The territory of the pools near the water park, in our opinion, was cleaned worse than in the other pools, there were often pieces of ice cream, dirty sunbeds and a lot of bees. In the bar near the main pool, very friendly waiters on roller skates, they have a separate respect and class!! ! Everything was on time, even with rewards for each guest (for example, they ordered two drinks, they brought us additional nuts, chips, Turkish delight). All the staff understands English, which is very pleasing!
Restaurant: cleanliness everywhere, mandatory mask mode, temperature measurement, disinfectants. The choice of dishes is large, for every taste, fish, meat, grilled poultry, stews, a variety of cheeses and seafood!! ! Vegetables, fruits are all in assortment, sweets are at the same highest level, the assortment has expanded even more! There is a large menu for children and infants, baby food, juices, purees, baby milk, there are blenders and microwaves! The restaurant staff is attentive and respectful! The animation team is very cheerful and active, there were always entertainment and competitions at the pool, a mini club worked for children and teenagers until 11 pm, there was live music in the evening, traditional hotel shows!
In general, everything was fine, we are happy, if you have children, we definitely recommend the hotel for families.

Some infection ruined my trip. By evening, the temperature rose and all signs of an intestinal infection appeared.
But I did not regret at all that I chose this hotel. The place is very cozy, in the interior and furnishings of this hotel, indeed, a lot of money has been invested.
There are not enough sunbeds, we walked for 30-40 minutes. they were looking for where to lie down, on the last day I went to the reception, the employee came for another 40 minutes, walked, called and as a result they found one broken sunbed without an umbrella for two, they said van minet and everything would be fine, without waiting for anything else, in the end they threw things on him , swam and went to the pool. The hotel area is really huge and our family of 4 people (two adults and two, children aged 3 and 8) settled at the very end of the hotel's geography with a view of nowhere, from where it is very far to get to the pools and to the restaurant, etc. We went back to the reception to ask for another room, the road from the room to the reception with children is about 15-20 minutes in 40 degree heat. There, a girl who, in appearance, does not care about the whole hotel along with tourists, refused to change the room for us, after a long conversation she agreed to change in two days. Two days later it turned out that there were still no available rooms and said to come tomorrow, although it is not yet the high season. We approached our guide Kamran, who, upon check-in, promised to solve any of our problems, including personal ones, but when he found out who he would deal with at the reception, he said that it was useless to talk to her. In short, apart from selling three tours expensive for tourists, he doesn’t solve anything else. And we live on suitcases for three days and do not unpack in the hope of moving. Another unpleasant moment: they removed our room. We closed it and set it to do not disturb, when we arrived, all our cabinets were open, as if someone was looking for something, thank God that we put the documents and money in the safe. On account of food. I stood in line for 20 minutes at breakfast today for an omelet, as well as for fried eggs and for almost everything, the food is not replenished and by the end of breakfast there was almost nothing to eat, there was no children's menu. I wonder how they cope in the high season. No cultural program for the second evening. In general, I do not recommend traveling with children. For the money, we expected at least good service. We won't come here again in our lives.

we rested in it twice, last year 2017 and decided to go to it again in the summer of 2018... in contrast, I can say the following:
1. - Compared to last year, the food has become noticeably poorer, just zaeeetno! I’m not nitpicking, this year it was also very tasty for us, I’m just speaking in fact... for example, selectively: if that year during our two weeks of stay there, shrimp were given every 3-4 days, then this year we did not see at all, just never! there were 6-7 varieties of variously cooked meat that year, this year we were not particularly spoiled... the waitresses, mainly from sunny Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan, began to move more slowly, sometimes we had to ask for the same thing several times, as a result anyway, they didn’t bring what they wanted... in the lower restaurant, instead of white tablecloths, they watched a couple of times how the tables were simply covered with large napkins and that’s it... like, less cleaning up later, they’ll get dirty anyway...
2. - if earlier, according to reviews, every Saturday the hotel arranged a gala evening with food taken out to the street and table setting there, now only fireworks remained from the declared gala evening... neither in 2017 nor in 2018 we, being two Saturdays for our rest there, we did not observe this very evening...
3. - in 2017 in every bar, I repeat IN EVERYONE, in the main ones, by the pools and on the beach, they gave any alcohol in all variations in any quantity without any problems, this year it was removed from everywhere, with the exception of the main bars... not on On the beach, they don’t pour anything intoxicating at the pools now . . although during the two times of our stay there, I have never seen a drunk person in cabbage soup, not once ! ! what is the reason for the lack of alcohol, it’s not clear - either they started saving, or there were all sorts of bad cases, I don’t know... but now, except for beer, you can’t drink alcohol on the beach...
4. - one of the most important aspects, in my opinion - they began to shamelessly body and replace alcohol ! ! Jack Daniels and Almeca with Hennessy, their real taste and smell, I can always distinguish, but what they gave this year is a kick-ass! ! it seems that a couple of stars were abruptly taken away from the hotel and they switched to an appropriate attitude towards their guests... why - it's not clear...
5. - that year there were refrigerators with ice cream and water at almost every step, take as much as you want, but this year there was only one refrigerator by one pool... if you want ice cream, go to only one place... and a refrigerator with water was replaced with a trash can...
6. - this year, for the first time, I encountered a shortage of towels on the beach....if in that year they were brought up regularly, then this year, after a half-hour wait and only barking into the phone of the relevant service, they deigned to give them a lift... I don’t know, maybe they everything was sorted out by morning lovers “to take places on the sunbeds”, maybe something else happened, but several times there was a lack of towels, and not in the evening, but, so to speak, at “rush hours”...
7. - a little whim: that year a boy walked along the beach with a chest-refrigerator and took out semi-crispy soaked napkins crowded into a roll, which it was pleasant to unfold with a crunch in the heat and put it on our burning face, then this year we don’t never seen. . .
8. - by the way, when checking in that year, they brought us fruit and a bottle of wine to the room, and the set-up was without a corkscrew)) then this year there was no wine and fruit for some reason... we were not very upset, of course, but still...
9. - this year there was a heavy downpour for a couple of days and for some reason the light was constantly cut out for two days... they couldn’t fix it in any way . . and there was no Wi-Fi with it... it was inconvenient
10. - at check-out, several bottles of beer were included in the bill, during the proceedings it turned out that it was the guests before us who, at check-out, first fully paid for the room, and then ordered beer on the same account... of course, they removed it as a result from the bill, but still this little thing was not pleasant...
11. - we booked a hotel transfer from home so that a hotel car would meet us at the airport... I called the hotel, made an appointment . . upon arrival in antalya, we found that they forgot to meet us)) as a result, then frantically sent some kind of the car that we booked was different, explaining that the girl simply forgot to book a car for us and that we had to wait for an email about the reservation. address, although we weren’t told anything like that during live communication, it’s simple: last name, flight number and flight time... and by the way, the cars from the hotel are terrible: not only do they cost decently, take / bring 150 euros, but the condition of the cars leaves much to be desired . . this year we drove from the hotel to the airport in a Teztur car, whose representatives sit in the lobby of the hotel, so the difference is striking: the car is many times different from the hotel one, not “killed”, it smells good in the cabin, white leather, floor laminate flooring, condos work properly, the driver and accompanying representative speak excellent Russian and the price, surprisingly, is cheaper. . .
