We chose this hotel based on the feedback of our friends who had already rested in it, so it was not particularly scary. We knew roughly where we were going. Booked in advance and made an appointment. Met and settled. The first impression is great. Everything is clean, nice room, no frills, but everything worked properly, beds with mattresses in good condition, bedding and towels, everything is good.

The water was hot and cold without interruption during our stay at the hotel.
The hotel has a lovely little courtyard. There are tables there. The choice fell on Livadia also because of the presence of a kitchen and a large dining room, which looks more like a cafe, very pretty. I cooked in the kitchen, ate in the dining room, there was always enough space.
A big plus is the presence of wi-fi, without it now nowhere. The speed is normal.
Let's move on to the most important thing. Katya Solovyanova Street is considered one of the best in Anapa in terms of location. It really is. Walked to the sea just a few minutes on a good road. The beach is the best in town! Absolutely everything is nearby: the water park, the embankment, markets, cafes, in short, everything that is interesting in Anapa. But the best part is that the street itself is quiet and green. So proximity to the sea plus silence is worth a lot. In terms of location, the hotel is simply superb!
Well, the price of course. Look at the price first. What can I say, it's adequate.

Traveled with my husband and 3 year old child. Room: double bed and folding chair, bathroom with shower, TV, split, small refrigerator. There was no balcony in the room. The room wasn't cleaned every day, but it was pretty good. Linen and towels were changed, but only after we reminded that it would be time already)).

The hotel does not provide food, we cooked ourselves. There are a lot of applicants, but everyone was accommodated, there were no problems with this. Frying pans, kettles, saucepans, it's all there. We ate in the dining room. It was difficult to get a table outside at lunchtime. Some saw grilled shish kebab. The smell wafted throughout the yard.
Not far from the sea, 5-7 minutes, near the bus station, from it you can get to other beaches, for example, on Pionersky Prospekt or Utrish. The bus stop is also nearby, but Anapa is small, if you wish, you can walk. The embankment from the hotel is also close, and the water park, respectively. We were in July, there were a lot of people. We were badly burned on the slides, we stood for 20 minutes.
There are several sightseeing spots nearby. We took a tour from the one next to the central market. We went to the Rome show.
In general, we had a good rest. The hotel is completely satisfied. Close to the sea and all the entertainment is a big plus. The room is ordinary, water and electricity are constant, the attitude of the staff is friendly. We were provided with a transfer from the train station.
