We rested in July 2016 in this hotel with my husband and child on a group ticket from the trade union. In general, the environment is wonderful. Swimming pool, equipped playground, gazebo, beautiful roses, frog pond. The room we got was also normal, with a balcony, air conditioning, TV, etc. (Two neighbors had problems with toilets).

The first 3 days there were water shortages (the hotel administration did not warn and pretended that everything was in order). We adapted, purchased water tanks), then everything was fine. The dining room is wonderful, hearty lunches. Very tasty and varied salads. The only disappointment was the lack of a children's menu. All dishes with abundant tomato fatty sauce. And on the coast, set meals can be found much cheaper. Not far from the hotel is the Dolphinarium. I was surprised by the cheapness of tickets and the professionalism of the artists. In general, we had a great rest in Hyacinth!

I was surprised to read some of the previous reviews. I rested in Hyacinth for several years, the last time last summer with friends, everyone was just delighted! The room has air conditioning, it is always clean, the territory is well-groomed, roses are everywhere, very beautiful! It's great that there is a pool, they often came from the beach and a couple of hours before dinner they swam and sunbathed on sunbeds.

By the way, special thanks to Nina Lavrentievna, who works in the dining room, they ate like at home, it was very tasty, the portions were such that I had to give my husband to eat up! )))
True, for those who love entertainment, it will be boring in Kurortny, in the evening it is quite quiet there, we went to Feodosia and Sudak, they are not far. But in general, the impressions of the rest are the most positive, I have been to Yalta, Yevpatoria before, somewhere dirty, somewhere expensive, I liked it here most of all, so I recommend it to everyone! ))) See you in Crimea!

Terrible place! Now from July 23 to August 3.2011 my mother and her friend are resting on a package tour from Dolphin Tour!! ! Just called. Impressions are disgusting! They settled somewhere in the basement, they said to pay another three thousand, pay extra, then they moved somewhere to a room with a double bed! Full P**C! The food is three times a day, also weak.

They settled somewhere in the basement, they said to pay another three thousand, pay extra, then they moved somewhere to a room with a double bed! Full P**C! The food is three times a day, also weak. Attention! There are NO entertaining evening-night cafes or discos in sight! They are the third consecutive day to go to bed at half past ten in the evening - nowhere to go! In short, people, this boarding house is the dregs of society, given that the prices there are also Moscow!! ! Nightmare! In general, my mother and her friend are now sitting out their money! Who even writes that everything is fine here? Run out of these leftist hotels, better to Turkey - for this money in 5 * they will lick you from head to toe! A complete nightmare ((((((((((((((((Mom rates this vacation already at "2", because money was thrown away for such a bordak !!! ! as it turned out to be down the drain (((
I just got through to the hotel administrator, she said that all questions about information about rooms and the hotel are with the tour operator ! ! So we will contact the tour operator, we will cut through who rolls the barrel on whom... ((((

Disagree with previous reviews. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, everything is clean, everywhere there are roses, birds sing. Staff: welcoming, friendly. No one ripped off extra money, treated with understanding. The rooms are excellent, with air conditioning, hot water. The food is satisfactory, the waiters are friendly, diligent.

The rooms are excellent, with air conditioning, hot water. The food is satisfactory, the waiters are friendly, diligent. Pool with massage, there are almost never people on it. The only negative is a 5-minute walk from the sea, the lack of a private beach and the terrible village itself, which spoils the impression of the rest. Full compliance with the price quality! We are glad.

Excellent base and good rooms for the corresponding payment. (although there is no heating and air conditioning in most rooms and no hot water) The boorish attitude on the part of the management of the base to the collective rest paid in advance ...the promised prepaid does not meet the agreed conditions. . if you are ready to sit for several hours in the dark without light and hear an orderly tone that you must wash the floor in a cafe after breakfast - this is your vacation !!!!!!!!!!!!! ! ! Attention, have a rest in other boarding house! ! ! there are many great places in Crimea! ! !.

At the beginning, the boarding house seemed pretty decent, in general, there are no complaints about the conditions. BUT! The staff of this boarding house is distinguished by swine behavior, heartless attitude and simply dishonesty. The boarding house states that children are accepted from any age. My friend and I came with children 2 and 2.5 years old. They treated us (I mean the staff) with extreme annoyance and displeasure, despite the fact that we always tried to monitor the children so that they behave as best as possible. The pool there is paid, the price includes 1 hour of using the pool, jacuzzi, etc. We spent only half an hour in the pool, after that, under the pretext of repairing the jacuzzi, the rest of the entertainment was turned off. For some reason, they did not consider it necessary to warn us about the upcoming repair, when we paid for the pool, they also did not consider it necessary to apologize. But this is true, the flowers are completely insignificant, the berries were later.
On the fourth day of rest, 1 child fell ill with a high temperature, which was very difficult and for a long time to go astray, and vomiting. It turned out that the position of a nurse in a boarding house is combined by a CLEANING WOMAN!!! ! Whose knowledge of medicine turned out to be very insignificant. On the third day of illness, to our horror, our thermometer broke late in the evening, there was nowhere to buy a new one, since the pharmacy in the village of Kurortnoye opens only after 20.06. They gave us a thermometer, but with an extremely dissatisfied mine on their face and every 5 minutes they came to pick it up, not paying attention to the fact that the temperature did not drop for several hours and the maximum was reached at night. Thank God, the ambulance we called left us her thermometer! Boiled water was also denied to us!
And in the course of all these events, the administrator showed up in our room, who said that she was mistaken and the next morning we had to get out of the boarding house before 10 am! Moreover, she did not pay attention to our requests to postpone this conversation until a later time, when the child finally had a fever. She also did not make any attempts to resolve the situation, for example, by offering us to rent a room for another day or more, so as not to pull the sick child. When we moved to the private sector the next morning, the administrator with an annoyed mine on her face burst into our room to count the towels! I have never seen this anywhere. Neither "goodbye" nor any help was said or provided to us. The review may seem chaotic, confusing, but this is due to the fact that it concerns a child, and children are clearly hated there and are perceived only as external irritants.

We rested in July 2009 in the boarding house "Hyacinth", in building No. 2 (year of construction 2008). First impressions - everything is fine, just super. 1. On the day of arrival, we were met at the central railway station of Feodosia and brought by minibus directly to the boarding house. 2. I was immediately struck by the appearance of the boarding house and its territory - an elegant landscape design with roses, a decorative fountain and a swimming pool.

3. Settlement took no more than 10 minutes - we were immediately given an excellent room with all amenities, renovated, balcony, new furniture, soft beds, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. On the floor, carpet is pleasant to the feet. There is an iron and ironing board on the floor.
4. In the bathroom, the walls and floor are tiled / tiled, there is a shower cabin, a large mirror with extra. lamp, washbasin "tulip", soap, t / paper. Pleased with cold and hot water around the clock.
5. Polite and attentive staff of the boarding house took care of us throughout our stay. Receptionist was polite and answered all questions. The room was cleaned daily.
6. We got a lot of pleasure from swimming in the pool. We were also pleased with the hydromassage and sun loungers around the pool. And although the site of the boarding house (http://www. giatsynt.resorts-crimea.com/) says that the pool is included in the price of the tour, the guests were charged 5 UAH per hour per person for using the pool.
7. A separate topic - NUTRITION. Great, big, clean, cool dining room. Meals are organized in 2 shifts. Almost all the dishes offered to us were delicious, freshly prepared, there was always tea on the tables in the morning and evening. For all the time of the rest, the chefs of the dining room showed an amazing variety of dishes that were practically never repeated. But… Unfortunately, one can feel someone's desire to save money on food - PORTIONS ARE SMALL, especially for breakfast. Only LUNCH did not cause any complaints - it was tasty, a lot and with meat dishes. Sometimes there was meat for DINNER, but not always (about 60% of dinners). BREAKFAST - almost always VERY WEAK (for example: sweet milk porridge, pancake, sandwich with butter and tea. That's it... ) - only once there were sausages (which with a stretch can be called a meat dish), sometimes 2 thin slices of servalat per person. Salads are simply chopped vegetables - even unseasoned! From dairy products, sometimes there was Dutch cheese (very little), sometimes fermented baked milk or kefir... That's it. No yoghurts. . . Also - NO FRUITS. . . Why???... They carry many types of food, fruits, fish along the beach - for your money you won't go hungry, but for 310 UAH/day per person you should be fed much better!!!
8. - to the beach - at least 500 meters, but not 50 - that's for sure !!!
- the cost of living with 3 meals a day in July 2009 was 310 UAH / day from
person;
- from a child under 5 years old without additional classes. places and without meals - they took for utilities
(approximately 25 UAH/day);
- there was no kettle in the room, and to turn on the boiler or hair dryer, you had to
turn off the TV or refrigerator from the outlet (there are only 2 outlets);
- the pool is paid - 5 UAH / hour per person.
9. No dry rations ARE PROVIDED - you were on an excursion, you arrived later, you leave earlier - your problems. It's a pity - after all, the client has already paid for it!
10. No delivery from the boarding house IS PROVIDED. Get whatever you want. Although earlier they delivered both to Feodosia and Vladislavovka - the crisis probably affected...
11. In building No. 1 in July 2009 air conditioners were installed in all rooms.
In general, apart from food and small things - THE IMPRESSION IS VERY GOOD!! ! At first, they upset the cobblestones (large pebbles) on the beach (especially in the sea), but gradually got used to this.
