The bathroom had soap and shower gels, although you only get them once, no one supplements new ones to replace used ones. There are no TV channels in Russian. The staff does not speak Russian. Cleaning every day except Sunday. Towels were changed several times. There is a refrigerator, if you want to use it, do not forget to turn the knob, it was set to 0. The savings policy is visible. We didn’t even have a remote control for the air conditioner so that we wouldn’t use it, as I understand it, the air conditioners were turned off for everyone. True, there was no need for them, the temperature during the day was 28 maximum. The biggest minus of the room was the lack of any ventilation, there was not even an exhaust fan in the shower room. Therefore, they opened the door, as it was stuffy and mosquitoes swooped in at night. The hotel is located next to the road, but there is no noise and dust. The noise was from a military base located three kilometers away. We heard gunfire and military helicopters flew by a couple of times. The biggest plus of this place is the almost empty beach. You can find a place where it will be empty for hundreds of meters. We were lucky with the weather, there was no wind and waves. The pebble beach is not sharp, I walked barefoot. Others could not live without shoes. Tried to snorkel. This place is not for diving. Deserted underwater. Didn't see anything but a couple of small fish. Bicycle rental here is not free, as someone wrote, but costs 12 euros. There are special bike routes. There was no evening of Greek music either, they said that it was not yet the season. The food is delicious Tastier than in Egypt. True, the choice is not great, but it is enough. Lots of national dishes. The biggest disadvantage is the juices from the machine are not tasty from a cheap concentrate. Soups are also a minus. There were no good ones. The territory of the hotel is quite large, a lot of everything blooming around. Clean pool. And there are always free sunbeds. The staff is friendly. . I was pleasantly surprised by the early breakfast, we left an hour earlier than breakfast and everything was specially prepared for us, breakfast for our departure. Tips for excursions. Do not buy or reserve excursions in advance. Although the hotel is located in the western part of Crete in the middle of nowhere, as it is believed, there are many beautiful places nearby. Not far from the hotel there is a travel agency where you can buy various excursions at the best prices. In general, we were satisfied. Council in Crete, in addition to olive oil, I advise you to buy honey, very tasty of different varieties.

So, briefly about the hotel: as promised, the hotel is located in a quiet place in the village of Rapaniana, corresponds to its 4 stars in terms of comfort on the territory and in the rooms; very good and quality service, friendly and hospitable staff; with the exception of the bar in the hotel, the attitude is not very good, ours are treated with disdain.

So, briefly about the hotel: as promised, the hotel is located in a quiet place in the village of Rapaniana, corresponds to its 4 stars in terms of comfort on the territory and in the rooms; very good and quality service, friendly and hospitable staff; with the exception of the bar in the hotel, the attitude is not very good, ours are treated with disdain. Further: the food is a stable buffet, the breakfast is dull and monotonous (my child was genuinely surprised by the lack of cereals) in the second week, going to breakfast was a test for us. Lunch, I would like to taste better, but also nothing. Dinner is boring. Although in fairness we can say that we did not go hungry. I was pleased with the snack bar by the pool and the bartender who cheered us up. Unfortunately, the pool is slippery, before leaving for Russia, she slipped and broke her toes on her right leg. The hotel called a doctor without my knowledge, she came and wrapped my fingers with local electrical tape, said to apply ice and with a wish to recover in Russia and demanded 90 euros for this service. Then there was a call to our guide Elena from Helenik Zeus (solvex) - the girl said get out yourself, you should have called us. In short, call Moscow and resolve your issue. Thanks to the Renaissance insurance company, everything was sorted out. Guide Elena can be put unfortunate in relation to us. The hotel did not apologize for the slippery floor. Now I am recovering in Russia. And I forgot, the beach is unsettled, it takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel in the heat, pebbles. For kids, zero animation, the room is scary and miserable. Well, the hotel is very decent.

Naturally, the bath itself, the sink, the bathroom, soap, shower gel, shampoo - everything is as it should be.
On the territory there is a swimming pool with 2 bridges, and everyone hangs out around this pool. There is a room for billiards and other table tennis.
To the sea 300 meters on foot, the beach on the sea is not equipped, spaciousness in all directions, large pebbles and beautiful round stones.
Near the hotel there is a supermarket, souvenir shop. There are taverns on both sides at not very long distances.
