With the help of Irina Eremenko from the travel agency "Let's go with us" we found this hotel. We flew from Boryspil on a UIA charter flight. 23 kg checked baggage, 5 and 7 kg hand luggage, water, tea, coffee in flight.
Upon arrival in Araxos / Patrai, a clear organization of the meeting, a Russian-speaking guide, a comfortable bus and we are in Arkoudi.
The whole settlement took a few minutes.
The main hotel is Brothers beach 2. Brothers Studio 2 are separate rooms in a house 30 meters from the hotel, almost on the seashore.
The room has everything as in the photo, a balcony with furniture and a sea view, a safe, air conditioning, a refrigerator, good dishes, an electric oven, normal furniture. Room cleaning, linen change, twice a week. Everything works, clean, hot and cold water all the time.
The beach is sandy, clean and free of charge 50 meters from the hotel. There are showers with fresh water. There is a magnificent forest nearby. The water is clean, the bottom is sandy, finding a shell is a problem.
If you walk in the direction of Lautra Kylinis in 10-15 minutes, you can come to the park with the remains of Roman baths, with therapeutic mud and radon water. Everything is clean, there are changing rooms and everything is free.
Passing by 2 hotels, you will get to an excellent "wild" beach, which borders on a coniferous forest.
The village is calm and completely safe. There are taverns, restaurants, 2 small supermarkets, souvenir shops, etc.
No pharmacy, no hospital, no police.
The main tourists are from Germany, Italy, Great Britain. The guide will offer a good tour program around the peninsula, but this is not necessary.
Of the shortcomings - the lack of Internet in the room, well, a very cramped shower and musical numbers in the tavern next to the house until 2-3 am. The music is really good. If you close the balcony doors and turn on the air conditioner, you can sleep, but without the sound of the sea. . .
