NUMBER: we arrived at 12 noon, on the tour we had a promo room, these are rooms on the 1st floor without balconies. For a small tip of $10, the pleasant receptionist Arthur offered us room 501 on the 5th floor with a city view. I wanted a sea view but they were either booked or booked with sea view tours. But when we saw the number, we only won. Standard rooms with sea views are smaller (seen in the reviews) and the balcony overlooks the neighboring hotel, the sea is visible from the side. And here is a view of the city, mountains, and in the evening the inscription "I love ALANIA" is illuminated on the mountain. The room is clean, everything works properly, cleaning every day, towels changed daily. The beds are comfortable. Water, 1.5 liters, was left every day.
TERRITORY: small, but everything is at hand, and there is no need to cross the road to the beach. The pool is clean and warm.
BEACH: Very cool. Sandy, clean. You swim forward, turn around, and then the mountains look at you, it captures the spirit, on the left on the mountain there is a fortress, which is very beautifully illuminated in the evening. We recommend going up there by cable car, the views there are not transmitted.
FOOD: Imposed by hotel workers. Everything is fresh and very tasty. They gave fish, turkey, chicken, beef, soups, side dishes (pasta, potatoes, rice, stewed vegetables), fresh vegetables, herbs, olives, pickles, fruits (apples, oranges, pears, watermelon, cherries), cheeses. Desserts are something very tasty and we have not tried everything. For breakfast: pancakes with chocolate, scrambled eggs, sausages in sauce, etc. Coffee from the machine (normal), tea, juices (not really, like our Sadochka, but you can order fresh for a fee), for dinner and lunch - wine, colla and something else there. At the bar between the pool and the beach, local alcohol is free of charge: beer, wine, whiskey, rum, rake, Belize, gin. Beer "EFEST" is ok, Belize too. We were afraid that alcohol, as they say in the reviews, would not be drinkable, but we were pleasantly surprised. My husband liked red wine, and I liked rose. In general, maybe we are not particularly picky.
ENTERTAINMENT: animators (2 boys), spent the day aerobics in the pool, yoga, table tennis, darts. In the evening, performances with dances were arranged with the participation of guests, but only until 22:00. quarantine. The guys are trying hard.
In the morning, the temperature is taken, in the hotel you need to wear a mask.
Excursions were not taken, but there is something to see in the city. In general, Alanya is a very beautiful city. There are sandy beaches and mountains. Beauty.
We went to the local bazaar, on Fridays it is near Waikiki. Bananas for 6 liras (18 UAH), figs - 20 liras (60 UAH), and all the fruits that we have are only cheaper. On the opposite side, after walking along the beautiful embankment, there is Migros.
Thanks to all the hotel staff for our great stay. We didn't regret for a second that we came here. In general, Alanya is a super city, there is something to see and admire.

Disadvantages: the reception is rude, impudent, from the first words it is clear that your arrival is not welcome, the displeased look of the girl at the reception is not what you expect to see in the first minutes. Even less expected to hear jokes from her about the death of relatives... You wonder why people even allow themselves to communicate like that, the confidence that if you have boobs, you won’t slam into a melon?
The girl, who did not know Russian, on the contrary, seemed sweet and polite.
The kitchen is so-so.

Everything is fine, great beach, drinks, a good restaurant, we've seen better, clean rooms and no complaints about cleaning, the first line and a big city. The only drawback is a cunning type at the reception desk with a Kyrgyz slit in the eye - a blackmailer at the settlement. Pulling and begging S for a good number, although empty rooms are full in the low season. … More ▾ Everything is fine, great beach, drinks, a good restaurant, we've seen better, clean rooms and no complaints about cleaning, the first line and a big city. All the staff speak pretty good English. They behave very politely and attentively. The food was average but enough for us. It seems that there are no balconies in the rooms on the 1st floor, I can’t even imagine how they dry things there.
The rest went well, but the guide from Pegasus became a fly in the ointment, such a bad attitude was met for the first time (he simply did not come to meetings and many never saw him). Apparently due to the fact that there are few Russian tourists in this hotel, they are simply forgotten.

It was not the first time I was in Turkey, but my son preferred to rest in Bulgaria. This time we decided to go to Alanya and did not regret it. Turkey is a beautiful, colorful, colorful country. Rich nature, riot of colors, gentle sun, warm sea… and a wonderful hotel. What else does a person need to escape from the gray everyday life? The hotel's location gives it every right to qualify for 5 stars. Very nice to go directly to the sea. I was very calm for the child, who was always in sight. Another indisputable plus is the free umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach. Complete comfort. The sandy beach is cozy and clean. There is also a bar where you can get drinks. Ice cream for a fee - 1 euro ball. The sea is not always calm and children need to buy watercraft. The water is clean and transparent. The bottom is sandy. The shore has shallow water, which is very convenient for kids. Cleopatra beach is the best beach in Alanya. The city itself is quite large. Lots of beautiful parks, lots of entertainment. The city center is about 40 minutes walk from the hotel. My son and I traveled exclusively on foot. This is much more interesting, because. There are many interesting things to see along the way. Dates, oranges, olives, figs grow in the parks. True, in this part of the city there are practically no famous Alanian bananas. In the port, we ourselves found a boat on which we rode on the sea, which turned out to be much cheaper than buying from a tour operator. Be sure to explore the castle ruins at the top of the mountain. There are amazing panoramas. The pine forest will help you breathe deeply and give you shade in the heat. It is best to go to the Damlatash cave in the morning. Entrance costs 4.5 lira. In the morning there are few people there and you can sit quietly and enjoy the beneficial salty air and admire the drawings created by stalactites and stalagmites. Closer to 12 o'clock sightseeing buses are brought there. Lunapark is a 30-minute walk from the hotel. If you want an excursion, I advise you to contact Tatyana. From the hotel, cross the road and go a little to the left along the rows with shops. A very nice girl. The trip program corresponds to the price and quality. By the way, she has a mail: stepanovatanusha@mail. ru. If you have any problems or questions, she will kindly help you. . On the business card there are her phone numbers (maybe someone will come in handy) +905319718660, +79112292135. The travel program for all operators is almost the same, but you need to ask in great detail about what is included in the program. Otherwise, questions about additional payment will arise during the trip. The same situation is in the Turkish bath. Everywhere the price is 10 euros, but in fact you have to pay extra for a massage and so on... By the way, it is better to take a massage separately. In the general flow, they give little. If you buy just a massage, then do it carefully. 10 euros in the morning, 7 euros in the evening  There are many Turkish baths near the hotel and it is not difficult to choose. I liked the massage therapist at AZAK Hotell. There is no such service in the hotel itself now, because it is being renovated. The hotel is constantly renovating something Now more about the hotel. Nobody knows Russian, everyone speaks decent English. But all the employees are very friendly and always try to negotiate with you. We were seated pretty quickly. Do not forget to immediately buy the key to the safe at the reception. The safe is in the room. The rooms are small, very basic. . If there are three of you, then ask for a room on the ground floor (it is larger). But there is a caveat: the higher, the drier. On the first floor, your towels practically do not dry. The elevator in the building often breaks down and travels o-very slowly. We lived on the second floor and were very happy about it In the second week, the refrigerator broke and we were left without it until the end of the holiday. The room has a TV and several times we saw that there are Russian channels. But their TVs constantly break down and the antenna goes astray, so we practically didn’t turn on the TV anymore. The air conditioner is working properly. They clean every day, but not always thoroughly (3 lovely women do not physically have time to clean all the rooms in the hotel). Linen and towels are changed regularly. We left tips every other day at $1. Various figures were built for us from towels and bedspreads. And once, they made a boat, and they put their son's toy animals in the boat. It was very cute and fun. I must say that the Turks are very fond of children and do everything to amuse the child. Everywhere the son was pampered, they flirted with him, treated him. Every single employee of the hotel knew his son by name. Meals (all inclusive) are quite varied. Don't worry about diet! I strongly advise you to take a festal or mezim with you. The food is very different from ours and everyone has heaviness in the very first days. Ayran sour-milk product, which you can buy in any market, will help you. I also advise you to take 30 grams of brandy for lunch and dinner. This is their local vodka, made with herbs. She will help you sanitize. Despite my experience and caution, I still managed to get poisoned. It was azu with mushrooms. So, always be on the alert! : ) They give a lot of fruits. But apricots and plums are not yet very ripe. Incredibly sweet oranges, although they look ugly. The chefs work very hard and make everything beautiful. For a three-ruble note - the kitchen is very decent. Coffee, cocoa, chocolate from the machine. Tea bags only Lipton. There are 4 machines with drinks (supposedly juices) in the hall. But this is a concentrated drink Invite. Stomach twists immediately. There is clean drinking water. In the bar you can take Fanta, Sprite, Cola. A very difficult situation for children who are not accustomed to chemistry. Many adults drank beer from morning to evening - they have it light, diluted, low alcohol. But they don't get drunk. They offer cold dry red and white wine. But the wine is low quality. The bar offers a variety of cocktails with and without alcohol. Beautiful, but concentrated juices are added everywhere. Cognac is also low-grade. Gin and tonic with lemon (2-3 degrees of alcohol) goes quite well in the heat. And in the evenings they drank Rakia. The all inclusive system is open until 23:00. Waiters already at 22.45 actively remind everyone to stock up on drinks. After 23:00 everything is charged. Special thanks must be given to all employees. They work like bees. At 7 in the morning they are already working to feed you breakfast from 8 and then they are on their feet all day: they feed, clean the dishes, serve you drinks, please. The bar is open until the last client and the guys will patiently smile at you and wait… But vacationers are different… At 16:00, cupcakes and cookies are served at the beach bar. In my opinion, it would be cool to serve fruit. There is a lack of fruit between lunch and dinner. There is no animation in the hotel. Only on Wednesdays comes the show from the leather goods store. Turkish folk dances, belly dance, leather fashion show and lottery. You win a prize (hat, belt, silver chain) and a mandatory discount of 100 euros. Impressive! But all this is a scam! We didn't buy anything and they didn't give us the chain. Prices are high, things are not the best quality. In neighboring star hotels animation every day and we could see and hear everything. If you come to relax and gain strength and health, then in this hotel you will be able to get all the pleasure for little money. My son really liked Turkey and this hotel and he said that we would definitely come here. And I agree with him completely. What I liked was that the hotel managers always ate with vacationers and constantly communicated with people. The hotel accepts guests from Moscow, Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, Prague, Warsaw.
