General impressions: I expected to see a really 4 * Turkish hotel. Usually, Turkish service is really on the level. Here I was disappointed, although I am not an impudent and demanding Muscovite.
Location: The hotel is located in a very narrow alley in the middle of an area of fashionable shops such as Gussi, Versay, Con's. Accordingly, the loading / unloading of trucks of domestic baggers is constantly going on. Taxi does not reach here - you need to stand in traffic jams for a long time and go around the block. But, really close to tram, metro, Grand Bazar.
Food: very scarce. Omelettes are most likely powdered. There are practically no side dishes. "Juices" are terribly powdery. Instant coffee.
Rooms: in principle good - new furniture, plumbing. Everything is clean and tidy, as is the rest of the hotel. BUT!
In most rooms, the windows face the inner wall (something like a ventilation shaft. Very gloomy and oppressive. The safe only works for 1 password 123456! ))
Service: everyone smiles, says SIR, but they don't understand anything in English! Internet drops out all the time. I looked at the network map - the problem is with the provider. At the reception, they only asked for my number and sent a homeless boy who re-entered passwords from Wi-Fi points into my laptop and did not understand the request Call your provider, please!
Swimming pool: they write that there is indoor and outdoor. In fact, he is alone. With opening windows. But he himself, like this life, is small, no more than 10 m long. The width of a meter is 3-4. In a word, a puddle in the middle of the veranda, on which German pensioners sit and watch you closely. I didn't feel like swimming.
Conclusion: a hotel for the gentlemen who buy cheap, low-quality clothes in bulk and ship them to our luxury boutiques.
There are many such entrepreneurs. For them, the hotel is really convenient. I would not recommend anyone else to stay here. Only in desperation.
Who does not believe - write to dimmight@i. ua. I will send a photo.
