We rested with my family from July 2-22.2014. Room on the 2nd floor, dirty, shabby, sockets-toilet-TV-closet everything is broken (see photo), there are no Russian channels. NO INTERNET, dirty nasty hotel with the smell of urine at the reception, the room on the top floor was robbed, anyone can enter the hotel - there is never anyone at the reception.

The overall rating of the hotel is 2, and even then with a "minus", I do not want anyone, even enemies, to get into this hotel !!!!!!! ! In August 2011, we rested for 2 weeks (we are a middle-aged married couple) in Montenegro in Budva. The country itself is simply amazing, wonderful people, nature is a miracle, you just can’t help but like it, if it weren’t for one “but” and this “NIGHT” - a villa (rather a rake) Iva ".

After a successful landing and transfer, we arrived late in the evening to this establishment, which is located on Mainsky Put St. This villa is the fly in the ointment in a barrel of honey! for 3 days that we were in this inferno, it was not possible despite the fact that we had two bedrooms and a living room. You can go out to breathe exhaust gases on the balcony and see the picture of the balcony of a residential building located opposite at a distance of 1.2 meters. the beach is about 25 minutes to go, and not 300 meters, as indicated in the brochures. But the most important thing is the ugly attitude towards the clients of the owner of the villa, Iva. Rudeness!! ! This is the first time I've encountered such a terrible attitude. The tour was paid for 4 months. before the start of the holiday. Two days after check-in, the owner of the villa appears with a travel agent. They have new ideas that they provided the wrong apartments, they urgently need to pay extra! I wonder who asked you to put us in the wrong apartment. They packed their things and moved out, lost a significant amount of money, but they are not worth humiliating themselves in front of such figures !! ! Montenegrins (please note it was locals, and not a travel agency agent who was supposed to help us, but in fact only took us an additional 30 euros for services NOT provided) helped, settled in excellent conditions. Most of them are in Budva. The rest of the vacation was great, but we recommend it to everyone: if they offer the villa "Iva" (the second name is "Pierre"), in no case agree, unless, of course, your plans include spoiling the rest for someone specifically......
