I rested with my son in June 2018, this is the worst hotel I have ever seen!! ! Dirt is what is present in this hotel everywhere!! ! The shabby faç ade is nothing like the one in the brochures. Dirty rags on the visor of the restaurant lay all 10 days of rest. Outdated and very dirty elevators, it seems that no one has ever washed the ceiling and doors.

Dirty rags on the visor of the restaurant lay all 10 days of rest. Outdated and very dirty elevators, it seems that no one has ever washed the ceiling and doors.
Old, falling apart furniture in the room, terrible smell, outdated air conditioning with 2 positions on and off. Bathroom with mold on the ceiling! Dirt everywhere, dirty doors. . .
Blatant filth in the restaurant!! ! Everything is dirty from floor to ceiling, cleaning has not been done since the repair, and the repair was a very long time ago...
Terrible service
- We managed to dine at the hotel only 1 time! Despite paid dinners for the entire stay!! ! Instead of dinner at the hotel, they gave out coupons for dinner at a nearby restaurant, arguing that there were too few guests. But in a nearby restaurant (Marrakesh) we were billed for drinks and service.
- On June 23, an ugly incident occurred - having learned at the reception that there would be dinner at the hotel, I went down with the child for dinner, which was refused, despite the fact that Israeli citizens dined in the restaurant. We were kicked out and eat in Marrakech, which was closed. And only after my indignation, my son and I were forced to feed the leftovers from the table of the Israelis !!!
- Bed linen was changed on the 4th day after my long indignations
- We were given only 4 towels for my son and me.
I would never recommend anyone to live in this barn!! !

This hotel in Netanya is still listed by tour operators as "Sea Park", I choose hotels myself according to reviews and photographs of tourists, from not expensive, but decent, and with a good location. This hotel met all our expectations. The hotel was chosen in order to combine excursions and beach holidays. We rested from September 18.2016, as a couple. We had a standard room on the 1st floor, but since the rooms are located above the reception and the restaurant, it’s about like the 3rd floor, a good side view from the balcony of the sea and the city, it’s not noisy from the streets, but the sea, the sound of the surf from the balcony is heard OK. Balcony with table and chairs, clothesline and clothespins. The room is small but more than enough for two. The room has a fresh renovation, the plumbing in the bathroom is new, everything works properly, the floor is tile everywhere. The room has enough furniture, not new but not dead, comfortable bed, bedside tables, lamps, a chest of drawers, a large closet with many hangers and shelves, a kettle and tea, coffee, sugar bags, no cups. Good free wifi in the room. Safe at the reception is free, everything is in order with the safety of things. I liked the breakfasts, they were ready that there would be no meat, and various omelettes, dairy products, coffee, pastries, fresh vegetables, canned fruits, everything was delicious and replenished immediately. Cleaned the room well, every day with a change of towels. Among the staff and receptionists, many speak Russian, everyone is friendly, there were no problems. If you leave the hotel straight ahead and cross the street without turning anywhere, go through the first intersection, turn left at the second intersection, walk a little and cross the road on the right side, there will be a good grocery store, prices for water, good juices and nectars, chocolate, fruits are lower than in the shops on the square and the tourist street.

Small balconies in all rooms, outdoor pool, restaurant overlooking the sea.
The hotel changed its name, but on the building itself it flaunts "old"... And without the last letter in the word "Hotel" : (
The lobby has been recently updated. I consider it to be at the level of 4* hotels.
Standard rooms are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. At the same time, the 1st floor is very high - there is a lobby and a restaurant under it. Looks like the 3rd one. . .
The room has everything you need. The furniture is dated but in good condition. The view from the room was towards Independence Square (Kikar Haatzmaut). A little noisier than on the other side, but the view is amazing!
The food is good. Breakfast - buffet. The selection is not large, but everything is fresh and tasty.
During the day (and even at night! ) you can fill the bottle with water from the cooler located in the lobby in front of the restaurant. There is also a table with a thermopot type device for self-preparation of tea or coffee.
I recommend this hotel to tourists who come to Netanya for both beach holidays and tours of the Country. The cost of accommodation is comparable to the popular hotel "Residence", which is located a little better than the "Park" - right next to the elevator. But at the "Park" ALL rooms with side sea views and balconies (important for those who smoke - you can't in the rooms... ).

1. Do not worry when arriving and departing at the airport when you are subjected to a thorough check. Such is their system. I was kept for 1.5 hours upon arrival. But on the other hand, they did not inspect at all during the departure. Others checked every thing. It's hard, but nothing terrible. Just be ready for it and stay calm.

2. If you have chosen a fully sightseeing tour to Israel, then the best period is February. In February, the decline in tourists and you will be able to see every shrine, which is simply not approached at other times.
3. If the air temperature in Israel is 10-15 degrees, then it is cold. After reviewing the forecast on the site, I thought that I would wear a T-shirt with a light windbreaker. Really very cold wind. The guide explained that you need to subtract 5 degrees from the temperature on the site and then you will understand what the weather will feel like. But not hot for excursions. For me, this is a huge plus.
3. Be sure to goggles from the sun. Even though it's cold, the sun can be so bright it's hard to see
4. Necessarily comfortable shoes without heels. To easily walk 5-10 km a day
HOTEL
All rooms have a view of the beautiful sea, which is very close. There are many Russian speaking employees. Everyone will explain and help. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Refrigerator, TV with 3 Russian channels. Very comfortable bed - mattress, pillow, blanket. The duvet is thin but very warm. Constantly hot tea and coffee in the lobby near the restaurant. In the lobby and in the lobby near the restaurant wi-fi with a fairly good speed. Hairdryer without problems give out at the reception. The breakfasts are very tasty. I am a meat eater, but there was such a varied buffet that I did not feel the absence of meat at all. If you leave for a tour at 6:10, arrange in advance that there is something to eat at 6:00. A small drawback of the hotel - shabby corridors. But this is such nonsense compared to the rest. In addition, you will appear at the hotel at 18:00-20:00 and you will not care about anything except hot tea : -)
FOOD
The hotel is excellent. The city has many restaurants and fast food outlets. Portions in restaurants are such that you can feed 3 people. Everything is very tasty. The cost is 18/20/25/30 dollars (I did it that way). If you order meat / fish, then do not ask for another side dish or salad. All this will be brought in addition to the main course. I was hoping to eat shawarma in the wild. But I really didn’t like it - the pita bread is thick, the meat is tough and tasteless, the salad and sauces are few and tasteless, it costs 13 dollars. I really liked the falafel (similar to the taste of our fried potatoes) and hummus (like a chickpea pate with spices). If you haven’t finished eating, calmly ask to pack with you in restaurants. Everyone does it. You can safely go to restaurants in jeans and even in a tracksuit. Everything is very democratic. People live for their pleasure. Of course, there are chic restaurants, but this is not in my review. Excellent pomegranate wine. When you are on an excursion to Jaffa, be sure to purchase. The cost is from 28 to 34 dollars, depending on the volume.
The hotel will recommend a restaurant in London. I do not advise. The food is delicious, but I didn't like the disrespectful service. A bunch of free waiters, and they won’t even come up to take an order or you won’t wait for another service later. Nearby there is a restaurant Seafood. The waiters just fly and warn with a smile every desire.
EXCURSIONS
Jewish guides are great. The stories are very interesting, often humorous.
Jerusalem is a city of 3 religions - amazing. The main thing was to get to all the holy places that were in the program. Of course, there wasn't much to see. I will come again for sure. In the Church of the Holy Sepulcher there is one of the greatest shrines - the Stone of Anointing. He is myrrh-streaming. You can dedicate gifts, icons, crosses, handkerchiefs, etc. on it. If you need a lot of gifts (for relatives, employees), buy handkerchiefs (this must be done in your own country, they are not sold in Israel) or key chains. Attach each thing to a stone and it will be saturated with holy myrrh - the best gift from a holy place. Do not forget to also collect tiny notes from loved ones and lay them on the Wailing Wall.
Galilee, Nazareth - also very interesting. In the Temple of the Multiplication of the Lord's Bread, there are tame carps in the pond. There are also almost tame catfish on the Jordan River. Take some bread to feed : -)
Diamond Exchange, Jaffa. It is not interesting on the exchange (unless, of course, you want to buy something) An ordinary jewelry store. Jaffa - cool, but not as enthusiastic as in other places
The rest of the excursions were in Jordan. You can purchase them in Israel itself. But only Petra was impressed.
Jarash is an ancient ruined city. Interesting. Sunglasses are especially needed here.
Petra - after Jerusalem, the most magnificent excursion. This is the capital of Nabatea. Buildings carved from solid mountains. Go there through the most beautiful gorge.
Amman, Madaba, Mount Moses - nothing like that.
SHOPPING
Clothes are more expensive than ours. Strawberries 2.8-3 dollars / kg. Cosmetics are very good and expensive. I brought all sorts of holy souvenirs and pomegranate wine for gifts.
OUTPUT
Overall, an amazing country. We have made incredible progress in a short period of time. Agriculture in the desert at the highest level. I WILL COME MORE DEFINITELY

First of all, I will comment on the ratings. "5-" for accommodation: modest, clean, comfortable, everything you need is there. "5-" for the food: there was not enough fruit. Otherwise, everything is very tasty, the products are fresh and of high quality. We paid for breakfast and dinner. "5-" for the service: our check-in was slightly overshadowed by communication with a non-Russian speaking employee at the reception.

"5-" for the service: our check-in was slightly overshadowed by communication with a non-Russian speaking employee at the reception. The next day, another employee (also not speaking Russian) simply invited a colleague (there are many "ours" working in the hotel) and all issues were resolved. Communication with the rest of the staff did not cause anything but positive emotions. Many thanks for the comfort and cleanliness in the room to the maid Rita, for the delicious food to the kitchen worker Galina, and best wishes to the guard Gennady! Separate words of gratitude to the waiters Nati and Ariel. Despite the language barrier, we felt their care and attention. In addition, with great tact, they "dealt" with us and the believing Israelis who came to the hotel for Shabbat (we ate in the same room, and they need to pray on Saturday eve). We lived in a 3 bed room. The furniture is rather modest, but the mattresses, for example, are excellent. . Our osteochondrosis were delighted! And we were not looking for luxury. Separate words deserve a great balcony with excellent sea views. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, but we were not there, we were only interested in the sea. Which, by the way, is very close. You can go down the stairs to the city beach (5 minutes walk from the hotel), but there is also an elevator (you need to go a little further along the embankment). The beach has awnings, well-appointed toilets and changing rooms, showers, fitness equipment and restaurants. You can rent an armchair (NIS 10 per day) and a sun lounger (NIS 20). We got on really well with towels. There are a great variety of restaurants for every taste and budget. It is very easy to organize excursions in Russian. Netanya itself is a very beautiful, cozy, hospitable and calm city. In general, our visit to Israel met absolutely all our expectations. You just need to understand WHY you are going there. We were looking for beauty, communion with the greatest history and Holy Places, peace and security. We found all this. We hope that our communication with Israel will continue in the future!

Good hotel, hearty breakfasts and dinners, good location. But there is one "but". Leaving in the morning after breakfast on the beach, we left bags of money in the room, and when we returned in the evening, more than half of the dollars left disappeared in one of the bags. Over 40 years of traveling around the former USSR and abroad, this happened to me for the first time!.

The safe is located free of charge behind the reception. Hairdryer at reception upon request. Wi fi catches only in the lobby, the password needs to be specified at the reception. The hotel has a swimming pool - for adults and for children - from the reception down the stairs. The pool is open from 09:00 to 17:00.
City beach, descent to the sea 5 minutes from the hotel by stairs or 10-12 minutes. from a beautiful elevator. The elevator operates from 7:00 to 22:00 free of charge. In the evening, it is illuminated from the inside alternately in red, blue, green colors. An umbrella on the beach costs 10 shekels (1 shekels = approx. 8 rubles), a chair 10 shekels, a sunbed 20 shekels. Many bring their own towels and rugs. The beach has showers and a foot faucet.
Breakfast from 07:00 to 09:30, dinner from 19:30 to 20:30. If there is an excursion in the morning, then you need to warn the staff at the reception the day before and then you can have breakfast from 06:00.
The hotel is ideally located close to numerous cafes, shops and the central square, which is currently completely fenced and being renovated. In the evening, when it starts to get dark, which is around 8 pm, many people go out for a walk and lie down on the grass.
Near the hotel there is an amphitheater where artists periodically perform and all Netanya gathers there.

Arrived! The plane was delayed by 1 hour. Ordered a private transfer - no one met. My wife was making noise at the airport, she was nervous. Telephone conversations on a mobile phone with a carrier immediately ate 20 bucks. (we were later compensated for everything). I even had some fun. After all, we are already the third time in Israel. We decided to get on our own. Directly at the exit from the airport on the left, the train is a two-story train with air conditioning, a comfortable journey to Tel Aviv - 3 stops, transfer to another 3 stops and we are in Netanya. Well, when else could we ride on the Israeli railways. The fare is 15 bucks for two. From the railway station, a taxi costs 30 shekels (8 bucks) and we are at the hotel. By the way, taxi drivers charge 100 bucks at the airport to Netanya! A hotel like our Crimean unpretentious buildings of the 80s - 8 floors. We checked in quickly without additional payments. There is no language barrier, a lot of Russian-English-speaking staff. Everything is also very simple in the room, but there is what is needed for the vacation period - a small little old refrigerator, the same type of TV, air conditioning, bath, toilet - but everything works. hot water around the clock. Small balcony with table and chairs. Sea view, park. The first impression is that not Europe seems to be all miserable, shabby. But we open a bottle of champagne bought in duty free (5 bottles) and whiskey and after 20-30 minutes everything is great. The sea is magnificent, the beaches are well-maintained. To the sea on foot 5-7 minutes walk. There are many cafes available on the beaches. Reasonable prices for beer, juices with ice, etc. Around the hotel, the park area is clean, well-maintained, calm, safe. We traveled around the country on our own by buses from the central bus station and minibuses. The cost to Jerusalem is 27 shekels, to Tel Aviv by minibus 10-12 shekels. On our own, we also went on Safari to the Tel Aviv Zoo, Haifa and other towns. On our own, from early morning until evening, we spent the whole day in Jerusalem. visited places where guides do not drive. We bought several tours at the reception desk.
In Netanya, visit the local bazaar, such as the "little Privoz" Odessa. There you can buy exotic fruits and in the evening with wine, whiskey, while away the time on the balcony before going to bed.
The impression is that in Netanya all Odessa, Chisinau, Zhytomyr....Restaurants were 2 times, for 50 bucks for two they ate to satiety. But before you go to a restaurant, take a closer look, not everyone is worthy. At the hotel, in the canteen, they fed quite satisfyingly, although the service itself is specific, do not be nervous from the first day, then get used to and understand the specific Israeli service. Be friendly to the waiters, your kind attitude, joke and smile and you have the best and most delicious pieces of meat, pancakes, ice cream, fruits on your plate. We rested for almost 2 weeks met with friends. Time flew by quickly and cool. Don't bother with small things like dust on the chandelier, old refrigerator, not super modern fixtures and furniture and MAKE YOUR VACATION GREAT. You can pay more in other hotels. But on those saved on the cost of the hotel, you can not save on travel, excursions, restaurants, cafes, souvenirs and gifts. Will we go to Israel again - and to Netanya. A place from where it is very convenient to travel and have a good and calm rest.
