity to enjoy both world brands of all price categories, as well as local Greek brands, among which you can find unique things. A trip to Patras has become a very bright event, everyone who will have a rest in the Peloponnese must visit! The remaining days enjoyed the sea and the sun, exploring the surroundings in the evenings. . . a lot of abandoned houses, even came across a couple of abandoned hotels. And, what was a little disappointing, the farther from the tourist places, the dirtier. On weekends, locals come, relax and leave behind mountains of garbage. The general result is this - I want to come back here, which we will probably do someday!

Hello!
I would like to help a little for those who like to travel and cannot choose their place of rest. This year I was vacationing with my girlfriend on the island of Peloponnese - just a great place, rich from a historical point of view. A place of luxurious nature. Nastya and I chose Aithrio hο tel - a hotel near the airport. This is an apartment. Nice rooms with kitchenette and everything you need for cooking. By the way, the hotel has a tavern, which cooks just fine, the prices are reasonable. Not far from the hotel, about 15-20 minutes on foot, there are two villages, one seaside Alekes, and the other Niforeika, there is where to take a walk. I would also like to advise everyone not to sit still, be sure to travel... Nastya and I went to the island of Zakynthos, and also visited the site of the Olympic Games - super, no words! In general, everyone who is going to the Peloponnese, have a pleasant and bright holiday.

The sea is clean. The beach is pebble. In the neighboring hotel (5-10 meters) there is a swimming pool and a pool bar.
I advise you to rent a car (by ordering it in Moscow, it will be cheaper). On-site rental will cost you 70-80 euros per day; when pre-ordering 25-30 euros.
There is a good supermarket in the nearby town of Kato Achaia. In the neighboring hotel (Niforeika Beach) you will find a mini market. You can easily get to Kato Achaia by taxi for 7 euros one way. Buses run from Kato Achaia to Patras every half an hour. One way ticket - 2 euros.
You won't get bored in Patras either. First of all, visit the temple of St. Andrew the First-Called, then go to the port, or you can just walk along the streets, where you can eat and do some shopping. Prices are amazing - ferries from Italy drop clothes, 50-70% discounts every season.
The guide will offer you about 6-7 excursions. But we advise you to visit these same places on your own, on your own. Again, because of the price.
If you choose this hotel, you will get a lot of fun and have a great time.

Mostly Greeks rest in the hotel, there are Spaniards, Italians, Germans, British. There are quite a few Russians, which is a big plus in its own way. Very friendly, kind and interesting people work at Aithrio Hotel.
As for the apartments - very neat, clean and in a seasoned Greek style. They (apartments) have a common room (we had it with two beds: single and double), a small kitchenette (but roomy, you can always cook your own food in it, there are dishes), a shower, a terrace with wicker furniture. Also there is air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, iron. There is free Wi-Fi. There is no safe in the rooms, but you can always leave valuables at the reception or do as we did - in each room there is a closet that can be locked - it was there that we put not only clothes, but also such things as passports, money, tablet, etc.
It is about 100 meters to the sea, you just need to go down the stairs, the type of beach is pebble. Sunbeds are paid, 2 euros, but if you come before 14.00, you can get in so that you don’t have to pay - there is simply no one) There is a pool. Both from the sea and from the pool there is a panoramic view of the city of Patras and the Rio Antirio bridge.
The room is cleaned (according to our calculations) - once every two days.
As for food: you can cook yourself, or you can eat in the tavern on site. The food there is amazing, portions in Greek (large). If you want to take breakfast for yourself, you won’t regret it either (quite full and satisfying). The nearest mini-market is a 15-minute walk, but at the reception you can make an order and then the food will be delivered directly to the hotel and you won’t have to go anywhere (one condition, you need to make an order in the amount of 10 euros).
Another important point for tourists: if you want to buy olive oil or wine, there is a so-called farm near the hotel that sells products of its own collection and production. There are also equally friendly people and an excellent range of natural products, such as cheese, olive oil with and without herbs, honey, wine, various herbal tinctures, etc. The prices for all this will also pleasantly surprise you.
The city of Patras itself is about 1 hour drive: from the hotel you can take a taxi to Katohayo for about 5-7 euros, and from there there is a direct bus to Patras (2 euros one way). Buses run from morning to ten in the evening. In Patras, you can see many attractions, as well as go shopping (but you should not forget that the Greeks are hardworking people, but they also need to rest. Siesta in Greece lasts from about 14.00 to 17.00. So during this period, shops may be closed).
A visit to this hotel will bring you a storm of positive emotions and a great vacation is guaranteed.
