We rested at the hotel "Southern Paradise" in June 2015. We were very satisfied. The always friendly and attentive owner of the hotel, Vadim, was interested in whether we like to relax. The hotel itself is located near the sea, walk 20 minutes to the beach along the beautiful Anapa. The "Southern Paradise" is clean, comfortable, beautiful.

We rested at the hotel "Southern Paradise" in June 2015. We were very satisfied. The always friendly and attentive owner of the hotel, Vadim, was interested in whether we like to relax. The hotel itself is located near the sea, walk 20 minutes to the beach along the beautiful Anapa. The "Southern Paradise" is clean, comfortable, beautiful. Room prices are moderate and acceptable. I want to note that they are allowed to park a car in the yard and do not charge an additional fee for parking. The yard is beautifully landscaped, it is clear that the owner is trying to make it pleasant for vacationers to relax. The room has all the amenities: LCD TV, refrigerator, bathroom and shower. The kitchen has a lot of good utensils, clean, it was nice to use the kitchen if necessary. I want to wish Vadim all the best this summer season.

We rested in late September - early October. , I liked everything very much. The wonderful and hospitable owner of the hotel Vadim and the beautiful daughter Nastenka, who did not let our Kiryushka get bored. The hotel is always clean and quiet, there is a kitchen on each floor where you can cook and eat. Almost everything is within walking distance: a savings bank, a store, a market, 15-20 minutes to the sea (Despite the fact that it was October, we also swam) .

The administrator (I don’t remember the name) offered us a room on the 2nd floor: a beautiful, bright, cozy room, though not big, with all amenities and air conditioning (I’ll make a reservation right away, not cheap).

My husband and I looked at the number first, we liked it, we paid an advance. The only thing that confused us was the steep stairs - they considered it dangerous for a small child. The administrator assured us that they have exactly the same room, only on the 1st floor, they really refused to show it to us, referring to the fact that the room would be free only the next day. The next morning, we transported all the suitcases and the grandmother with the child to the hotel, left the things at the reception, because the room was released only by 12 o'clock, it was decided that the grandmother and the child would take a walk around the city for the time being, and then, as the room was free, they will be settled. My husband and I had to leave for another city early in the morning. The administrator assured us that they themselves would help to transfer things to the grandmother, and my husband and I left with peace of mind. As it turned out later, they were settled in a little room, which was not even a room in the hotel itself, it really was on the 1st floor, only from the end of the building, where the utility rooms were located, for the staff, the windows overlooked the fence where the trash cans stood and from them there was an unbearable stench. The room was a toy, there was only a dirty, tarry, shabby sofa, smoky to the point of horror. The door from this room opened into an enclosed space in the utility room, where there was a warehouse of various junk, and an ironing board, on which the attendants constantly ironed bed linen. When my husband and I returned and saw all this, we were horrified. Again, we paid for a LUX room!!! ! Grandmother, a naive soul, paid full price as soon as she checked in. The money was not returned to us. Draw your own conclusions, friends! PS: I left my review on the hotel website, so they changed it, they wrote that I was delighted with their hotel....

We all really enjoyed our stay in Southern Paradise. Very good location, near Magnit, food market, cinema, bus station and most importantly sea!!! ! Many thanks to Vadim and his family!! !
