Do not go to this hotel, take pity on your nerves…
It all started with the fact that we were settled for a very long time, we were with a small child. We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 and checked in at 12:30.
All this time the child slept in the hall on the couch.
And we were the only ones to check in early.
After that, on the same day, the child had a very high temperature, they left here healthy.
There is a doctor in the hotel who can and only knows how to measure the temperature.
As a result, after 2 days, the hospital and droppers.
English, Russian doctor does not know.
Upon discharge from the hospital, we were prescribed a diet.
Now the most interesting thing: there is no children's cuisine here, diet too.
I had to go to the Guest Relations and ask for something to be prepared.
As a result, she begged for a vegetable soup, if you can call it that, with a bunch of frozen corn and mushrooms. A child who is 2 years old and who is after the hospital.
She came up again, asked to cook broccoli and some kind of vermicelli soup, to which I was told that every day they would not cook something new. The chef may not agree.
I realized that I need to get out myself (to sit on baby purees and think about how to feed the child).
The child sat hungry, woke up in the middle of the night and cried... it's a gesture.
Cash is not here. There are no soups as such.
The waiters (not all true) pretend that you are not there, because they serve the Germans first of all.
Drinks take a very long time.
Hotel for German pensioners.
There are more of them here than all other vacationers.
The staff only speaks German and Turkish.
Room: Land view, they have a view of the roof, the plumbing in the room was broken when we were settled, however, after the application was left, they fixed it the next day.
There is no forced exhaust in the bathroom / toilet at all.
Room cleaning: they came to clean after 15.00, when the child should sleep and we are all in the room after the beach.
Bar: there are no complaints about this, everything was replenished, there was enough water and cola.
Territory: large, green, many pools.
Food: breakfasts are the same according to the standard program, lunches for show, dinners are not bad.
If you expect something new every day, then don’t wait, rice, pasta, chicken, turkey, veal, sometimes shrimp and sushi, but this is generally a sad sadness...
And in general, everyone here does not care about you and no one cares about anything.
This is not a 5 star hotel, but a maximum of 3.
We were in different hotels in Egypt and Turkey, but I have never seen such horror, every day I waited for us to leave here.
PS: staying in the hospital is a separate issue, if you have any questions, write, I will answer.
The biggest plus of this hotel is its food, breakfast, lunch, dinner are a "buffet", where a person asks the staff for what he likes and the staff (in large quantities???? ) serves food. On the territory of the hotel there is a snack bar (from 12 to 16.00) where you can have a full delicious lunch, many bars with drinks, traditional cuisine is open from 12 to 16.00 (baked potatoes, tortillas with fillings, grilled fish), ice cream is open from 5-17 and Belgian waffles, there is also a place to drink tea / coffee with sweets, SWEETS - a separate Turkish art, they are served so much for dinner in the main restaurant that you won’t try it for the whole vacation, and everything turns out to be unusually tasty !! ! Food for every taste, from a stand with various salads and greens, ending with meat, fish, pastas, steamed vegetables, many delicious cheeses and traditional dishes. At breakfast, you can choose several types of omelettes, scrambled eggs, various types of yogurts, cereals, yogurt additives, etc. , also salads, cheeses, and buns (the most delicious is a sesame pretzel), the staff pours coffee, tea, fresh juices, juices, brings and delivers what is needed.
There is a well-equipped gym on site, an indoor pool and a spa (massages are included in the price), there are also lobby bars inside the building where you can order a cocktail for every taste, everything is free, open from 12 to 12 at night, so hungry you won't stay here! There are children's animation, games, a children's room and evening entertainment programs
The rooms are clean, soft drinks are brought to the mini bar every day, the rooms are also cleaned every day, they are replaced with clean linen, the balconies are good, wide enough, the view from the 1st floor is very good, from our room we could see both the sea and the mountains (which we first mistook for clouds)
Most of the guests are Germans, since the hotel began working with other countries in 2020, the German staff knows better than Russian, but you will not remain misunderstood
I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, very good, worthy of respect and the arrival of new vacationers here??????????? ?
Not a 5* hotel, a 3* hotel! People who were in the top five will never come here in their lives.
This is an old hotel with cheap furniture in the "dining room" and more or less normal rooms.
This hotel is designed for German pensioners, why it is not clear why it should be offered to young couples with children.
Terribly boring, enough space for boccia.
Such. . .
The hotel is located by the sea. The entire area is very clean and well maintained. It gives the impression that you are in a botanical garden. It is especially pleasing during the day when you walk to the beach through the territory in the shade. Clean pools and tiles. The food is varied and very tasty. Red fish, shrimp, grilled fish of several kinds. . . WiFi works well throughout the property. A couple of times they are asked to log in and leave a review. I left and wrote a note. Came to the room after the beach - the problem was solved.
We have never regretted our choice to stay at this hotel!
I recommend.
There were four of us: wife, 2 kids and me.
We turned to our trusted tour manager Oksana. She advised (although she herself was not there) and we agreed. She offered more options, but we did not consider them (there was no time). In the process of booking and paying, they began to worry because the reviews were different, especially from Russian speakers.
All our fears were dispelled when we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, there was a girl Ira at the reception - a very friendly and wonderful person (we contacted her more than once and she helped us, because we don’t know German, but we don’t know English in half).
They settled us immediately upon arrival without any extra red tape!! ! At the same time, they said that if we didn’t like something in the room, we could change it. We were given a two-room suite with 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The sea view is conditional, but we appreciated the charm of the room (2nd building, on our 2nd floor (on theirs 1st)) in that it had a view of a beautiful pool and was far from stages and discos. On one side we could see a bit of the sea, and on the other we could look at the city and the mountains in the distance. If there was a 3rd floor it would be cooler))).
Wi-fi is excellent although there were breaks of short-term connections.
The food is great!! ! at the end of the holiday we went to Poseidon for dinner (I liked the fish fried on coals (no fat or oil: everything is natural). In bars and restaurants, everything is free and in sufficient quantities: ice cream, coffee (custard), free mini-bar in the room (modest, but nice).
On the pools: I witnessed how in the evening 2 people approached one of the pools and took water samples (and they are also watching this !!! ).
What else in relation to the staff to the Russian-speaking and foreigners (especially Germans) - the same! The only thing, if you want to be paid attention to, do not skimp on a tip. It took us 30 dollars for the whole stay, but if we compare this with the cost of a tour for four - a drop in the ocean. The Germans, of course, give a euro for every sneeze, and therefore they look at them more, but they didn’t offend us either !!!
We just came to visit without any requirements and just relax from working life. We succeeded!!!
I could write and write my impressions...
Thank you Sunis!! ! I recommend
