At the reception, often an elderly Russian blonde, who is not at all interested in people who have already settled in, answers questions with a great favor and is very reluctant.
!! ! THERE IS NO WHERE TO WASH AND IRON ITEMS!! ! The blondie from the reception sent us to the laundry, which was located in a completely different direction, i. e. not at all where she said. We were looking for her for 3 days. Found. Wash things - 1 pc. 5 lira, i. e. 50 rub.
On the territory of the hotel, if I may say so, because there is no territory... well, in general, there are already three pools! One is small, the other is very small, the third is a paddling pool.
The description of the hotel said there was a kids club. So that everyone understands - THERE IS NOTHING FOR CHILDREN IN THIS HOTEL !! ! In addition to the two buckets left by someone.
The gym, which is also mentioned in the advertisement, is closed and, as it turned out, opens only by order of the director.
Beach. The beach is dirty, covered in cigarette butts, cups and other rubbish. At what in 50 meters the beach of the neighboring hotel is clean. To get to our beach, you need to go through the passage, in which * the sheep and the used condoms. The entrance to the sea is bad, after 5 meters there are huge breakwaters, knocked down several times.
The area where the hotel is located is dirty and miserable, just like the hotel itself.
Food. The food is good, tasty and varied. Just don't expect cereals and soups. Everything seems to be purely Turkish. Alcohol is impossible to drink. And in order to take something for yourself in the evening, you need to stand in a huge queue. BUT! And it's the same with ice cream. It is issued only three days a week for an hour a day. All the starving people run away from the hotel and a queue is created, as in a clinic. In short, complete trash!
- It's a very long drive from the airport, everything is numb.
- The room is disgusting, with a view of the trash can. We immediately asked to change the room, but we were refused, claiming that the hotel was full, promising to move the next day, but this was not done either in a day or 2, and generally until the end of the holiday…
- The room is dirty, the cleaning is bad, they constantly forgot to put one towel, the hooks for drying towels on the balcony were broken, only 2/4 are normal.
- Once the cleaning lady even ate a piece of candy that was lying by the mirror and left me a piece of paper on the bedside table... although we left a $ 1 tip for cleaning each time.
- The next morning at about 5:00 a squeaking garbage truck woke us up, we were very tired, but we couldn’t sleep.
- The territory is very small.
- The elevator had to wait a long time and there were constantly cleaning ladies with their carts...
- The beach is 300 meters from the hotel, you need to cross the road where the cars drive like crazy, or go down into the transition, which stinks like urine and not only.
+ But they will always find a place for you, a special person is doing this, for which many thanks.
- But there is nowhere to lie down by the pool, all the sunbeds are constantly occupied with towels, although there are no people themselves. It seems that they occupy 8 hours in a place and go to fill up the room.
- No animation program. We thought it was due to quarantine, but I was in a nearby hotel, which made it even sadder.
- We tried to arrange at least some kind of disco on our own, but the old people started complaining about loud music at 9 pm and nothing came of it.
- Yes, the average age of people is 45+.
+ Saved only the city center, which was a 40-minute walk from the hotel. There are discos, and a market, and in general it is very beautiful in the evening.
+ The food at the hotel is incredibly delicious, a huge selection of fruits, sweets, every time I managed to surprise.
- But in order to have dinner, you had to wait until a table was free or come later and hope that you had something left (and sweets usually didn’t lie for a long time).
+ 24-hour bar with delicious cocktails and various other drinks.
- Wi-Fi kept dropping out.
I'll start with the cons of this hotel, because there were not many positives.
Average age of guests 50+
THIS IS NOT A YOUTH HOTEL
The hotel is located on the second line and has its own beach. The beach is dirty, sun loungers are old and sometimes broken, umbrellas are also old and torn. The beach staff only works for tips. The Internet on the beach practically does not work, and if it does, it disappears all the time.
It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel, on the way you will find an underground pedestrian crossing with unpleasant smells.
The hotel itself is far from new, it looks decent from the outside, but inside it is far from four stars.
We lived in the main building of the hotel, the view from the balcony was of the pool, there are two more buildings on both sides of the main building, the side buildings overlook the street where street restaurants are located, loud music plays and cars drive.
All buildings are equipped with elevators, the elevators are very slow and you have to wait a long time for the elevator after calling it. The reliability of the elevator leaves much to be desired, in my eyes 3 elderly tourists from Denmark were stuck in the elevator and could not get out for 20 minutes, when they were rescued they were in a pre-infarction condition.
The pool at the hotel is not big, there are not enough sun loungers for everyone, at the point of passage to the second building, the water from the pool overflows and floods the passage and it is very slippery there, the “slippery floor” sign that stands there constantly warns of this.
I want to pay special attention to the animation in the hotel and the DJ. One person is responsible for music and animation, he is a real parasite, a boor, a scoundrel and his qualification raises many questions.
The main interest of the DJ is the persistent sale of tickets to the worst disco in the city with which he has his share.
The second interest is the free girls and women of the hotel, with whom he will happily spend the night.
Many free girls of the hotel complained that he molested them with indecent proposals of an intimate nature.
Regarding the music in the hotel, I would especially like to note the complete monotony of electronic music, which plays intermittently and with pauses while the DJ goes about his business. Turkish music was especially boring after 10 days, a playlist of 50 songs was learned by heart and it was easy to guess the next song.
To the request to change the repertoire, we received a response from the DJ: IF YOU DON'T LIKE, MOVE TO ANOTHER HOTEL.
After complaining to the hotel manager, the situation did not change, although the manager made every effort to change anything.
The animation takes half an hour in the evening, and all he does is play music to which unqualified people put on a snake show, belly dance or fire show. At the same time, the music sounds loud and with noise.
After the show, monotonous electronic music plays loudly for another half an hour, after which the DJ takes his "victims" to the club, then there is silence in the hotel, but animation and music from neighboring hotels are clearly audible.
In the evening after 22:30-23:00 complete boredom sets in. Everyone goes to their rooms or leaves the hotel. Guests in small groups drink alcohol at the bar or play board games.
The Internet in the hotel is weak, in the evenings it does not work well or does not work at all.
Dirty carpets, walls with defects, plaster fell off on the ceiling near the pool, the smell of mold in the bath complex in the basement.
The rooms are small, the TVs are noisy, there is mold in the bathrooms, in my room the shower cubicle was also broken and all the water was spreading on the floor.
Cleaning every day, the quality is C grade, despite the fact that they left 1-2 dollars for a tip.
POSITIVE SIDES
one.
The restaurant is good, breakfast is a bit monotonous, lunch and dinner are varied and tasty.
2. Soft drinks juices and coffee are disgusting, good quality Coca Cola Fanta Sprite.
3. Alcoholic drinks and cocktails based on them are not of the highest quality, beer is 2-2.5 degrees by strength, tastes like a triple.
4. Special thanks to the only good bartender named ZAFIR. He is polite and pleasant in communication, tries to make good cocktails and please everyone.
5. The beach is not far away and this is also a plus.
6. Transport to city 101 is also nearby (cost $ 1)
7. There are many shops and shops around
and entertainment. The air conditioners of the 80s are constantly breaking down in the rooms:
previously the hotel was the so-called three stars, and after the so-called
there were four repairs. The beach is about 200 meters from the hotel, and not as promised
at 50, the sea is dirty with large cobblestones and iron fittings about
which many tourists break their legs.
On the beach in the bar, except for "upi" nothing is free according to the system
all inclusive no. The food is disgusting not to mention the service.
Of course, you should not go there, you will regret the money thrown to the wind.
at 23:05 no one will pour anything on the ball for you. Juices - diluted UPI, vodka stirred 1:5 at least.
Animation-zero. gym: 4 primitive simulators in the corner of the basement near the table where the Turkish service staff sits and smokes. The pool is quite small: only until 17.30. Without English it's hard at the reception. It feels like the staff is working off their debts, and not making money. If it’s very cheap, then you can, but after that I will never go to Turkey again!
