It is better to take alcohol with you, I didn’t like anything, even no beer. Upon arrival, we immediately bought ourselves a SIM card, it is much more convenient, especially if we often leave the hotel. In the city we went to see the mosque, marina, visited a fish restaurant and a grill bar. We went to El Gouna and Luxor Tiba thanks to the Turks, in general, not by the sea alone. In general, we were quite satisfied with the rest, the staff at the hotel is friendly, we did not meet rudeness, I think that we will return here again.

The first days there was no cleaning of the room, and the room was immediately offered, not everything was decided by a small amount and a tip to the cleaner. Immediately, the room was given much better and the cleaning became much more thorough. In general, we always take a normal amount for tips saving a little on the hotel. It’s just that we already know from experience that it’s easier to please the staff by paying a little extra for a room or something else and you immediately get the best of what is. It’s the same with excursions from hotel guides for a long time, we don’t buy much, they overestimate the cost, and there’s no more use from them, in principle. Usually, the hotel staff will always tell you what you need to know more precisely. And excursions in each country we find the best cost and service, and then we rarely change the one with whom we go. I can’t recommend something specific in terms of where to buy, I can’t recommend shopping better in other countries. They didn’t understand why the fish was served only in batter, probably due to the fact that it looked more like that, and the taste of ice cream can be covered. Fruits, sweets, but juices at the bar only for an extra charge. The best thing about the hotel is the attitude of the staff. Everyone tried to smile and help us in the slightest questions, for which we simply forgave the hotel a lot, and in general had a great time.

We were met at the airport and taken to the hotel. At the reception, I was met by a smiling Magda and a bartender with wet towels (wipe your hands, freshen up from the road) and cool cocktails !!! ! which I did not expect at all and was pleasantly surprised) We were quickly issued, issued cards for the rooms and for towels.
Our suitcases were delivered by a worker to the rooms and he quickly showed us everything and told us what and how it works.
1. Location. The hotel is located 20 km from the city, closer to El Gouna. Consists of the main building, which houses the reception, lobby bar, restaurant. Residential buildings located on the left and right sides of the main. Buildings are 3-storey, 10 rooms per floor. All rooms overlook the inner territory (the garden and the pool), from the distant buildings you can see the sea. We lived in the third building, it was close to run to the restaurant, and you can walk to the sea). The rooms are comfortable and everything works. Cleaning daily and of high quality, towels changed, water replenished. Individual cosmetics are not issued, but there are dispensers with liquid soap and gel. I think it’s suitable for men, but gentle girls need to grab shampoos and balms).
We lived on the first floor and instead of a balcony we had a terrace (equipped with clotheslines, two chairs, a table, an ashtray), from which you could go out into the garden and lie on the lawn under a palm tree). All buildings are equipped with ramps, and the staff helps guests with disabilities.
2. Nutrition. The food is delicious and varied. The menu is different every day, at the same time there are french fries, and pasta, and rice, there is something to choose from. There is always fish and meat. The salad bar is fresh and appetizing. Fruits are different, sweets from jellies to cakes....and of course local sweets))) The chef is in his place and always prepares something special. For children there is a separate island with a children's menu. Our table was served by Mohammed, many thanks to him. They drank white wine, there was enough alcohol. The bartenders prepared delicious cocktails for us, special thanks to Ahmed and Ati.
3. Staff. This is where I was really surprised!
The staff is clearly trained according to European standards, everyone is friendly and welcoming, no one allows himself to send or offer "Let's go to Hurghada", any issues that arise are resolved quickly. All employees are dressed in beautiful light-colored uniforms. The staff is one of the best things about this hotel!
4. Animation. The animation team is great! During the day stretching, water aerobics, darts, table tennis, belly dance, volleyball. In the evening from 21-22 show program. After until 24 a disco with a variety of music and a free bar. For children's animation there is a separate playground and an adult woman educator. I want to say a big thank you to Nastya, Bassem, Max, Mohammed, Natalie, Hany and Dj Shiko - guys, you are the best animation team, you became our friends and you made our vacation unforgettable. 6. Sea. The beach is sandy, there are sun loungers with mattresses and umbrellas. The sea is shallow, the entrance is rocky. But there is a pier, from which there is one entrance to the shallow sea without stones, and the second to the depth. We swam there. Warm sea. For parents with small children, there is an entrance to the sea on the other side of the pier, from the beach of a neighboring hotel.
7. Guests. Most of the tourists are Europeans. Lots of families with small children. The atmosphere among vacationers is friendly and cheerful.
8. Excursions. Bought at Oscar tour, from Ahmed Amin (as signed on Facebook). I recommend, the prices will please you)
I really liked that on the day of departure, after the rooms were checked in at 12.00, they did not take our bracelets away. We were told with a smile: "Guys, go have lunch, use the pool and bars, rest easy before transfer to the airport"!!!!
And also Magda and a man with a mustache (as I understand it, he is some kind of manager) we were asked how the rest was and invited to come again)))) This hotel values its guests and the staff does everything to make your vacation unforgettable and you will return again. Recomend for everybody!!!!!
