In general, the hotel needs renovation, very demanding! Terrible audibility, cardboard walls. The rooms are cosmetically renovated, there is no air conditioning, the stuffiness in the summer is incredible, like in a bathhouse. There is a refrigerator in the room, but it is noisy so that it would be better if it were not there! There is no kettle, no cups, two glasses from the dishes. There is no bottled water in the room either, even upon check-in. Constant noise, outside the window, something is always being repaired, metal is being cut, leaves are blowing, and this happens throughout the day. During the week that I spent here, there was not a single day that it was quiet, the feeling that you live at a construction site!!!
Taking a nap during the day is completely impossible. In the corridors from morning until four o'clock in the afternoon, a vacuum cleaner is buzzing, cleaners are cursing, you can hear everything as if it was all happening in your room. Rest in silence will not work. Also, in the hall of the residential floor there is a billiards table, in the room you can hear how they knock on the balls.
The shower room is very small, like the bathroom itself, it is dark, one dim light bulb, there is not enough light. Dirty water comes out of the tap from time to time. The sink drain is clogged. Three elevators per building of 10 floors, one large, but with a small carrying capacity, the other two, optimally, for two people, three are already "like herrings in a jar. " It turns out that you are waiting for the elevator for a very long time.
You can get to the bay, to the beach, through the territory of the neighboring sanatorium, it is not far to go. Beach, sandy, but not equipped, no sunbeds, no rescue towers, and most importantly, it's entering the water!!!
Two meters of sand, and then slippery large stones, on which it is easy to slip and break your legs, or just get hurt, swim, this is a whole adventure that does not know how it will end. Despite the fact that there are many children in the hotel, such a beach and entry into the water, I think, is simply unacceptable! Very disappointed with the hotel! More cons than pros. I do not want to return to this hotel, alas!
The rooms are small (was the standard) but clean and comfortable, did not try the spa - next time!

Booked in advance, a month before visiting 2 rooms (November 2017).
By phone, we were promised one number, which we discussed, and another contract was sent to the post office (the numbers were mixed up). The manager who arranged our trip was misled by the fact that the room was supposed to have a jacuzzi. And it turned out upon arrival that the room only bath and sauna. Terrible experience with the hotel and staff. No one on the spot could help. Phones of the manager on Friday (arrival day) are switched off.
The trip was ruined. Nobody even apologized.
They called me back a month and a half after the trip (they checked the answering machine calls at the end of January). We listened to the situation. They said that it really was the mistake of the manager, who was fired. They promised that they would fix the situation and that their manager would call me back with an apology. As a result, no one called back.
Now I will plan all trips to another hotel. I do not recommend anyone to visit Helios. The reputation of the hotel staff is not important.
It was important for me to eat delicious food, sleep longer and get relaxation at the SPA.
If Helios coped with the first two points with a bang, then there were problems with the third.
The administrator at the SPA is a young girl, seemingly not tortured by life, unfortunately a rude woman, I don’t remember her name (black hair). She urged us on, but we left 7000 rubles in the SPA for a second, this is not 400 rubles for a salt cave, and even if it was. We are CLIENTS! Teach her how to talk, or else don't position yourself as a high-level hotel. Spoiled the mood, carefully select the person, a lot depends on him, including your future clients! ,
The hotel area is very small and walks are only possible along slippery small paths. The variety and quality of food is a solid 4. The room is cozy, but needs a "cosmetic" repair, the toilet smells bad....
And now about the main Spa treatments!!! ! While waiting for your turn, you can imagine the city polyclinic, where there are always a lot of people, and here. There is no individual approach, but there is one girl who performs almost all procedures and "mud applications" and then runs and takes a sharko shower (out of the declared 20 minutes, from strength of minutes 5), at 12.20 the procedure "salt cave" was scheduled, and at 12.30 "Aromaphytotherapy", because. the first procedure lasted about 30 minutes, then at 12.30 it didn’t work out how to keep up, the administrator doesn’t know anything, sends a “physiotherapist” to the doctor, and she refers to the program in the computer...... In general, we didn’t get any pleasure from " spa procedures ", everything is put on a mass flow according to the principle the more people we spud, the more dough we will cut down !!!!
